Zane Philo: Waited on call for at least 35 minutes the last 2 times I have called. Their online banking isn’t very good if you have a loan through them.
Dalton Most: My brother went to this bank and withdrew money and they took the money out of my account and gave it to him somehow. Absolutely ridiculous.

Daniel Roskoskey: I once had an account here for the sole purpose of paying off an auto loan; once the loan was complete I closed my account and went on with life. Later on I decided to reopen an account because of the positive experiences I had with the credit union. So last year I opened an account with the intentions of putting away an amount of cash a paycheck as an emergency fund. Immediately, I could not log into my account online, neither my username or password worked, and password reset did not work and insisted I did not have an account. I decided on going to the bank, but I work the overnight shift in a city across the state, so getting to the bank was hard and I only managed it this Saturday the 29th of April.I'm horrendous with names, but the front desk clerk was nice and friendly, and was able to locate my checking and routing numbers but was unable to allow me access to my account. The teller who I made an in-person appointment with however, was at first friendly then hostile to me; claiming that I was committing fraud for not utilizing my bank account. FRAUD! FRAUD FOR OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT! She then had the gall to ask if I wanted to open another account, to which I replied an immediate no.Avoid LAFCU like the plague. They used to be a good credit union, but lost themselves along the way if they perpetuate customers who open bank account to being fraudsters.
Ranger Danger68: Watching their area manager harass construction workers while I was banking there was a huge disappointment. The bald guy yelling and harassing the working class leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Going to take my banking and loans elsewhere.

Besides waisting days worth of time on hold it’s now like pulling teeth to get any type of loan from them.We know y’all are not that busy to be leaving people on hold for hours. Longest hold time I had was 3 hours 47 minutes. Completely uncalled for. Today 4/17/23, I’ve been on hold for almost an hour now.
Spencer Austin: Absolutely garbage bank and absolutely horrible customer service. I'vehad three previous loans with them and never had an issue. But because I fell on hard times they are absolutely not understanding and the collections team to rude and pompous like they're better than you.
Jon Lopez: This used to be a great credit union. You could apply for a loan and get denied within a couple hours.Now, for some reason it takes them over a day to deny you. The service, along with the lending, has gone downhill since they expanded their region. Members will just have to suffer as a result.
Jamie Daugherty: Do not use this credit union. I've had a car loan with them for over 2 years now never had issues until 2 days ago. Some reason they duplicated a payment I noticed it almost immediately and sent them a message online because it was almost midnight. Got a message in the morning saying sorry there's nothing we can do because of the way it was charged you have to call your bank and dispute the charge. What do you mean the way it was charged??? There's only one way to pay unless you mail or go to a branch. Formal complaints have been made with the proper agencies. Next step is lawsuit for negligent banking practices

As soon as it sounded like I was being connected, an automated message says they are experiencing system issues and the call could not go through. I spent all that time listening to advertisements for other businesses and then didn't even get to talk to anyone.

Jim Wysocki: Disappointed in Bank employees wrongdoing costed me almost $400 time and time again delinquent notice on payment when it was pulled out of my direct deposit should have been weekly but false promises got set aside by a fired employee if you want to keep your money I would suggest not going here the bank CEO will backup a fired employees wrongdoings so that they don't have to work with you by extending 1 month or pitching in a few dollars per month to equal out fairness

This is smaller credit union but they will go to great lengths to help you if needed. Highly recommended! Of course you have to make an effort to do the right thing.

mike pier: Gabriels Community CU has been a terrific partner for my used car lot over the past 2.5 years. Every member of the staff has been extremely personable, from the most mundane question I had to, to finding the information I need and getting back to me in a timely manner. I have sent over 100 loans successfully to Gabriels, and every single one of my customers has been satisfied with the customer service they received. There is not a Credit union in greater Lansing that has better customer care in my opinion.
Jordan Schneider: Since they seem to have blocked the reviews off of their Facebook account I will leave another review here. I would not recommend Gabriel’s to anyone. The management there is extremely awful and lacks professionalism. If you want a bank who will care about you and your money, go somewhere else! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very unhappy, highly recommend going elsewhere!

K W: Last week at the drive thru I requested a one hundred dollar bill but received two fifty dollar bills! Yesterday I went into the branch while depositing money into my account and requested a one hundred dollar bill and received it . Today at the drive thru while banking I asked for two one hundred dollars bills but received 10 twenty dollars bills. So I had to go into the branch and request two one hundred dollars bills. It may seem petty to Flagstar but to me it is all about customer service if you don’t have what the customer requested let the customer know or ask another teller do u have a hundred dollar bill in your drawer!

Zachary Clough (NapoleontheLesser): My experience with Lake Trust on a whole as a financial institution has been miserable. Instead of verifying the transactions I make before locking the card they immediately lock it, and for regular internet transactions through reputable sites. I've been through 3 cards with them. They take twice as long as every oth financial institution I've had to complete transfers and transactions, and when coworkers have already gotten direct deposit mine hasn't even shown up as pending until hours later. Absolutely the worst Bank/Credit Union in Michigan.

