Riverside Park: what do users think?
Lara: Food Truck Friday's I'd always a great time! Highly recommend spending time there
jeff franchi: Need to keep park cleaner
Kaylie Johnson: Very nice and pleasant place for a picnic, a walk or a bike ride along the river.
jers420: Great place to walk my dog and frisbee golf.
Craig Eby Jr: Great family friendly park with amazing scenery. A very long path along the Grand River has many things to do along it. Community events every friday night during the summer (food truck fridays) are great to take family and friends to. It is an awesome place to check out and make a regular place to visit. There are also many spots to fish along this path and has a disc golf course along the river as well.Playground: There are a few playgrounds along the park path and all seem to be in pretty good conditionPicnic area: Plenty of spots along the river path to stop and enjoy a picnic, as well as a few pavilions with picnic tables to sit at. Large trees in the area offer great shade.
Josi Stevens: The Park is beautiful, perfect for walking, jogging, biking and dog walking. Just be careful walking along the river. It is covered with waist high poison ivy.
Ronald Lorenz: Nice park with lots of space. Kinda noisy 'cuz it across the river from a busy expressway.Dog-friendliness: Lots of dog walking so good place to socializePicnic area: Lots of grills and picnic tables
Dawn Wieck: Playground: Although some of the equipment is old, the playground and equipment is in good repair and working order.Dog-friendliness: This is a very heavily used park for dogs.
Kari Hicks: Our favorite place to walk our dog! A huge paved walking path with views of the river, nice restrooms, and a dog drinking fountain. I always feel safe here, and it’s generally well populated, without feeling congested.
Willie Jarrett: Top 5 parks in GR!!Playground: Very SAFE!Restrooms: CLEAN!!!Dog-friendliness: Very friendly, and lots of dog people visit here!Picnic area: Clean, spacious, there's power, grills, gazebo, and perfect placement!
Stefan Pawelka: Almost perfect park. I was wondering, to make it even better, could the city paint bike and walking lanes on the riverfront paved trail? It would lead to safer, more positive outcomes when an interaction between a biker and walker happen.
Audi De Leon: Bonito lugar para caminar
Carol Barton: Restrooms: They are ok! I think they should be a Lil updateDog-friendliness: I have brought my two dogs there
Audra Marie: Beautiful year round! Very old and interesting trees and neat history scattered through the park if you read the signs!

We have done birthdays there, graduation open houses and just plain picnics. I cannot say enough good about this park.Playground: This park has more than one playground area!
Ron Key: It's definitely beautiful.i like to watch the waves collapse once they push shore and love the stillness of the night..it's peaceful ...and well there's definitely stuff if ur into that stay wierd.eccentric..
d Wells: Awesome place to just unwind.

Checo: Kids love going here
Caleb Jackson: 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Sujey Garcia: Cute and clean playground right next to the river. A bunch of small shops and cafés right across the street.
Kashmir: Great park, however the city really needs to stop capitalizing on so much parking downtown. Thanks for keeping cash though.
Jennifer Pond: This parking area was easy to find, well-lit, and had plenty of space to fit my F350 long bed—the views or plenty, and a great start to the winter fest.

Corey Guigelaar: Love this place.

