Ron Key: The staff are a hoot ...but they are also strict and seem to want to keep the people they house safe and make a comfortable home or vacation spot for everyone they serve..they are doing lots to improve the place fast far as furniture look. And rewards for stay earning up to a free week or month u set the bar there..I think it's a lil on the over priced side .. especially since it's just beginning to take some big steps pillow tops...fluffy towels and pillows.nice mellow tan walls sets the mood really I dig the place ...it's a familly thing or real tight community.not judgy .respect it and ull find a home...they work hard to keep it safe..

Sheri Hahnenberg: I have been room here and I getting back after working 8 hours the office wanted to talk to so I go there and said I have to move when my rent is up because someone guest that was here banging a ball on the floor all night and I went to the office to let them know and they requested a refund because there was a confrontation with my old man who has to use a walker to get around but he was the one banging and making noise over a week or so and I would not give this place and stars at all since I have been here they did not even come clean the room I did it all myself
Jo Wolgamott: Flies kept me awake. Front desk woman was rude. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. But when checking in, there's a sign that says, No Smoking of Marijuana in the Rooms. Apparently cigarette smoking is ok in the rooms. When walking into my room, the beds were, what it appeared to be, not clean with stains on the bedding. The bedspreads looked as of they were just laid on when coming into the room. Room was filthy. No TV remote.

Lynnette Niemann: So I read the reviews before going there. I was desperate since the super 8 kept giving me dirty rooms. Finally, they canceled my reservation free of charge at super 8, and I was left with nowhere to stay. I called this place and he gave me a good rate so I went. The room was clean. Sheets were clean. Ripped and had a black magic marker stain, but clean. I didn't find any bed bugs. I haven't found any bites. It's pretty basic. I always come with my own toiletries, but they didn't have kleenex. Mini fridge and microwave were clean.The lady at the front desk was nice and polite. Made conversation with me. Told me were to park and enter. The outside looks awful. Cigarette butts covered the ground and sidewalks. I smelled pot outside, but never inside. It was nice and quiet for me. I never saw a roach like others claimed. The only weird thing was that the heat was on when I entered the room. Otherwise, I can't complain. I just needed a bathroom and a bed for a cheap price, and that's what I got. I would stay again. I like how it's inside and you don't enter the room from the outdoors.
Monica: If I could give negative stars I would’ve. The phone doesn’t have a cord you cannot dial out or front desk. They charge you a $25 refundable charge for any smoking. I look up there is no smoke detector. It looks like someone yanked it out the ceiling. Dust stuff so no cleaning, and ventilation system is filthy in room also. If you have breathing issues DO NOT come here. It’s dust even on the remote. No roll of toilet paper just the half roll on holder. Flat pillows, someone else’s hair on sheets…smh. They can do a lot better.

Casper Sweeney: Honestly, I’m never one to write a review, but this place is by far the least safe and rudest hotel I’ve ever been to. A room was needed for my partner and she witnessed loud and aggressive domestic violence in the room next door, which the staff ignored and continues to deny. A good samaritain even went to try and help the poor woman who was being loudly abused. This event was very triggering for my partner and I hastily moved her out of this hotel within hours of checking in. Do not stay here if you value your safety! The staff will ignore any and all safety and health concerns. The location is convenient, but someone needs to do something about the sheer lack of compassion and empathy amongst staff.Safety: Awful and not even a consideration.

Christopher Smith: ROACHES! Please do not book at this hotel/motel. I should’ve read the reviews before booking my stay here, but I was very ignorant. Not only are there roaches in the rooms, AND THE STAFF/OWNER KNOW ABOUT IT, they will NOT offer you a refund. Instead they say “there’s no roaches. None of our rooms have bugs” when I literally have the pictures on my phone. They offer to move me and my boyfriend to another room to which we accepted so we could have a semi-clean room to wait in while we booked our next hotel because we were not staying a single night in this place. The beds, filthy. Stains look like either someone peed the bed or sweat off 3 years worth of dirt. To cover it up? They just put a second sheet over the bed. Which was also stained and dirty. The towels… stained and have gross hair on them. The bathroom?? Gross and looks like there’s literal fungus/mold growing. But don’t worry guys… they have brand new furniture/cabinetry from Walmart that they built for the rooms. If you ever walk into a room and see the AC is on, be afraid. I’m assuming that’s how they keep the roaches hidden until it gets warm and they swarm. Just for them to say “we don’t have roaches.” Absolutely horrid. Will NEVER return. I can’t believe a staff that would argue with their customer over the fact that there’s ROACHES in their room and they want a refund. But beware, they won’t refund you unless you check out within 15 minutes of check in lol