Vergie Pearl: I LOVE CASE CREDIT UNION! because they care about their members. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs help and needs a credit union. The West Saginaw Team is awesome. Julie Teed is awesome at any branch she goes to. They have helped me, my friends and family tremendously. Kelli in the lending department is wonderful as well.
Mimi: The worst branch out of ALL of Case branches. Everyone is lazy. I walk in and see 4 people doing absolutely nothing and only one person at the window to tackle a long line of people. This location is a joke. The Manager walks around doing nothing watching his employees struggle. It’s a joke. This location is a joke.

My earnings didn't get put on my other debit card as they were supposed to. I came back into the credit union and Zach offered a solution for me. We had my earnings direct deposit into my account at Case Credit Union and within 2 days I had my earnings. I could not be more satisfied with the service I have been given by this credit union. And the kindness I have received by Ashley and Zach goes above and beyond what I have ever experienced anywhere else. Job well done.😁
Shane Duffy: Zach has been the absolute best bank representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has gone above and beyond to make things work and get things done for us today. I was ready to walk away from this account and he turned it around and made it so I can buy my new car tomorrow. Of all the banks and loan reps I’ve worked with over the years, this is by far the best and second to none. I cannot say enough good things.
Anna U.: I've had an account here for over 20 years and had extreme difficulties for the last year with this place. I'm on chemo, so going into an establishment without mask mandates is extremely risky for me, so I've always used the drive through. Except now, with the new video tellers, I have to provide my full social security number and drivers license because my debit card was lost and frozen and they never replaced it. I'm not comfortable providing my full SSN on a computer screen out in the open just to access my money! Then I attempted to set up an EFT situation so I could at least move my money to a credit union I can use the video teller without providing my full SSN and withdraw that way, but their system is so broken it doesn't work! Any time I tried to get help, I got berated by customer service reps. I'm moving all of my accounts, though I doubt they'll let that be a simple process either

James A: The ATM IS ALWAYS DOWN! The woman in the drive through is extremely rude, She states sly remakes and smiles in your face when there is error. I have had so many issues with this bank and this employee that I am going to be closing my account and going to MSUFCU.Extremely rude, Always a line out the door and understaffed and never able to have a smooth transaction without sitting down with a manager.I have driven to five different locations in a 30 mile radius and spent an entire gas tank of gas just to find every single location has their ATM out of service so I have absolutely no means of pulling any of my money from the bank

Limisha Watkins: I was so shocked to discover that the banker, Helen Sanchez Reis who opened my business account did not return my original business documents to me that I provided her. She scanned my original documents for the bank's file and did not place the physical documents back in my folder. I emailed her later that evening and told her that I would return to the bank the following morning to retrieve my originals, but when I arrived, she handed me copies of the documents. Double check your documents before leaving this bank.

Antony Irwin: Went through the drive thru window yesterday. I was greeted instantly by I think Jason? Was his name. Listen, this man is SO NICE. He instantly greeted me with his name and asked me mine. I gave him my preferred name even though it's different on my card, and he respectfully used it the whole encounter. I'm telling you, I have never met such a nice person at the bank. Very sweet, very kind, quick, and wonderful service. Thank you so much!!! (I hope I got your name right!!)
Mike Jewell: Came in to get 300 in change for the business and the rep just told me I have to call ahead to get 100 in ones 100 in tens and 100 in fives. Said he will do it this time.... Oh geez thanks... I would suggest putting better advocates that deal with businesses unless you want to lose business accounts. Thanks for allowing me to get change really appreciate it Chase.
ashley the Mocha Barbie: Waited 25 minutes in drive thru, due to the lobby being closed. Very friendly staff though. Made up for the wait.

Stephen Kolokithas: Super dissapointed...update your hours and your service...supposedly they are only open until 4 at the drive thru. I arrived at 3:45 and waited in line...finally got up to a teller at 4:10 only to be told that they actually closed at 4...even though I waited since before 4. There was no one behind me and I had all prewritten deposit slips ready to go. Had two kids in the car with me. Super dissapointed...makes me rethink having my personal, my wifes, and business banking with this company...looking into pulling my accounts to a small business bank that cares!!

Saif F: Stopped to see a banker to add a DBA to a corporate account. After waiting a couple minutes, the teller told me that one banker has an appointment at 11:30 and the other 12. It was exactly 11:30. The banker wasnt very friendly to the teller. The teller was nice but said the banker couldnt see because of his noon appointment. He was just standing around and they knew it was simply for adding a DBA. I have 3 corporate accounts with chase but that customer service was horrible and it appeard the banker simply didnt want to work.The CS at the branch on campus on Grand River is the best one.

Melissa Talbot: Horrible customer service, deffiently do not go above and beyond for their customers. Dont waste your time go to Michigan State Federal Credit Union !!
Tyler Devuono: Jarvis took the time to help us through a difficult situation. Spent time on phone with his main office to help find a resolution that had to do with check writer not their bank. Resolved it all after he spent a good hour with us. Took time, was patient, and didn't just tell us were were SOL. We weren't even customers with accounts but we decided to open one after this experience.
