Askr Mer': I’m writing this for every single PNC location in the world. Don’t bank here if you’re trying to save for your future. Money could be in your savings account, the company will still allow merchants to take money out of your checking account even at a zero balance making you go into negative then eventually pulling from your savings. What’s the point of a “savings account” if you’re not allowing me to save? Also what’s the point of allowing me to check “no overdraft” if you’re still letting merchants take money out of a zero account balance? PNC knows you have money in your savings so when a merchant tries to swipe a payment PNC will just let them even if you have no money in the primary checking. Other banks do not allow merchants to pull payments out of accounts if the funds are not available in that account. Why does PNC pull from my savings when I specifically told the banker to not allow overdraft!? Don’t have a savings account here, I don’t recommend it! I’m probably about to find a new bank anyway because the bankers never listen to your requests about your accounts, almost as if they just do what they want for you.

Andres Fulgencio: Attempted to deposit cash into my account. Received a “cannot process transaction” error, but the ATM ate the cash and the funds were not applied to my account. Was told by the front desk there was nothing they could do, and they made no offer to assist further. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Ryan Watkins: Tried to deposit cash in the ATM and it spit the money back out at me three times stating that I had too many bills. Had only 20 bills I wanted to put in. Backed out and sent it in through the tube. Immediately was told they'd be with me in a moment. I kid you not, twenty minutes went by and the woman came back on the screen apologizing that she had forgotten about me. Would have left and made it to work on time if they didn't have my cash and card. Extremely disappointed, and I've banked with PNC for 10 years. This isn't the first time I've had long waits and been late for work
Jessica Kelly: The SLOWEST branch in East Lansing. Seriously, don’t waste your time coming here. The drive-thru takes at least 30 minutes every time, and they only leave 1 bank teller open during peak hours. There were 12 of us waiting in the lobby today. What should have been a 5 minute trip turned into 35 minutes before I eventually gave up and left. Seriously PNC, if you don’t have the employees to sufficiently run a branch, you’re better off just closing it!!
Jesse Soldan: 2 pnc locations have issues with their night deposit boxes. They even have a permanent sign, basically saying that their night deposit box not working is a thing.Almost like they're trying to charge late fees. Get with it.

Dominique: This branch lacks customer service quality, especially Lucas. He told my wife one thing and myself a contradicting statement. I paid for two personal checks that my wife (also on the account) used and PNC honored one and rejected another because of an invalid signature (written for our rent). When my wife called he told her the bank was at fault and would cover late fees associated with the rejected payment. Lucas also said the bank would issue out the check to our leasing office, however two weeks have passed without the check being issued. When I called he told me he recommended to my wife to pick up a cashier's check and give that payment to our leasing office, and now the bank would not pay any late fee. Lucas called it an "unfortunate system error" when I spoke to him and refused to have PNC take any accountability. A complete lack of respect for clients and we will now be banking elsewhere.
Greg Daenzer: Pnc has forgotten about the customer and has used covid as an excuse for poor service. Not tellers fault. Overworked.

Jacob Anderson: Waking up to overdraft fees that was not on my account the night before and randomly show up on my bank app in the morning after I get paid the bank is unreliable closing my accounts with the institute to many issues with this bank specially when I watch my accounts closely
Rebbecca Fraley: I don't recommend using this location's ATM to deposit funds. I am very upset, as I went to depost cash into the ATM on Tuesday morning and it kept my money and said my transaction could not be processed. Two employees watched me as I used the indoor ATM. I went inside to address the issue and was told they would place a deposit dispute on my account and that once the ATM deposits had been reconciled, my account would be funded with the money I put in. I asked how long it would take, because I had mulitple auto drafts pulling from this account the next day. I was told not to worry, it would be done quickly. Well, I am now in the negative and being charged NSF fees as well as two return item fees. So now I have to pay late fees for the returned drafts and I have money just floating around the Lake Lansing PNC branch. I haven't received a single phone call either, like I was promised.
Spencer Anchorage: The PNC location has the friendliest staff of all the locations in the area. It is spacious and has a welcoming environment. I have never been disappointed when I go here.
Joel Meredith: My partner and I went to close his account here last November/December. We spent probably an hour while the clerks tried to get his account closed, so to describe our initial experience as smooth or easy would be far from accurate. We just received multiple calls from a collection agency saying that we owed money on the account, which came as a surprise since we closed it last winter. Surprised, we called PNC and they let us know that the clerks--the same ones who took an hour to get their heads on straight last winter--neglected to charge us a $30 fee at the time, so it had accumulated interest. Thankfully, PNC is waiving the fee for us, so we're relieved. But the incompetence of the clerks at this branch is unbelievable. Not only was it time-consuming up front, they also neglected to do their jobs. I hope they realize how much stress and anxiety their incompetence has caused.

