K W: Last week at the drive thru I requested a one hundred dollar bill but received two fifty dollar bills! Yesterday I went into the branch while depositing money into my account and requested a one hundred dollar bill and received it . Today at the drive thru while banking I asked for two one hundred dollars bills but received 10 twenty dollars bills. So I had to go into the branch and request two one hundred dollars bills. It may seem petty to Flagstar but to me it is all about customer service if you don’t have what the customer requested let the customer know or ask another teller do u have a hundred dollar bill in your drawer!

Chandler Beson: The people that work here are VERY nice. Not sure why there’s 1 stars but my experience is impeccable. You might have to wait but maybe some of you should learn patience.

Stephanie Navarro: The drive thru is currently open. There is staff on hand to do daily business. I just needed to do a deposit. It was not too busy...there were 3 open drive thru's. They were full when I arrived but I only waited maybe 2 minutes. The staff is super courteous & helpful!

ALLEN JOHNSON: Ann, Andrew & Nichole are awesome; always friendly and as helpful as requested. Been a customer for 25 years and always satisfied. Going to the bank is like visiting a friend. I have had less than helpful and down right rotten service at another large ;bank. Keep up the great work.
Linda Dunn: The bank manager Ann, was very argumentative. She is very rude and should not work with the public. Most of the employees are not very helpful or informed. I will never do business with Flagstar again 👎👎👎

Sterling Gordon: This bank and particularly the manager Ann is the worst bank customer service I have ever witnessed or experienced. They’re not helpful and act like they’re doing their customers a favor by holding and investing their money, paying low interest in return, and making it virtually impossible to access your money without jumping through several hoops and the hoops change daily. There is no consistent policy on closing your account and transitioning accounts due to divorce, asset allocation, death, early withdrawal or whatever reason I have or choose. IT’S MY MONEY! The story should be consistent and I shouldn’t get an attitude from a branch manager who makes a good living doing little, has ZERO customer service skills, and makes her money ONLY because people like me have kept their money there for decades. Worst bank and staff ever!

Antony Irwin: Went through the drive thru window yesterday. I was greeted instantly by I think Jason? Was his name. Listen, this man is SO NICE. He instantly greeted me with his name and asked me mine. I gave him my preferred name even though it's different on my card, and he respectfully used it the whole encounter. I'm telling you, I have never met such a nice person at the bank. Very sweet, very kind, quick, and wonderful service. Thank you so much!!! (I hope I got your name right!!)
Mike Jewell: Came in to get 300 in change for the business and the rep just told me I have to call ahead to get 100 in ones 100 in tens and 100 in fives. Said he will do it this time.... Oh geez thanks... I would suggest putting better advocates that deal with businesses unless you want to lose business accounts. Thanks for allowing me to get change really appreciate it Chase.

I arrived at 3:45 and waited in line...finally got up to a teller at 4:10 only to be told that they actually closed at 4...even though I waited since before 4. There was no one behind me and I had all prewritten deposit slips ready to go. Had two kids in the car with me. Super dissapointed...makes me rethink having my personal, my wifes, and business banking with this company...looking into pulling my accounts to a small business bank that cares!!

Saif F: Stopped to see a banker to add a DBA to a corporate account. After waiting a couple minutes, the teller told me that one banker has an appointment at 11:30 and the other 12. It was exactly 11:30. The banker wasnt very friendly to the teller. The teller was nice but said the banker couldnt see because of his noon appointment. He was just standing around and they knew it was simply for adding a DBA. I have 3 corporate accounts with chase but that customer service was horrible and it appeard the banker simply didnt want to work.The CS at the branch on campus on Grand River is the best one.

Tyler Devuono: Jarvis took the time to help us through a difficult situation. Spent time on phone with his main office to help find a resolution that had to do with check writer not their bank. Resolved it all after he spent a good hour with us. Took time, was patient, and didn't just tell us were were SOL. We weren't even customers with accounts but we decided to open one after this experience.

cassie melean: Canceled my account on December 4th, 2021 without any notice. I only found out when I tried to access their app and was told my account is suspended. So I called on Monday the 6th to be told that it's pending being canceled and once it goes through in 3 days they will send me my money. I asked why wasn't i informed by mail or a phone call that they were closing my account and the person said that I'll be receiving a letter in the mail stating that my account is closed down. Fast word 3 days I called again to make sure my account was closed down and they said yes and my money will be there in 10 business days. Well it's now 1/31/2022 and I called again just to find out that my account isn't closed but still pending and I can't get my money until it's closed.
Addy Hamel: Told me I would have to pay $150 and go in person (across the state to a location that has been 'temporarily closed' for a year) to open a deceased relatives safety deposit box. Went to another bank location because I thought this was absurd, and learned this is not true at all, they are going to mail the contents to me for free...
Kleinone: Drive thru closed due to "the construction" but there is no construction anywhere and the real reason is that there is only 1 teller working and a line of a dozen people. If you're concerned about being needlessly exposed to covid or anything else, avoid this branch like the plague. They don't care.
Michelle Sidel: Apparently they are under staffed and just close without warning or signage of any kind. I have to go there for work but would never bank there personally. I need a bank that holds regular hours.

The manager is an unprofessional smart aleck and they try to charge $8 in fees to cash a check issued by their bank after a 50 minute wait in their line. It would be like McDonald's charging you $8 on a $50 McDonald's Gift Card. Bad business. Greedy business! Horrible service. Slow and rude too! I am urging everyone I know to bank at credit unions.
Sterling Gordon: Slowest bank of all time! Galactically slow, sloth slow. They need to move faster or develop a faster system. They are nice and polite but the slowest bank I have ever been to by far. It's almost comedic. Please have someone from national teach you how to be faster. And Google says people are usually here 15 minutes. That is 100% inaccurate. I have never been there less than 40 minutes; usually 1.2-1.75 hours. Slowest place ever!

They wouldn't even answer my questions and ran away and rude. I am going to take my business elsewhere. They deserve 0 stars. In the past they lost my deposit and told me to bring in receipt before they would do anything.
