COWGIRLS Country Bar & Grill Formally Ginopolis’: Had to pickup a pair of boots that I ordered online from a different company. Arrived 15 mins prior to close. Manager, Kristen & staff were fab! Asked for their assistance with a specific jean style & fit. Directed me to recommended department. First 2 I tried fit perfectly, a first ever. Purchased an amazing tote as well. All were super sweet. Hour drive was well worth it! I’ll definitely return soon.Thank ladies!!

First time was told give me a little bit have to take care of something really quick and I will be right back to check in on you. 30mins later still no one checked in on me. I left went back in today to give them another chance. No one even acknowledged me as they where to busy gossiping between each other.
Gage L: Bought a pair of Thorogood 804-4940 Moc toe boots a few weeks back. The work boot rack is a complete mess and they do not keep any stock off the floor. So after about 20 minutes I found my matching pair without a sign of any employee to help. I thought I'd give Thorogood a try as I've always gone with Red Wings. I'll definitely be going back to the Red Wing store from now on. On this pair I spent $300 and now have to spend more to take them to Charlotte Shoe Repair so they can be reworked if possible. The right boot has extra tongue material which makes it almost unbearable over 10+ hour shifts. Very poor QC that I do not care for at all being that I still spent the premium on these boots. I called the Boot Barn to see if they do repairs on boots they sell but they do not. Overpriced and they do not stand by their products. Not really a point in shopping here over any other work outfitter, unless you need bedazzled cowboy boots and hats I suppose.

Michael Xiong: I went there looking for FR clothes. They had what I needed but wished they had more selection of FR clothes like an FR hi visible safety jacket or coat that are 2112. Otherwise this store has some pretty good stuff.
Jessica Avery: Poor customer service. Drove over an hour to visit. Hours on their website apparently differ than when they are really open- or maybe they were just trying to close early. We walked in - doors were not locked, clearly saw other customers shopping in the store and we were rudely told to leave because they were actually closed and we could come back tomorrow.

Bob Shinn: First thought when I walked in was wow this place is awesome…wanted to buy works boots but they did not have my size. The girl ordered some for me and shipped them to my house. It took 2 weeks to get them and they were 2 different sizes!!! I returned them and ordered more and had them shipped to the store because that was supposed to be faster. That also took two more weeks and then they couldn’t even find them! I had to call them so they could look for them!! They told me they would give me money off for my trouble but when it came down to it they did nothing and made me drive 45 min to get my money back! The girl did not even say bye when we ended our call. This place is terrible and has terrible customer service!!
Ryan Noel: I love this place! Came in on or about the 1st or 2nd of October, bought a pair of Cody James square toe boots, belt to match my favorite pair of old boots, new wool Cody James hat (the manager even shaped it for me so I could wear it out., socks and insoles. My feet are in love and I've never felt better. They treat you like you are a person and not a sales quota, thank ya'll at Boot Barn for coming to my hometown.
Becky Geer: The only thing I would improve on is the expansion of the selection of cowboy boots. Otherwise everyone was super sweet and helpful!!!!! I do want to go back many times! Unfortunately that store is over an hour away 😔. I heard there may be one coming to Ann Arbor in the future! That would be half the distance. I'm planning on bringing my friend for a road trip and a visit out to the store. Thank you employees for an amazing time at your store!!!!!!!

BeeLake Casa: This has always been my go to place for boots and shoes, outside of online orders. Their clearance section is always worth a look, as the prices there are at times lower then you'll find anywhere. Store is always clean, well lit and staff has always been friendly and polite.

I had the receipt the box and the tags. The casher was a young curly haired girl with glasses. She said "oh sometimes we don't open the box to check cuz we don't want to damage the box.. I told her it was a gift from my sister. She never offered to find a left shoe she just said the she said I could get cash back and to just ask my sister to buye another pair. I asked her if I could get store credit and she goes ... Too late it's already done and said nothing else .I thought the whole transaction was rude.and she kinda ruined my birthday present .

Elaine Fisher: After shopping in other stores and online, Shoe Carnival was the right place to shop.I had many choices and friendly salespeople who helped.My online purchase was a nightmare!Paid over $100.00 for one pair of shoes and couldn't return them even though they didn't fit!!At Shoe Carnival I bought three pairs of shoes for a little more than $100.00.Customer service was great!

There is a large selection with great variety of both footwear types and sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to the Lansing Mall Shoe Carnival to check out their selection the next time I am in need of footwear to see if they have what I am looking for.

Matt Olson: If you buy cheap throw away footwear and want it repaired for next to nothing don't bother taking them to this or any other repair shop. Throw them out and buy new. But if you have made an investment in the comfort and sustainability of quality shoes or boots and want them refurbished to as good or better than new, this is the place to take them. I have been a customer for many years and have always been completely satisfied. Excellent work at fair prices (always quoted in advance). I recommend this place to my friends.
