K D Flagg: Anytime you go inside this Bank of America it is slower than ever. I went to withdraw some money, and they wanted to send a text message to my phone even though they had my ID. I didn't have the phone that I had down on my application, so they were giving me some trouble about what's wrong my money. I wanted to know if you have my ID and I'm right here and you can see it's me, I want my money now! It was a hassle and I'm withdrawing my money out of there and bank somewhere else. It was ridiculous and two times consuming because other people were in line and they only have one teller.
Terry Boyer: This location is horribly inconsistent pertaining to hours. They have a little sign on door now that says closed at 4 pm. Many time the lobby is closed and only drive through is open. Other times the drive through is closed and only the lobby is closed . They usually only have 1 teller assisting clients and as a result lines are common. Often they have a manager asking everyone in line if she can help by using the ATM. Nobody ever says yes. If they wanted to use the machine they would instead of being in line. Better use of manpower would be having another teller. I use many banks in the area and bank of America is the worst. As soon as I can pay off my accounts I'll be done with this bank.

Allison Blackmon: Has a sign on it that says knock loudly to be let in saw the one employee sitting on her cell phone playing. I knocked she acknowledged that I knocked and continue to play on the phone probably gonna look into switching banks

Thomas Munchbach: Google said Saturday hours were 9am to 1pm. Got there and even the door said the same hours. But location was definitely closed well before 1230pm
Kristina Chastain - Foster: Wish I could give zero stars!This location is so slow and understaffed! Sitting in the drive thru for over an hour - 2 days ago! 40 minutes the next day. Today it’s been 35 minutes waiting with 1 car before me!
TheRealDannTheMan: Closes super early at 4pm during prime banking hours. Has the slowest drive up ATM on the entire planet. Every button you push leads to it saying "processing" for 5 minutes.
Lou Ann Ball: This was my very first visit to Bank of America. I have done everything on line before. I had a large deposit to make and I had it all itemized, checks signed, cash counted, deposit slip made out. Every thing went smoothly, and quickly. I had one car in front of me. The teller was very polite. I gave her my driver license, and i expect this with a large deposit, and never being there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Jarek Lalain: Horrible service at this bank always. Mainly necause they never have more then 1 person working the counter. Is this Bank going out of business?? All bank of America's are starting to be like this and the main reason I will be closing my accounts and switiching to a bank that actually takes care of its customers!
Nicole Treat: Drive thru window is always closed, probably because they only have 1-2 tellers working. Slow, understaffed, and rude employees.
Taylor Q: Ate my card and there was nothing to be done not even an attempt to help get the card out. The bank the card belong to was not in Lansing so I had to go all out the way to replace my card and to make matters worse I am currently on strike at my job. Thanks Bank of America for all your help. 👌🏾

Luke Lauterbach: "Wait times are long, and you usually can't get a walk up with a financial advisor. There are never enough tellers."This was my review 5 years ago, and it still holds true today. I wouldn't expect things to ever change.

T Catey: Always short on tellers! But they can come up to in line and ask what is your business today and sell more products! They need to get more tellers and less office staff that seems to spend a lot of time talking to each other. They never answer phone. It was really nice they shut down for several days because of covid and would not answer phones so you could find out what was going on!!!!! Have had BOA for years and did banking all over country, this is worst branch out of all of them all...... Have some respect for customer's and get more tellers, there were long lines before covid so that's not a excuse !!!!!!!!!!
Gayle Lourens: This branch never answers their phone. Even if you schedule an appointment online, there is no guarantee that someone will be there to help you (it is hit or miss). What they are good at is soliciting you in the lobby for other services. Avoid this branch if at all possible.
Alexis Stauffer: Once again I wait and wait. And then I almost draw the worst teller on planet. She has the worst attitude of any customer service rep I have ever met. Moreblessing teller is their only saving grace. Get it straight BOA.

Jacob Ranum: I use this atm all the time lol. It is very safe as I can tell. Just have to open your car door to use most of the time though. Nothing like crisp new dollar bills!
Monica A. Myers-Lienhart: Extremely convenient... Easy pull up ATM. Open 24 hours/day 7 days/week 365 days/year. Deposit cash and checks, access to account withdrawal, balance inquiry, etc. This particular ATM machine I give 5 stars, though there were 3 or 4 times in the year 2019 that the machine couldn't accept check deposits therefore had to go to the branch approximately an additional 5-6 miles (10+ minutes drive time each way)

cassie melean: Canceled my account on December 4th, 2021 without any notice. I only found out when I tried to access their app and was told my account is suspended. So I called on Monday the 6th to be told that it's pending being canceled and once it goes through in 3 days they will send me my money. I asked why wasn't i informed by mail or a phone call that they were closing my account and the person said that I'll be receiving a letter in the mail stating that my account is closed down. Fast word 3 days I called again to make sure my account was closed down and they said yes and my money will be there in 10 business days. Well it's now 1/31/2022 and I called again just to find out that my account isn't closed but still pending and I can't get my money until it's closed.
Addy Hamel: Told me I would have to pay $150 and go in person (across the state to a location that has been 'temporarily closed' for a year) to open a deceased relatives safety deposit box. Went to another bank location because I thought this was absurd, and learned this is not true at all, they are going to mail the contents to me for free...
Kleinone: Drive thru closed due to "the construction" but there is no construction anywhere and the real reason is that there is only 1 teller working and a line of a dozen people. If you're concerned about being needlessly exposed to covid or anything else, avoid this branch like the plague. They don't care.
Michelle Sidel: Apparently they are under staffed and just close without warning or signage of any kind. I have to go there for work but would never bank there personally. I need a bank that holds regular hours.

Big John: These ladies are fantastic. They don't get the recognition they deserve nor the wages they deserve. They are always very polite and help you with a smile. They make this place GREAT !!!!!

The manager is an unprofessional smart aleck and they try to charge $8 in fees to cash a check issued by their bank after a 50 minute wait in their line. It would be like McDonald's charging you $8 on a $50 McDonald's Gift Card. Bad business. Greedy business! Horrible service. Slow and rude too! I am urging everyone I know to bank at credit unions.
Sterling Gordon: Slowest bank of all time! Galactically slow, sloth slow. They need to move faster or develop a faster system. They are nice and polite but the slowest bank I have ever been to by far. It's almost comedic. Please have someone from national teach you how to be faster. And Google says people are usually here 15 minutes. That is 100% inaccurate. I have never been there less than 40 minutes; usually 1.2-1.75 hours. Slowest place ever!

g j: They have horrible service and will not be flexible. The manager just told we can't help you today come back tomorrow and ran away. I work in healthcare during the times they are open. They wouldn't even answer my questions and ran away and rude. I am going to take my business elsewhere. They deserve 0 stars. In the past they lost my deposit and told me to bring in receipt before they would do anything.
Lisa Van Curen: 2 /28/2020 the after hours card swipe to get into the vestibule to use the ATM does not work. Not only does it not work with my card, it did not work with another customers cards either.
