Antony Irwin: Went through the drive thru window yesterday. I was greeted instantly by I think Jason? Was his name. Listen, this man is SO NICE. He instantly greeted me with his name and asked me mine. I gave him my preferred name even though it's different on my card, and he respectfully used it the whole encounter. I'm telling you, I have never met such a nice person at the bank. Very sweet, very kind, quick, and wonderful service. Thank you so much!!! (I hope I got your name right!!)

Mike Jewell: Came in to get 300 in change for the business and the rep just told me I have to call ahead to get 100 in ones 100 in tens and 100 in fives. Said he will do it this time.... Oh geez thanks... I would suggest putting better advocates that deal with businesses unless you want to lose business accounts. Thanks for allowing me to get change really appreciate it Chase.

I arrived at 3:45 and waited in line...finally got up to a teller at 4:10 only to be told that they actually closed at 4...even though I waited since before 4. There was no one behind me and I had all prewritten deposit slips ready to go. Had two kids in the car with me. Super dissapointed...makes me rethink having my personal, my wifes, and business banking with this company...looking into pulling my accounts to a small business bank that cares!!

Saif F: Stopped to see a banker to add a DBA to a corporate account. After waiting a couple minutes, the teller told me that one banker has an appointment at 11:30 and the other 12. It was exactly 11:30. The banker wasnt very friendly to the teller. The teller was nice but said the banker couldnt see because of his noon appointment. He was just standing around and they knew it was simply for adding a DBA. I have 3 corporate accounts with chase but that customer service was horrible and it appeard the banker simply didnt want to work.The CS at the branch on campus on Grand River is the best one.

Tyler Devuono: Jarvis took the time to help us through a difficult situation. Spent time on phone with his main office to help find a resolution that had to do with check writer not their bank. Resolved it all after he spent a good hour with us. Took time, was patient, and didn't just tell us were were SOL. We weren't even customers with accounts but we decided to open one after this experience.

Anthony Longo: Walked in with $1500 in my pocket to open an account. Was told there was no one on staff that could assist me and to just use the website. Wasnt even able to ask about opening an account before being bothered about a mask. Wasted a trip downtown on lunch.

ashley the Mocha Barbie: Let me tell you! when I say Liz at this branch rocks, I mean it. We were in a situation where a check was being held & led to other complications with my account. After banking there for over a yr, with no issues we were very stressed & concerned. The person that i called at the fraud department was rude, vague and gave us the run around & was absolutely no help. But I called my favorite branch to see what I needed to do. And when I say the manager Elizabeth answered the phone & went above & beyond, that is an understatement. She is amazing & handled our situation with empathy & professionalism. She was able to fit me into her busy schedule & help me, literally on my lunchbreak. And whomever she spoke to in the fraud department was equally amazing. Between the 2 of them, they got everything straightened out within 30 minutes & we were able to get back to our lives both peacefully & stress-free. We are truly thankful for these 2 employees that went above and beyond, just because they cared enough about doing the right thing while still following the rules. It pays to have empathy & compassion these days. Thank you Elizabeth from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this branch for any banking needs. And if you see Elizabeth while visiting, tell her Ashley sent you!!

Mark Phillips: This bank is neither the worst or best bank I've had. I gave them 4 stars because my interactions with them have mostly been positive. People giving 1 star seem to be doing so based on one bad experience. The bankers have always taken the time to answer my questions regarding my accounts. The tellers are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I would recommend this bank to anyone dissatisfied with their current institution.

La Chicanita: For the purpose of commenting I had to give a star but they don't deserve it. Chase closed my account and have kept my money for more then a month now!!! Happy Christmas to my family !! Because the bank refuses to send me my remaining funds that were left into my account before they closed it!!!! It's a month now and I'm left with nothing but unpaid bills😭😭😭😭😭😭

Dina Miller: By far the WORST BANK EVER...horrible customer service and no mangers ever available after 5 even though they are open until 6. Was sent to Two different branches (I live 45 mins away mind you) and neither could assist me with a simple signature form. Take your business elsewhere.....this branch and Pennsylvania branch are the worst...but overall they are all horrible!! Go to lake trust!!

Toya Pacheco: My husband went there yesterday to start a business account and the teller(Steve at the fandor) chase in Lansing Michigan , would not let him open one because he asked my husband what the business was and he said Medical Marijuana so Steve denied helping us even though he was in a car accident, has gone to school and legitimately want to help others with medical Marijuana.

Joanne DePrekel: I tried to deposit cash into my sons account. I had the account number and the routing number. The teller would NOT accept cash for the deposit because I was not the owner of the account. I had to write a check.....when is a check better than cash!Why is the night deposit box locked? Isn't the purpose of the night deposit box to be open for a "night deposit".

They even helped handle my problem for me when someone stole my credit card and charged like $400 in charges I did not authorize.People who complain about fees associated with banking confuse me... it has nothing to do with the branch itself, it would be Chase policy. I 100% recommend coming to this branch.

Francis Smart: This is a good bank with bankers who are thoughtful and helpful. I started using them because of the 100 cash bonus for openning an account with them and have been consistently happy with our services with them for the last 5 years. Normally when I leave an area I find a new local bank.I have moved away and kept using this bank.

Shadowrealm 11: Its an okay bank but you literally cant get to the atm unless the bank is open. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a 24 hour atm