Huff Park: what do users think?
Sarah: Love this Park!
Alexis Bates: This is a very unique park in the city. It's actually in a wetland and there's a lot of boardwalk through it. It's also dog friendly, which is really fun for the pup. Downside to that is that there are a lot of people that don't clean up after their dog, even though there are bags provided.Watch your step!
Arryn Uhlenbrauck: Lovely trail over the wetlands. Went to my niece’s baseball at the diamonds and found a wonderful trail around the park. Who knew such a lovely trail was right near Creston. This park was a hidden gem, and while we saw lots of others. It wasn’t overly crowded. Also, we saw deer and bird watchers.
Joshua Allen: Huff park is a great family park with okay equipment. Plenty of hall fields for getting the family involved in sports. There are seasonal bathrooms and a seasonal concession stand. Despite all the business, you can escape on the walk way through the low lying wet land. Very beautiful and serene. Great way to escape in a busy city.
Hali Matthes: Been going since I was a kid. My favorite walking park
Mr Johnson: Love taking photos here while walking the doggos also me and a friend have put out suet cakes for birds and apples for the deer everyone loves seeing the wildlife here thrive and neander around the area we try to help keep things nice for nature and the dogs love the woodland path ate the beginning of the paths if you start away from the baseball diamonds and theres many other paths a small secret to discover .
I Z: Beautiful
Gary Kuyper: Nice spot to walk and great place for the grandkids to play!
David Radde: Great walking trail. It's a 1 mile loop with about 1/2 paved and 1/2 platform over the marsh. Great place right in the city to get out and appreciate nature. Many different birds and I almost always see deer.
Kim Black: Wonderful, well kept walking or running paths. Fun playgrounds and well maintained sports fields.Playground: Definitely fun for younger kids.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash. All the dogs I saw were well behaved.Picnic area: Nice picnic tables for a large or small group in several places.
B S: Nice enough trail, lots of graffiti though
J G: Hidden gem. The whole trail is paved so I can take my hubby who is now wheelchair bound
Joleen Doran: Restrooms: By the baseball fieldsDog-friendliness: Must be on a leashPicnic area: Covered area with picnic tables. Charcoal grill available. Near playground.
Brian Hirt: Very nice, quiet local park.
Mark Boehler: Great trails and beautiful park
John Johnson: Great park for running, hiking, and walking the cat. Lots of wildlife to be seen, too: woodpeckers and many other birds, deer, musk rats, and squirrels on mission.
Swagaar: I love this place, good for walks, runs or just sitting and getting lost in the wonderfulness of the wild.Playground: The playground is fun and up-to-date good qualityDog-friendliness: A good place for a good dog walkPicnic area: A nice family Neighborhood picnic area clean and up-to-date
Stephen Van Hammen: A nice trail with boardwalks that are built over creeks and swampy areas. A good place on the NE side of Grand Rapids to observe wildlife.
Rick Wilbert: Beautiful park in the middle of the city. The dogs loved it
Hannah M: The boardwalk is a wonderful nature walk and a great place to watch the seasons change. Lots of birds and deer this time of year.

Mulick Park: what do users think?
Jimmy Vickers: Good park
Bradley Bosscher: Playground: Nice restored playground. Good for younger and older kids now.
Alexander Jaide: Great place for sledding!
Tracy Gray: Nice park to play with your kids.
Michelle Markwart: Mulick Park offers a fenced in splash pad, playground equipment, a rentable picnic shelter, bathrooms, a baseball diamond, tennis courts, a grassy open field (that would make for good sledding in the winter, but we're new to the neighborhood and haven't had a chance to test it out yet), and a decent amount of parking in the lot with easy street parking nearby. It's a fairly clean park with plenty of easily accessible trash cans to keep it that way. Since it's just a quick walk from home, we'll certainly be back, though our goal is to visit all the nearby city parks we can this summer!
Carley (Cosmic Carleyy): Beautiful park, big splash pad multiple playgrounds and football practice going on. Lovely place to stop and play
Ross Stevenson: Awesome venue
Deborah Long: Nice, peaceful and clean.
Katherine Figueroa Guzman: Always like Mulik park because is a fenced splash park, but today there were like 5 girls with small kids even a newborn smoking Marijuana like if there were in their house inside of the splash area. Not the best experience today.
celluloid droid: Bathrooms are never open
Kiah Clark: Cold but fun.
Dakota Bick: Great community park. Small splash pad in the summer, baseball diamond, tennis courts and sledding hill in the winter.
Jester Trixxx: Too many nosey people. We can't sit in peace to eat a sandwich without someone asking us about what we're doing
Paul Townsend Lamb: Large park that is great for children and pets. Pets must be leashed, and please be a good human and clean up after them (the children and the pets)
Manuel Arellano: Nice park with a splash pad and small playground for the kids. There are a few picnic tables throughout the park and a small gazebo which can be reserved ahead of time.
sadie Weed: The park was really clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed the time I spent there.
Chris Robinson (TYME0420): Very clean and alot of areas for a variety of things to do.....
Abe L: Nice park, clean Bathroom, all the kids enjoyed the splash pad
Pat Schemmel: Lots of fireworks remnants. Wish people would clean up after themselves!
Baddie latina: Great place to play. The splash pad looks new.. my kids enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this spot for the tiny ones. It's enclosed with a gate and very clean park.
Vindetta Janay: All my family came here to this park . Nice and clean Peaceful place to walk .. cool splash pad for kids

