Jeannie Klein-Gordon: Shout out to Wolfgang who helped me pick out a pair of everyday/tennis shoes! Wolfgang was awesome in helping me understand what I needed based on the way I walk, my past shoes and their wear, etc., and answering all my questions and not making me feel rushed. I actually had fun picking out shoes! I have been to this store in the past and would recommend it to others. The prices are on par with regular prices you'd see at other places like Amazon, they have a good selection of good brands, the store has a nice vibe, and you get assigned a person who focuses on helping you find the right shoes for you, rather than how department stores are with one person trying to help several people.
James Soliman: One of the BEST places in the USA for all running needs. The staff is so helpful. They can guide and fit you to a sneaker that fits your foot and thinking style. They can check your gait, as well as provide good form running classes and injury clinics.They often have sales for the season and spike night for the local high schools.Check out the clearance upstairs to save some cash if you don't mind the previous iteration models of sneakers.I recall seeing the store featured on one of the best of running stores in the United States as well!

Dee Webb: This store is clean, organized and usually has what I'm looking for.The cashier's are always congenial.Received excellent help and suggestions in camping equipment and athletic shoes departments last night.Always walk out of there with a purchase.
Dave Moore: Mary at the front end was extremely rude, impatient and not willing to hear that another cashier had my return behind the counter. She rushed me out the checkout lane, saying “ have a great day in a really Condescending rude tone” I shop here all the time, but I will not be returning if she is still employed here. Terrible customer service. Everyone else was very welcoming besides Mary. She looked like she was in a very bad mood. You lost a good weekly returning customer over one employee with a terrible attitude. I’d give this spot zero stars if I could. Thanks for the terrible experience Mary!!!!

Jay “JC” Carter: You walk in, and NOBODY, I mean NOBODY said one word, and this isn't the first time coming to this location and getting the same treatment. I would rather order my shoes online or go way out of town than deal with this place and the employees. There is no need to ask what you can do to fix it cause I have already given this place one too many chances.

I ordered shoes on feb. 9th never heard anything from champs so on feb. 14th I called them just to find out they don’t have the shoes I ordered or something went wrong she wasn’t sure. She said I can cancel your order I don’t know what happened for whatever reason the shoes are not available. I just got a email today feb. 15th about my order was cancelled due to the shoes not being available. This is the second time this happened to me it also happened about a year ago.

Barbara Algeri: It's my birthday and I am headed back to Boston via Lansing airport. My daughter and I thought it would be nice to have a bite to eat and a bBloody Mar. We ordered our food and made the mistake of asking far another Bloodymary. We waited for quite awhile and finally see the waitress and ask where our drinks were. She proceeded to look totally bewildered and stated she has too many tables to take cared and will get to is when she can. Next thing we see she is crying and telling her manager I freaked out on her. I am 63 years old and only asked where our drinks were. She made us very uncomfortable as she stopped every Co worker pointing us out. She slid the bill on our table and walked away. We wanted to just pay and leave but now I have to seek out someone else to please take my money.. What a horrible experience this was. For the first time in my life I put a 0 under tip. I tip 4 dollars in the drivedrive-thru for an iced coffee so this is new for me.I will never visit another one of these restaurants again.And I am appalled at the management as well

Went into the store today and the lady in the gun department said the FBI system was down and has been down for a couple days before even filling out my paper work. So I went total firearms and they did my paperwork with no problem. If you’re African-American, like myself and this happens to you go to total fire arms, they’ll take care of you.
