The guy Hassan is a total con. Please beware.

Jakk Darko: I had really bad customer service, went to purchase a new phone early 2023, the manager was not helpful, didn't seem to know what what he was doing,didn't disclose any information about the refund policy, wasn't able to get back data I wanted. And only a day after I got the phone, wanted to trade it in for a new one because metro is supposed to have a 14-day policy, did not honor it at all. Tried to offer 20$ for a 170$ transaction. I figured I support local. But honestly if you're mobile go to a different store, and if you're not find someone who is. If you want good service.

She said I don't know why you're bothering me, go home and order it online! Needless to say I will never go back there. I went to the one on 28th street and they were very helpful!

Tay Logan: No transparency. They were running a deal for the new iPhone. My friend wasn’t informed at any time of the stipulations of the promotion. (Rebate as well as being required to select their most expensive data plan for three months in order to take advantage of the deal.) They then gave her an “out the door” price including some accessories that she didn’t want or need. They take advantage of the “deal” and say “cmon you’re getting a $500 phone for $100” so when your bill comes to $280 you’re distracted and too tired from the sales process to stop the sales associate from applying a screen protector, case and charger. The associate also went as far as to throw away the packaging so that a refund wouldn’t be possible for the unwanted items. She received no itemized receipt and when she called for clarification as to where her money went, they were rude, accusatory and then hung up the phone. They made no effort to repair the relationship or even simply maintain a cash paying customer. It’s a sad day when people are so greedy that they manipulate the circumstances so that they always profit. Bottom line, if I come in for a $100 phone, I most likely can’t afford $100 worth of accessories. Just be a good person.

Food was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The back side of the menu is where it's at if you are looking to try something unique. The braised eggplant in soy was my favorite, but all the dishes we had were amazing! The spice level was great, and although prominent- didn't overpower the other flavors.I am genuinely excited to come back again soon and try some new things. I also suspect the classic American-Chinese dishes are pretty good, but I can't vouch for that yet.THANK YOU SO MUCH for choosing to incorporate authentic dishes on your menu, and for executing them so well. Diana Sieger: I posted this on Facebook this afternoon: Humbled, humiliated, and you get the drift - describes my afternoon. I give myself a grade of a "C" in technology, and today a salesperson at one of the stores of my phone carrier lost a huge sale. Before I get comments about other carriers, or why aren't you just going to the Apple store, JUST stifle. For many weeks, I've dreaded getting a new iPhone and iPad. I have come to the startling realization that I am not the best person to "change things around" for myself. Makes you kind of wonder how the heck I'm going to do when I retire later this year! Anyway, I was profiled, sized up, and summarily sniffed at because of my age, I'm sure, and by the way, I am still kind of cute if I do say so myself! 😉 After the "expert" sat down to evaluate my "case," and I had decided on quite an upgrade, he said well, you have to have all the passwords for your apps. Holy smokes! I said I guess I have some work to do. Understand. I bought my phone in 2019, and I don't recall the password being an issue. So I left, and he let me leave! I have since discovered that there are ways to also transfer passwords to a new device. Let me know for all of you who understand all of this. Please let this be a no-judgment zone - I'm not up to it today. Peace all.
Armando Nunez: Do not go to this location if you are seeking assistance from At&t. Had the worse service provided by an employee who didn’t even have the decency of wearing a name tag or exchanging names with me and my wife. Turned us around twice in one day stating that customer care was the only the department that could assist us. We were only trying to activate a iphone that we purchased from Apple. The second trip- the same gentleman (shouldn’t even call him a gentleman) accused us of Fraud. Is it because I am Hispanic and he is white? Is it because he is only interested in making sales? This guy made me call customer care and stay on the phone for three hours for something so simple. I hope Karma gets back at you soon. I am more than sure I am not the only loyal customer who is experiencing this type of treatment in this store.