Rebecca Wemple: It is a beautiful place to take a walk. Very clean and well cared for.Restrooms: Open, supplied, and clean

Sarah Harrison: We love the size of this park. And how it starts with play equipment for younger kids working its way all the way up to older kids.
Shelby Impens: Kids love it. We had a really great time. Good picinic area. Multiple playgrounds for all ages!
Sheri Monroe: Love this park! I used to be a nanny nearby back in 2007 and I would bring the 3 little boys I nannied here often. It was one of our favorite playgrounds. Came again recently with my 2 children and they loved it! There are several play structures and swings, slides, merry-go-rounds and all sorts of fun things! My son is apprehensive on some playground equipment due to his disabilities and he did great and truly enjoyed himself. My daughter is a daredevil and isn't even quite walking on her own, but throughly enjoyed climbing and playing. There were several other families with children playing and everyone was so friendly and kind.Playground: Great options with several playscapes!
Fabry Rally: New park, nice plays for kids to play
Ahmed Kasim: Very nice peaceful place to take the kids.
Ayovandera: No pets allowed but just clean up and you should be good great place modern and great split between younger and older side
Joseph Mackeller: Great park...lots of things for children to do! It has a very large play area though so sometimes it's difficult to keep an eye on smaller children.

Lincoln Park: what do users think?
Kristopher Schollmeyer: Nice neighborhood park. One of my kids lost his wallet and a park guest tracked him down and returned it. Thanks!
Keindae _: Nice little park in the heart of the westside. Love taking walks here with my fiance through out the seasons.
Jenny Phrase: Park swings
Eual Hester: Restrooms: The restroom was kind of nasty
Scott Maynard: Very nice place for kids. They have a basketball court, kids splash pad, jungle gym and a big open field you can do anything on.
Charles B: I remember going to this park when I was a kid to go and play at the playground. I'm glad this park still has the spirit I remember it does. Very great park to go on a walk with someone else and pets as well. I like the park mainly because it looks really nice. I remember liking this park, I still do.Playground: Very good playgrounds, all varying in what they hold, and they're pretty fun.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed here, and are welcome to come into the park to walk or play with others.Picnic area: Very good place for a picnic because of all the trees and shade.
Alexander Kulhanek: Beautiful GR parkPlayground: Nice and well kept upPicnic area: Nice area
Sheri Monroe: Went for a storytime in the park with friends. The kids enjoyed the playground as well. Parking was easy. Only downfall was the bathrooms were locked so my son couldn't use the bathroom. It's not yet labor day and it wasn't dusk either, so I'm not sure why the bathrooms wouldn't be open?Restrooms: They were locked even though it was daytime in the summer, during a GRPL event.
Russell Gavigan: Great place for a picnic
Glad Glad: To many there that want to start trouble
Dawn Strahl: Great place to have lunch.
RENE L.: I came here to relax under the splash pad as the day was quite hot. Some of the youngsters looked at me a little odd because their parents were to stuffy to get wet.🤣 I enjoyed the cool water and was grateful for this as funds are tight and the pools are out. As well as usually crowded as there are only 3 for a huge city.My only negative would have to be the benches. I find it EXTREMELY odd that they not only are placed where there is zero shade. But they are also painted BLACK????? 😂 The first time I sat down I thought I had sat on the sun. I had to walk back to the car for 2 extra towels just so I could sit a few minutes between cooling off in the water. Possibly a canopy over them to help during the hottest part's of the day.
Rion Fall: Good size park. Great place for a picnic! Or maybe just throw a Frisbee around with the mates. And to bring the kids! The basketball courts are pretty well maintained. The playground for the kids has plenty of equipment for them to play on for all ages. And there is even a splash pad for in the summer months! Bathrooms on site and free parking! Awesome place to spend the day with the family or friends. Highly recommend.👌
Dennis Faber: A fun place to take your hole family. Small but big. Enjoy.
Linah Victoria: The water is open from June to August I didn't really know that fact 😂
Paula Barror: Was an awesome time
Carol Cowell: It's a very spacious park, with a nice little playground and splash pad. It also has a few grills, picnic tables and a building you can rent for indoor activities. It has a little birdhouse library so bring a few old books to share. A nice place to bring the kids to play while you relax with your book.
Kitty Blanco: Very spacious and plenty of kids
Jen: Nice and quiet park 🏞️. My dog 🐕 Brownie, absolutely LOVED all the tree's🌳. Squirrels🐿️ are his absolute favorite thing to bark at. LoL 😆 The only reason I took away a star ⭐ was because of all the trash 🗑️ laying around, the parking lot on the west side of the park was the worst. So we picked up some trash as walked Brownie 🐕.
Calvin Jones: Nice park on the other side of town.
Stacy Bird: Bathrooms were locked.. Uncool