Jami Worden: This is the most disgusting place ever not just one room but 3 rooms we were put into till I had enough of it, and to top it off one of the rooms look like it had blood all over the curtains. It was bad enough it scared my kids. One of the rooms on the bed. Had metal thing sticking out the side of it far enough for you. Walk up next to it you are catch your leg on it and then when I tell the front desk lady that I feel like I might need to call the cops because it looks like there’s blood all over the curtains. She begs me not to. I would think twice before ever staying at this place. I have stayed at this place before and it’s never look like this. They have gone downhill very fast. She wouldn't let me go into my room yet charged me twice on February 7th she spoke to me very rudely READ THE REVIEWS. IT also smelled like weed and they had the fire alarms battery off. My mother in law and myself were in town due to my fiancé having to have open heart surgery, so we were very much needing a stress free place to lay our heads/get refreshed when we weren’t in the hospital. Funds were short otherwise we would have never even stayed for one minute. Let’s start with our room was disgusting, had a TV with no sound, food behind the night stand with trash. Fake nails from previous guest (who knows when) underneath our bed skirt. Crumbs all throughout the room. The staff was unprofessional in every way possible. Barley saw a housekeeper and when you did, they acted like they didn’t understand you. Night “manager” was always sleeping and had no idea where to get regular coffee packets for our room. Breakfast was undercooked so I didn’t dare eat anything other than a bagel. When it was time for us to check out, they were trying to say we owed but we paid online so no, we did not. Losing my patience, as I had to get to the hospital, I asked what’s the managers name and the receptionist told me “She can NOT give me a name for the manager”. Absolutely horrible excuses that they always came up with and obviously needs some education that they are in fact, required to give a managers first name when asked. ALSO, they are false advertising a hot tub. It was cemented over and looks like it’s been that way. Ten years of working in the hotel industry and I’ve never seen anything like this. None of what they say or do is professional in any way.Save your money, and go down the road! This place needs to be shut down! Corporate was ALSO called.

One stay we only had one towel, but they corrected it, they must have a shortage of regular coffee pouches, only had decafe but had regular brewed in the lobby. The main 2 that I made the most interaction with were Vicky and Shawna those 2 go above and beyond for the guests and company itself. They both not only work front desk but they also do housekeeping. Joe C: The rooms are large with a living area with a couch and desk near the hallway and a sleeping area near outdoors. Both areas have TVs, so if one person wanted to stay up, it would not disturb a second sleeping. A bathroom and a large counter space are located between the two. The counter is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and safe. Both our room and the common areas were neat and well maintained. Nothing in our room (106) was broken. The breakfast was ample and fresh. I had two bowls of raisin bran, orange juice, blackberry yogurt, and coffee. The motel is located near the airport, but is distant from downtown. (We came to visit museums. So we had to drive and park downtown. Of course, downtown motels / hotels are significantly more expensive.) Overall, this Econolodge is an excellent value.

