Christine Potter: Unbelievable experience at Pandora tonight. Went in to get my bracelet cleaned and was told they are not doing cleanings right now. I asked why, and she said they are not doing cleanings in the month of December due to it being their busy season. I looked around and said but it's not busy and she said not right now. I then said so you couldn't take the time to clean my bracelet, and she said no. Mined you, she was leaning on the counter, doing nothing when I walked in. I will not be spending any more money there. So much for my charm bracelet. I planned on spending money while I waited but I won't be spending money there again. It's a shame that they couldn't take 5 minutes to do a small service in order to keep a customer.
Heather B: Ask could I see a tray of charms that were not dangles, she tells me look at the book. If I wanted to look in a book I could of stayed home out the rain and looked on line. I then asked if I could see the tray that has the clearance, last years charms, she said everything is clearance because it’s buy 2 get 1 free. I then said I’m just looking for one charm and would like to see what stands out that catches my eye or something with September birth stone. She then shows me different charms not on a tray, she takes them out and off the charm holder one at time and lays them on the glass. I’ve been here before and other pandora stores never came across a rude associate as her. Never felt welcomed, I felt like she didn’t trust me looking at more than a couple charms.

Malaysia Aldridge: Please do not buy from this company...The jewelry is overpriced and Not good quality.....I paid six hundred dollars for a bracelet and the first time I put it on..two of my charms was missing after probably only being on for a couple hours...I only went to a dinner so It wasn't anything I was doing that should had caused the issue..The problem was I only had 30 days to return it..But I literally didn't wear the bracelet until the end of the 30 days..I wish I would had put it on sooner because I would had definitely returned the item...Now..the interesting thing is..Now all of a sudden I hear lots of people sharing the same experience I went through..smh...I've never heard anything bad about the jewelry before hand..Now at several people are complaining about..I just wish I would had known...Because I don't have money to Waste!!!! Please go somewhere Else!

I live in Virginia, and when I tried to exchange them at a Pandora in my hometown, the sales people were rude and unhelpful. I contacted the ladies at this Pandora store via Instagram and they were able to assist me with no problem. I mailed my bracelets to them, they exchanged them and mailed back to me. Now that's what I call Customer Service!

I didn't entirely know what I was looking for, and Alyssa skillfully walked me through everything, and helped it all make sense. Presenting pros and cons of all sorts of configurations and angles, she helped me figure out what I wanted them to make. In addition to crafting our ring, they were sure to ask questions & make recommendations as I was preparing for travel with the ring. They were both aware of potential logistical pitfalls in proposing while on a trip like lost luggage & airport security issues, and they were sure to share those considerations to set me up for success. They worked with us and our insurance and the appraisal on the new ring far surpassed the original ring. They will definitely be our go to jeweler for any future needs. They are the best!
Randy Roze: Went in after browsing at Azzi for our first round of looking for engagement rings and the guy we had help us was very unprofessional and borderline creepy! He completely ignored my girlfriend’s after asking her what she wanted and showed her the complete opposite ring and said this is the one he thinks she’d look pretty in. He grabbed her hand multiple times from when we first walked in because he “reads hands” and after Saying the ring HE picked picked out wasn’t for her, he proceeded to take her hand and put the ring on her hand. That made her and me very uncomfortable! We are in our early 20s and this 40-50 year old man is being very touchy, pushy, and dismissive when we are the only 3 in the store made for a very uncomfortable and unsettling environment

Brian gave us some pointers and advice, and pretty much giving us the 101 on the metals, diamonds, styles, sizes, so much more; also gave us financial options to get something i truly love.One thing that i loved was that he was very patient and very one on one with us, getting to know us to help find/build the perfect ring in a estimated budget my boyfriend gave him. Overrall at the end, we did a beautiful custom engagement ring that i absolutely fell in love with. I HIGHLY recommend this place and we will be back for the wedding bands and how the proposal went!One more note; the young lady that was working with him was a real sweetheart and helped assist brian so amazing!
Kristin Zischke: Everyone at the West Saginaw location is so friendly, and professional!My husband had my wedding set fixed there. It was fixed and cleaned perfectly. When I got home I noticed the band was cracked. I called Brian and took my ring back he looked at it and we both agreed that it was probably because the band is so thin on the bottom and it's old. None the less he took it right back and fixed it.100% recommend them for all your jewelry needs and wants!
William House: I went to Medawar 7 years ago when I was buying an engagement ring for my now wife. I brought with me a 1.2 caret diamond that was my grandmother's. The diamond had a small inclusion in the lower area.Medawar told me the diamond was worthless and would break due to the inclusion. They even told me quote "it will break even if you leave it in a drawer and never touch it". They offered to buy the 1.2 caret diamond, that belonged to my dead grandma, for about $1k and sell me another engagement ring that looked like a tiny dirty pebble for $3k.I left and went to three other jewelry stores all of them were confused and shocked at the lies Medawar told me. I got the diamond placed into a nice setting and my wife has worn it ever since, and no it did not break like Medawar claimed it would. Also since then I have shared with every guy I know in the market to buy a ring how Medawar tried to rip me off for my dead grandmas diamond and my future wife's ring. It is still the lowest thing I have ever seen in business and just from another human in general.

They went above and beyond and replaced a damaged pearl.Also, at no charged cleaned and polished my wife’s wedding ring set. Brian noticed to ring prongs were two bent and fixed them.Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful.A very positive experience and glad we stopped to ask about restringing a pearl necklace. They actually double knotted the string, so it is now nicer than previously.Thank you and your staff for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

There were a couple different issues/ items that we wanted help with. Ann Duchene: My daughter (11 yes old) wanted to have her ears pierced for months, but was tremendously anxious at the thought of going through with it. Last Wednesday, she decided today was the day. I have to admit, I was not looking forward to the experience. As I anticipated, my daughter’s anxiety shot through the roof as soon as she was seated for the piercing. The woman helping us is named Miranda, and she was exceptional! Not only was she kind and patient, but she answered all my daughter questions (repeatedly) and worked to find ways to lower the sensory impact of the experience. She treated my daughter with dignity instead of shaming or belittling her. Five stars for Miranda! Thank you!

They are very fairly priced and even worked with the price to get it down a little (without me asking). Also let me talk about the turn around time. It was less than 24 hrs!! Yesss that is not always the case and depends on demand. The fit was also perfect! But I’m so grateful I found this jeweler. And I’ll definitely be back for any needs I may have!