Lookout Park: what do users think?
Katie Tice: Open, quietRestrooms: Very cleanPicnic area: There's grills and tables for picnics
Matthew Asselin: Beautiful view, overlooks Grand Rapids and you can see the sun set pretty well!
Miguel Vega: Parking lot closed so hard to find a place to park
Kathy Sue: There not much look at and I also came from another city and it wasn't appealing.
Josiah Schrotenboer: One of the best views of Grand Rapids. I love the park improvements over the past few years.
Karla Cadotte: Beautiful 😍
Cort Nabozny: Small park but well maintained and great views of uptown GR and Belknap baseball fields. Large paved hills are great for incline workouts.Dog-friendliness: Dogs must be on leash, pet waste bags and disposal stationPicnic area: Nice grass with great views and waste receptacles, close to parking. Hillside is perfect for viewing events at Belknap Park.
john krueger: Great views of the city, Grand River and the sunset to the west. Parking is only on the street and can be hard to come by.Have heard that the park is not the safest later at night from those that live in town.
Isaac Sainz: Good view
Tabetha Gable: Loved the new swings! Spectacular view as usual
Mark Burns: Not a big fan of the city closing off the parking lot but I guess they didn't have much of a choice
Greg Wickstrom: Good view over looking part of downtown GR
Stevie Smith: Lookout Park is one of the best views in Grand Rapids! Can see most of the city skyline year-round.
Bill Cleveland: Lookout park has great views of Grand Rapids. Good to go at a low demand time due to scarce parking. Stairs on the south side going down to the bottom of the hill sufficiently decrepit that it is barricaded off. Short walks on top of hill with longer walks possible at the bottom of the hill. Nice ball fields and the hill leading down to them shows great potential for sledding.
Bryon Burnett: I love the views. Some say that it's not a good place to be after dark but I am not intimidated by some reviews and I have never had any problems here
Ryan Yates: Beautiful scenery
Ms. Kristy Katcha: Lookout park is small but cute, over looks the zoo and John Ball park. There is handicap parking, trails, Pavillion, and playground.
J. McCormick: This is a way understated Park in GR that is always gorgeous, but especially at sunset. Lots of folks bring blankets, picnics, pups - always a good experience lots of neighbors
Joshua McAlpine: Favorite view. Favorite sledding hill. Great hill for running up
Shannon Potts: Love the sunset
Connie Forzley: Pretty view and nice spots to eat