R Johnson: PNC Bank need to do better. I went to the South Cedar Branch in Lansing Michigan to make an auto loan payment and was to I could not do so. The reason I was denied making a payment was because my name was not on my Husband auto loan. I tried to provide ss#, address, payment amount (which his name and mine was on the check I was paying the loan with). I didn't even want a receipt my canceled check was just that. What ever happened to may I have your license please Mam and because of privacy issues we are not going to be able to provide you a receipt. I could see if I was paying with cash (could possibly go into wrong account) but check could easily be traced..Smh. Not only is PNC front line Customer Service Representatives unprofessional, not knowledgeable but also very rude. I don't know why they would refuse payment under these circumstances but I'm glad I do not retain stock in this institution. And to think not only do my Husband have an auto loan here I also have one. Note to self: Look into possibly refinancing somewhere else. (Oh I have the credit score to do just that). Good day PNC!

Branch manager leaves a redundant message and then refuses to respond. Afterwards, employees say he at lunch (over 1.5 hrs) AND when I mention this he's suddenly on a business call.Go bank with BoA. Better services and less fees.

Cruz: I went downtown Lansing to open an account .I changed my mind and close it right away.The manager up there told me that he was not able to close it to 24hrs as past I said ok .i ask if I can get it the next fallowing day he said yes just go to the other locations.So I did I went to the PNC Edgewood location @ the manager up there totally un professional,he said that he was not going to wave the closing fee because it was done in another location.I deposit $500 in cash @ there were going to give it to me in a check @ charge me $25 to close my own account,after the other manager said he was willing to wave my cancellation fee..I gave them cash money @ them Bums want to give me a check🤨🤔.I hate writing reviews but when a business is Bum at there job they need to be called out.So back to the situation about the PNC Bum manager got loud @ attitude..need to be re trained on services.💯✊🏽

Robert Brown: Revamped lobby is inconvenient and disturbing. Fake teller even more so, why ask if they can help me if they must go to teller to finish transactions... Makes no sense.I don't want multiple people involved with my transactions. The 1 and only teller Greg (who is very nice) ran out of currency at 1030 in the morning and needed to leave his post for more !!! Don't u have other people for this so he can man his post and do his job taking care of us ? Also answering the phone with a warning about recording is completely ignorant since we cannot opt out of this communist type forced invasion of our privacy. Very very disturbing...... Never get any accounts here. I only visit here as I have no choice.
Moto Kikes: The teller made a “mistake” and made a $100 withdrawal on my account after I deposited a large check over $10k. I called them immediately and they said they made a mistake and returned my money. There are much better banks out there.

A N: I recently moved to America and PNC is my first and current bank. And I think that's how it is going to stay. Every branch I've been to, including this one, has had very nice tellers who welcome you very cordially. On top of that the service was quick and efficient.

Sandra scott: Frustrating experience with service. Advised a certain person was going to call. Another person called who did not know anything about what I discussed with the other person.
Eric Ellis: Had an excellent experience at this branch on a busy day. Was attempting to use a promotional offer on my credit card and the bank manager was very helpful to both myself and the teller in figuring out how to get cash in hand for me that day.
Amy Stolz: PNC has really surprised me, they have been awesome!! But this branch has really gone above and beyond in customer service. Justin has been so extremely helpful and always there to help out with any questions or problems. Lucky we walked into this one!! Thank you!!

K D Flagg: Anytime you go inside this Bank of America it is slower than ever. I went to withdraw some money, and they wanted to send a text message to my phone even though they had my ID. I didn't have the phone that I had down on my application, so they were giving me some trouble about what's wrong my money. I wanted to know if you have my ID and I'm right here and you can see it's me, I want my money now! It was a hassle and I'm withdrawing my money out of there and bank somewhere else. It was ridiculous and two times consuming because other people were in line and they only have one teller.
Terry Boyer: This location is horribly inconsistent pertaining to hours. They have a little sign on door now that says closed at 4 pm. Many time the lobby is closed and only drive through is open. Other times the drive through is closed and only the lobby is closed . They usually only have 1 teller assisting clients and as a result lines are common. Often they have a manager asking everyone in line if she can help by using the ATM. Nobody ever says yes. If they wanted to use the machine they would instead of being in line. Better use of manpower would be having another teller. I use many banks in the area and bank of America is the worst. As soon as I can pay off my accounts I'll be done with this bank.

TheRealDannTheMan: Closes super early at 4pm during prime banking hours. Has the slowest drive up ATM on the entire planet. Every button you push leads to it saying "processing" for 5 minutes.
Lou Ann Ball: This was my very first visit to Bank of America. I have done everything on line before. I had a large deposit to make and I had it all itemized, checks signed, cash counted, deposit slip made out. Every thing went smoothly, and quickly. I had one car in front of me. The teller was very polite. I gave her my driver license, and i expect this with a large deposit, and never being there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