Kayla Martino: DO NOT STAY HERE! I wish I could give this place a ZERO. We flew into town for a wedding and our room was dirty and smelt AWFUL, like fish. When we called the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms because of the smell, they just sent someone up with an air freshener and left. We spent the whole weekend sick because of the smell and honestly felt so dirty. Then when we left to fly home we scheduled the shuttle to take us to the airport. The guy called our room at 4am screaming that we had to leave right now, even though we weren't scheduled to leave for another 2 hours. He rushed us out because that's when HE was ready to leave and we never got our deposit back because he rushed us out. Wish I knew how awful this place was before booking.
Paige G.: Great experience overall, staff went above and beyond. Had to fly out during a snowstorm and our car got stuck, so they drove us to the airport and waived the parking fee. When we got back they picked us up, un-stuck our car, and then gave the battery a jump. My husband and I wouldn’t have been able to get home that night without their help, and we’re both very grateful!The room was nice, clean, and quiet, with a good amount of space to move around. Great water pressure as well!
T Lou: I read the reviews before booking this place to sleep and fly. The reviews WAY overstated how nice this place is. I do want to state that the people working were attentive and the rooms were clean, but that is the extent of anything I can say that was positive.First of all, when we walked in, the lobby was basically missing. They're undergoing extreme renovations and there was plastic and drywall dust all over. And very noisy workers. It wasn't even really a lobby. It was a job site. I couldn't believe they even let people stay there while this was going on. But at this point, we had no choice but to stay. We got up to our room and it was NOT what we had reserved. We had reserved a king and it was two double beds. We called down immediately and they said, "sorry...we're sold out of king rooms." "I'm not sure why I was able to reserve one then", I replied. They said "well, it's the same price anyway so..." and that was that. We tried to turn the TV on and it didn't work. They did come up and try to fix it, but they couldn't and basically said "oh well".Then we tried to sleep because our flight left very early and we had booked the shuttle and there was no way we could sleep. The paper-thin walls and very loud neighbors, as well as the proximity to the busy highway made it impossible. In the morning, when we got to the lobby to take the shuttle to the airport, they had overbooked the number of people and our luggage and all of the passengers were squished. The van was absolutely trashed as well. We noticed a partially full water bottle in the cupholder which was STILL there when they shuttle picked us up after our trip. And also, most of the parking spaces are in a very muddy area adjacent to the regular hotel parking.Again, the people were "available" but not interested in making it a pleasant experience. For what we had to pay to stay there, we'll definitely SLEEP at home and pay the airport parking rate next time.
entity Agar: Stayed at this hotel not too long ago and did a PARK SLEEP FLY package and it was great for a price of 161 i parked my car for 9 days got a double bed and shuttle both ways from airport they have 24 hour shuttles and i had a 3 am flight. they accommodated me very well and will be staying here again very soon with my friends and I, overall great place and definitely recommend 10/10. owners and staff are all very nice people and did lots of remodeling and the place looks much better than what the previous owners had done.

Kay Johnston: I was told by phone that we were flying in too late for shuttle but to take taxi and they would reimburse. When I tried to get payment I was told they only reimburse Uber, and not very nicely. When checking in they never asked for id but wanted a credit card for incidentals even though room had been paid for when I made the reservation, I will watch my statement as I do not trust them. Dinning room was acceptable but would have been better if their whole family had not been there. Will never use this facility again even though convenient to airport.

They also offer a shuttle service starting at 4:30 AM on the phone and when we got to the hotel, they said shuttle service is not until 7 AM. Lindsey: Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely awful customer service. We mainly spoke with Antonette/Tony one of the managers and she was incredibly rude. My sister in law blocked rooms here for their wedding and we had nothing but issues with this hotel. We were over charged and when I called to get the problem solved Tony was yelling at me and not listening to my story or complaints. I asked to speak with a manager to which she replied she was then finally said she would transfer me to her manager and she proceeded to hang up on me. I had to call back and let her know that she accidentally hung up on me to which she replied she was one thousand percent sure that that didn’t happen but she would send me over again. She then hung up on me yet again and I had to call back multiple times to get through to finally speak to the GM. Would not recommend this hotel.

Pool is nice clean and warm. The area is good middle class neighborhood. We found many places to eat around the hotel. All interstates are close by. Milo Bee: Got a reservation through Expedia, said on the site that this place had a pool, hot tub, and hot breakfast. Their idea of a hot breakfast was a toaster in the back of the room to warm up bagels (plus muffins and a few selections of cereal). Their pool wasn't open and their hot tub has been closed for years, but the owner doesn't want to pay the fee on Expedia to change the information- and they certainly don't seem to care how much they disappoint guests specifically choosing their location for their amenities. There are dozens of better hotels in the area, don't give these people your money.

Then when we got our room there was Nutella wrappers and Nutella on the wall, along with dirty towels and crumbs all over the floor. It never got above 67 degrees in our room for our stay. It was terrible. The blankets on the bed were a joke. How on earth are you supposed to stay warm with a sheet and thin fleece?! We ended up taking the blankets off the second bed, putting them on top of the blankets on the first bed, and sleeping together. The shower temperature was wildly inconsistent. Lastly, there was croutons on the floor next to one of the beds.