Mary Waters Park: what do users think?
Amy Smith: We came here for sledding, and what a great place! The are several size hills to choose from so we were able to find something perfect for our young kids. Looks like the playground is shaded in the summer, so I'm sure we will be back.
Blake Dewolfe: Went sledding. Nice size hill, great view.Playground: Large park.Restrooms: Two bathrooms.Picnic area: Few tables.
Pate Denney II: It is a beautiful little park locked away right off of Lafayette by Leonard. Has a nice playgrounds (one for younger and one for older kids). Has bathrooms from what i cam see but have never used them. Overall a nice place to be.
Bruce Cox: quite calming sightful adventureful
Lee Ann S: Nice splashpad, nothing fancy but does the job on a hot day, bathrooms and a water fountain for humans and dogs, lol :), also some of the play equipment has been painted so it looks a little nicer then it did, pavilion with outlets if you need to charge something, not alot of parking otherwise its decent I think.
Jamie Busman: Could be a nice park, but park is trashed. Trash all over. Vandalism. Bathroom is dirty. Doors won’t lock. No toilet paper in one. No soap. Hand dryer don’t work. Changed my review. Not to mention there’s beer cans my 1 year old picks up cuz she’s curious and tries to drink out of it. Blunt wrappers everywhere
Nathan Halford: Well maintained ironically enough, considering it's located next to the worst street in GRBut it's Belknap adjacent and has a beautiful view from the top of the hill
Rebecca Wemple: Nice park, but needs people to care about it. Has trash that needs picking up. Ladies restroom doors won't lock. The restroom was clean though.
Mary Reed: Great toddler splash pad and playground equipment
Rolando Martinez: Nice park just needs a little clean up and will be fantastic
Valentine Heart: It's a nice park, but it's not very suited to older kids. There also need to be cameras, and there might be some safety concerns on the merry-go-round, as it's too small, and there's a random structure that I have no idea what it's for. I'm bringing up cameras because it's in a ghetto area, and the last time I went there, I got beat up.
Billy Bob: Kids like it but kinda bullcrappy water sprinkle pad
Victor Grochowalski: This park has a lot of potential is just around all the fences there's a lot of trash and I did see needles so I would like to see Grand Rapids send some helpers the clean up that Park so as dog owners we can feel confident walking in that Park
Kacey T: Went for winter sledding, and it did not disappoint! There are 3 different sized hills (big one you can see from Leonard and Lafayette, medium one that ends in the parking lot, and a smaller one on the south side of the parking lot). We had a lot of fun, and there was plenty of space to spread out, especially for the very small crowd that was there. There’s not much at all in the way of parking - 5 or 6 spots, with one dedicated for handicap use. There’s also a playground and a bathroom building (that seemed to be open, though I didn’t check it out for myself).
Thomas Kolenda: Nice spot
Curt Rounds: Dull
Zachary Green: The equipment shows it’s age and a bit of abuse. Though there is plenty for a kid to play on as well as a splash pad.
NORTH STAR: Nice park!
Sheena Garcia: It was nice but not much to do
Tom Sharp: Very nice park for kids. Playground equipment, water splash area, clean restrooms. Limited parking for handicapped though
Alex Beecroft: Nice spot, shady playground, splash pad and pavilion

Ellie Wierenga: Good park. Great place to take the kids &go swimming ,when it's hot outside.
Alexander Kulhanek: Nice
Lee Ann S: Very relaxing early in the morning!

Carley (Cosmic Carleyy): Found an evening yoga class here 6pm eight Flip Dog Yoga and Andre! What an incredible experience, very grateful for wandering by at the right time.
Aimee Luse: Loved it, so peaceful
Steve Griegelis: Nice park new upgraded play ground for kids. Nice pool and generally clean park. Has nice amount of shade and grills are available. Football field and track are awesome to still have around. Brings back good memories from the old Creston High football days and high school.
Falon Anjel: Great park and gated community pool for $1!
Nicole Figures: Years ago this used to be a nice park for children to play but not anymore my daughter took my grandbaby up there to go swimming and before she could enter the pool a young man with a backpack warned her he was going to shoot it up so she might want to leave with the baby later the young man was arrested which was great but still don't trust this place anymore not safe for children
Kim Roberts: The pool was clean. Not crowded at all.
James: Needed to know the location of the park for an up coming even being held there.
Sofia Ovalle: This park was shady and the kids loved ❤️ they didn't get overheated playing
Toni Clayton: Great day
NORTH STAR: Fun park! Nice track and playground . Really nice pool and slide.
Sandra Otte: Nice park with play area
Devin: it was ok, the track and facilities do need some repair though.
Bhavani Ananthan: It has a nice playground for kids and a big running track for all ages with a separate basketball court and football practice place.. pool is placed opposite which is closed currently looking forward to open during summer...I didn't see any walking trails or hammock hooks..
Cherie Pecynski: It's got a lot of potential, but the soccer field is so neglected... The community deserves a nicer space than that. Park looks like it's a lot of fun but we were there for a middle school game.
Willie Jarrett: Very clean Historic PARK!!
Cherie Jones: My kids love Briggs Pool! The lifeguards all do a great job keeping them safe.
