M: Our hammered glass set is cracked and now leaks after only one year of use. They do not seem to be top rack dishwasher safe. Went to the store and was told to call corporate. 30 mins later, customer service rep says her supervisor says there is nothing that can be done. So much for you pay for what you get. Disappointed and will be shopping elsewhere.
Emily Lemmen: BEWARE! Do not order furniture from Pottery Barn. They lost all 8 of our custom dining chairs with no explanation and no help on rushing the items. Everything has been delayed and doesn't arrive on time. If you are furnishing your home I would look elsewhere for furniture. Worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Ashley Wheatlake: Went into the store hoping to buy a whole new bedding set. It took a while to get help and once I did l, there was not much in stock. I ended up going home and ordering most of my bedding from a different store.
Sally Haveman: I bought six of these stools and after six weeks the rubber on the bottoms of the chairs cracked and broke off, couldn’t believe it because I paid approximately 200.00 for each stool. I called and was told they would contact me by email the next week, they never did. I called again and was reassured they were working on it and would contact me, again nothing. I have replaced all the sliders on the bottom of the chairs. Very disappointed with the quality and service of the Pottery Barn!
Rilee Hammond: If I could post this review without leaving ANY stars I would - because of how terrible the customer service in this store is. My mom has spent thousands of dollars here trying to create her dream kitchen, and I have watched her be treated poorly here several times, and even bare snotty remarks from the employees. The whole VIBE in here is unfriendly. You get better customer service walking into your local Walmart. She is now driving to the Lansing Pottery Barn because she is so tired of the way they treat her here. Absolutely ridiculous , and upsetting. They’re better off to fire all of their staff and start over - EXCEPT for Mary Beth who is sweet as pie. Hopefully you can keep her around all of the negative women in there. Good LUCK!
Kevin Skinner: I dont see what the fuss is. Yes they have unique and great looking items here but their prices are insulting. $1500 for a basic looking headboard. Every item I picked up or looked at was way over priced. If you're willing to pay ridiculous prices for unique items then this is the place for you.

Reid Tanner: Truthfully some of the worst customer service I have received. Unless this store has something you cannot find anywhere else I would not recommend using them. They were rude and short both in the store and hung up with me on the phone. We have purchased hundreds if not thousands of dollars of merchandise on our wedding registry and were treated very poorly.

Liz K: I purchased the Manhattan Sofa and have had a terrible experience. In less than a year the fabric was frayed, the cushions were badly deformed, and the wooden structure inside the sofa was broken and creaking. I would expect much higher quality from Pottery Barn. Worse, because I contacted them 1 year 2 months after the sofa was delivered (2 months over their warranty) they won't do anything for me. This was an expensive purchase and I am extremely disappointed.

Turning Point Builders: Stonesthrow has high quality service as well as high quality furniture. We had a little hiccup with supply chain issues (not their fault) but they resolved it quickly and helped us still get the couch we were hoping for. They also leased us a different couch while we were waiting which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our time working with Karen and her team to get a sectional and chair for our new home. We love our new furniture and we highly recommend Stonesthrow!

Corey Pool: We loved browsing Stonesthrow's showroom, and stumbled on a dining table we loved! It was just the right amount of simplicity and style with the curve on the sides. The table we bought was actually the display table, and it was in perfect condition! The staff were very helpful and patient as we debated our options.Our table arrived a bit delayed due to the shipment's truck breaking down before our delivery date, and funny enough, the truck broke down outside our house after delivering our table and had to be towed. Despite the shipment delay, we were very happy with our purchase, and can't wait to host friends and family at our dining room table.We'll certainly be back to Stonesthrow for more furniture in the near future. The picture shows the table at Stonesthrow show room, and it finally set up in our new home.
Kameron Giar-Tantes: Was told they only sold modern furnishings. And while the store is a little more trendy than most in town, they have great options for everyone. And if it's not on the floor, they can help find a great one to order. Their design team is top notch. Definitely trust their help, because that's what it is. Help, not an over the top sales pitch. I respect that.

Gary Pease: I'm writing this review because my wife doesn't feel comfortable writing one. First I going to say my wife just loves this store. So much so that in the last year we purchased a couch, coffee table, rug and several accent pillows. After waiting several months for our couch it came in damaged. We reordered and have since received and love it. The issue is when the couch was delivered a pillow was supposed to be delivered with the order. It was left behind. We had go to the store to pickup. My wife said it doesn't look right when she picked it up. They said sorry you special ordered it. Sincethen the pillow is not right and is out of shape. Asked again about returning it and was told again sorry you special ordered it. We feel if it's defective you should be able to return it. Not happy with this reply.

Patty Wieschhorster: Due to COVID and floods in Texas furniture deliveries were delayed. While this is out of control of Stonethrow, they failed to keep their customers informed of delays and projected deliveries. I found the customer service to be exceptionally poor. Additionally a piece of furniture was delivered looking quite weathered and damaged I was told that the sales person who sold me the piece was new and did not properly explain to me that the leather I had ordered tends to look weathered. While the onus is on the sales person to inform the client they still did not hold themselves accountable for the misinformation. Again poor customer service I do not recommend this company.

joebreeet: Fun place to walk through. Vastly over priced, drive north an hour or two and visit any number of "thrift" stores and you'll find same items in some instances over 80% lower.

Was looking for mid century glasses to complete our bar set and found them at a fair price in pristine condition at lost and found. met one of the owners at lost and found, he was very pleasant and helpful; as was his staff. the thrift store next to them had a serving piece that matched the glasses to my excitement. The best furniture by far was at lost and found treasures but the other two stores nearby made it so fun to add a few extra hours looking at all kinds of treasures. of note, the owner at lost and found treasures was willing to discount the glasses too so very fair price indeed.
