Askr Mer': I’m writing this for every single PNC location in the world. Don’t bank here if you’re trying to save for your future. Money could be in your savings account, the company will still allow merchants to take money out of your checking account even at a zero balance making you go into negative then eventually pulling from your savings. What’s the point of a “savings account” if you’re not allowing me to save? Also what’s the point of allowing me to check “no overdraft” if you’re still letting merchants take money out of a zero account balance? PNC knows you have money in your savings so when a merchant tries to swipe a payment PNC will just let them even if you have no money in the primary checking. Other banks do not allow merchants to pull payments out of accounts if the funds are not available in that account. Why does PNC pull from my savings when I specifically told the banker to not allow overdraft!? Don’t have a savings account here, I don’t recommend it! I’m probably about to find a new bank anyway because the bankers never listen to your requests about your accounts, almost as if they just do what they want for you.

K W: Last week at the drive thru I requested a one hundred dollar bill but received two fifty dollar bills! Yesterday I went into the branch while depositing money into my account and requested a one hundred dollar bill and received it . Today at the drive thru while banking I asked for two one hundred dollars bills but received 10 twenty dollars bills. So I had to go into the branch and request two one hundred dollars bills. It may seem petty to Flagstar but to me it is all about customer service if you don’t have what the customer requested let the customer know or ask another teller do u have a hundred dollar bill in your drawer!

Heather Andrist: I have never had any issues with Huntington bank before, however, I came to this location for the first time today with my boyfriend in order to set up a joint savings account. No one else was there, but we were still told to drive to another location to open it because “there’s only two of us” and “we’re only open for another hour”. Luckily, one of the two employees informed us of how we could open an account online or via the phone so we didn’t have to drive out of our way to another location. Overall, the situation just seemed pretty lazy.
Kirill Shalagin: Manger was very professional and patient. The teller is always friendly and always calls me by name! Great staff! Great atmosphere!
Roberta Tanner: Don't bank here unless you never plan to move from East Lansing. Huntington is the most difficult bank to work with and THREW AWAY all of our needed documentation when they "cleaned out their files" (which we physically brought to them twice). Their previous manager retired and "they have no record". Call after call they told us to physically come into the branch. We live out of state. Multiple, multiple calls trying to resolve. Stay away.

ALLEN JOHNSON: Ann, Andrew & Nichole are awesome; always friendly and as helpful as requested. Been a customer for 25 years and always satisfied. Going to the bank is like visiting a friend. I have had less than helpful and down right rotten service at another large ;bank. Keep up the great work.
Linda Dunn: The bank manager Ann, was very argumentative. She is very rude and should not work with the public. Most of the employees are not very helpful or informed. I will never do business with Flagstar again 👎👎👎

Sterling Gordon: This bank and particularly the manager Ann is the worst bank customer service I have ever witnessed or experienced. They’re not helpful and act like they’re doing their customers a favor by holding and investing their money, paying low interest in return, and making it virtually impossible to access your money without jumping through several hoops and the hoops change daily. There is no consistent policy on closing your account and transitioning accounts due to divorce, asset allocation, death, early withdrawal or whatever reason I have or choose. IT’S MY MONEY! The story should be consistent and I shouldn’t get an attitude from a branch manager who makes a good living doing little, has ZERO customer service skills, and makes her money ONLY because people like me have kept their money there for decades. Worst bank and staff ever!

Nope your not going to keep my copies as I have other banks to give this to. Power of attorney from Arizona and another one traveling full time and not in Michigan won't work for us not when they have to come to Lansing to sign papers if approved by the bank. For gods sake the papers were written by an attorney. I walked out of this bank. Will deal with a real bank somewhere else. We are Chase Private Clients and must be the lady didn't know about that program or she was new and had no clue??? Frustrating

Jason Rodriguez: I did not have a account with them so$8.00 to cash a check from my employer who banks with chase bank. I dont mind paying $3.00 to cash my check but $8.00 is crazy. But someone has to pay for the CEO's lifestyle. Thats why i use credit union's for my banking
Randi Keys: Provided picture ID as well as birth certificate and chase polices still don’t allow you to withdraw money without license. Employees are not understanding and very hesitant to help. My license is lost and replacement is on the way however, employees do nothing to help you and laugh at you while you are crying. I expressed how I needed to take the money out for rent and provided necessary documentation as well as being on camera, coming into the branch MULTIPLE TIMES for fraud and other miscommunications chase bank has had with third parties and yet they still don’t believe you are who you say you are. I’ve been with this bank for 4 years and after today I will definitely be changing to BOA. Chase does not help you when you need help.

Katherine Hanson: I made an appointment, but when I arrived, I waited for 26 minutes after my appoint time and never got any help. Ended up leaving. Only go if you have a several hours to waste.
