BeeLake Casa: This has always been my go to place for boots and shoes, outside of online orders. Their clearance section is always worth a look, as the prices there are at times lower then you'll find anywhere. Store is always clean, well lit and staff has always been friendly and polite.

I had the receipt the box and the tags. The casher was a young curly haired girl with glasses. She said "oh sometimes we don't open the box to check cuz we don't want to damage the box.. I told her it was a gift from my sister. She never offered to find a left shoe she just said the she said I could get cash back and to just ask my sister to buye another pair. I asked her if I could get store credit and she goes ... Too late it's already done and said nothing else .I thought the whole transaction was rude.and she kinda ruined my birthday present .

I will definitely be back to the Lansing Mall Shoe Carnival to check out their selection the next time I am in need of footwear to see if they have what I am looking for.

Jeremy Stromski: 1/16/23 bought a new pair or redwing 2442 boots for work. Never tried the flat souls before so I figured I would. I wore them on Tuesday for about 6 hours and they killed my feet so I wanted to return them and get the 4420 boots like I've always had and the store REFUSED very rudely to take them back since they were worn. Mind you only for 6 hours and still looked brand new, I have been buying redwing boots twice a year for since 2010 and never had any issue at all! I called corporate yesterday and am waiting on a response but this place by far was the worst boot buying experience ever. It all could have been settled if they would have just swapped me a pair. I was informed by Charlene that they own the store and don't have to listen to corporate.

How long were my boots going to sit there before they did something about it? And this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this happening. The same thing happened to another friend of mine. These employee(s) are trying to steal people boots by not calling customers back

Jason Bisalski: I rarely leave negative reviews, BUT Charlene EARNED THIS ONE. I went in to return a pair of 1 day old boots because the comfort was less than ideal for a $200 pair of boots. Mind you, I already cleared this with the manager the day prior. But no, she decided she would try to degrade me in front of another customer. Stating I would NEVER be able to return anything else again since this was my 4th return. The other returns: $60 pair of insoles that were no better than Dr. Scholls $12 ones. A few pair of $20 socks, per pair. One pair of actual boots. If you makes claims these products are elite, they better be or you're getting them back! Period. Every purchase had a receipt! You even claimed the "30 day return" policy when I bought them, TELLING ME TO TRY THEM OUT! So once they DID return these boots today, I asked if the new boots had been conditioned. Her response : "YES, FROM THE FACTORY!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? We all know these Red Wings stores condition new boots before you leave. So she takes them back and slaps it ALL OVER THE ENTIRE BOOT, on purpose. Then basically throws them at me! Charlene, let's remember....we all have the ability to review a business's poor practices so that's what you see here. Don't let your frustrations win over providing good customer service. This isn't the first time you've argued with me either. I won't be back in your store and I hope this review deters a few others as well. It's true! If you're gonna sell $200 pairs of boots, be prepared to stand behind them. Keep it up and soon you will have no customers. Feel fortunate customers still come into the store instead of buying online. Shame on you.

I have always purchased my Work Books at this place of business. Could not be happier with the Service of the Employees and the products. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a true value of Service and Product to shop at this store. As a Union Tradesman purchasing Red Wing products is something I take great pride in! Barbara Algeri: It's my birthday and I am headed back to Boston via Lansing airport. My daughter and I thought it would be nice to have a bite to eat and a bBloody Mar. We ordered our food and made the mistake of asking far another Bloodymary. We waited for quite awhile and finally see the waitress and ask where our drinks were. She proceeded to look totally bewildered and stated she has too many tables to take cared and will get to is when she can. Next thing we see she is crying and telling her manager I freaked out on her. I am 63 years old and only asked where our drinks were. She made us very uncomfortable as she stopped every Co worker pointing us out. She slid the bill on our table and walked away. We wanted to just pay and leave but now I have to seek out someone else to please take my money.. What a horrible experience this was. For the first time in my life I put a 0 under tip. I tip 4 dollars in the drivedrive-thru for an iced coffee so this is new for me.I will never visit another one of these restaurants again.And I am appalled at the management as well
