BeeLake Casa: This has always been my go to place for boots and shoes, outside of online orders. Their clearance section is always worth a look, as the prices there are at times lower then you'll find anywhere. Store is always clean, well lit and staff has always been friendly and polite.

I had the receipt the box and the tags. The casher was a young curly haired girl with glasses. She said "oh sometimes we don't open the box to check cuz we don't want to damage the box.. I told her it was a gift from my sister. She never offered to find a left shoe she just said the she said I could get cash back and to just ask my sister to buye another pair. I asked her if I could get store credit and she goes ... Too late it's already done and said nothing else .I thought the whole transaction was rude.and she kinda ruined my birthday present .

Ebony Jean: I visit this store often, not once am I greeted nor assisted. It takes me having to walk up to the counter in order to get someone’s attention. Each time I walk in, often do I receive stares due to having Alopecia, which is a hair loss disorder. Since having lack of hair, the associates stare at me and ignore, yet assist other customers, specifically women with hair. As an African-American woman, trying to support a Black business, this is very discriminatory and disrespectful. It takes a lot of confidence and courage for someone like me to face the public without hair. In times like these, I do my best to support Black businesses and spend my hard earned money, but this behavior is unacceptable. No longer will I support this establishment.

Bailey Underwood: Right before Christmas I was shopping for my sons Christmas shoes, found some he really liked! but I wanted to get a matching pair, the salesman told me they probably won’t last long as their exclusive so I bought my pair is well then I return to get the rest of my family pairs of the shoes, so that we can all match my soms shoes. But when I had wrapped the presents I don’t know what I use the shoebox for but I left his shoes outside on top of the presents so he would see them immediately.Well by Christmas the size I bought him was so tight that I tried to exchange them. I went to exchange them for a size up with The receipt and never once wore, you could lick the bottom of the shoes they were so clean. Jimmy jazz refused to take my exchange without the box. The employee went to the back for 10seconds and told me they cannot exchange without shoebox, I questioned him about the policy and was not pushed to a manager or nothing. I was told that “that sucks”. it is a cardboard box!! I’ve spent over $300 and all the shoes at this point just for my son to not be able to wear them because the wrong size and Jimmy Jazz refuses to exchange them without a cardboard box so nonetheless I’ve wasted over $300 in the store for absolutely nothing at this point. Tho I’m pretty sure all their items don’t arrive perfect and I’m sure many shoes boxes are damaged regularly. Not to mention this is a month later and the shoes are still available and clearly not that exclusive.I also had a return a pair of forces I bought him from Champs. I had no box and the shoes had been worn twice and they happily exchange those shoes dirty no boxes and with no receipt needless to say my business will stay in champs never go back to Jimmy Jazz again !!!!!!!

Went into the store today and the lady in the gun department said the FBI system was down and has been down for a couple days before even filling out my paper work. So I went total firearms and they did my paperwork with no problem. If you’re African-American, like myself and this happens to you go to total fire arms, they’ll take care of you.

There is a large selection with great variety of both footwear types and sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to the Lansing Mall Shoe Carnival to check out their selection the next time I am in need of footwear to see if they have what I am looking for.

Barbara Algeri: It's my birthday and I am headed back to Boston via Lansing airport. My daughter and I thought it would be nice to have a bite to eat and a bBloody Mar. We ordered our food and made the mistake of asking far another Bloodymary. We waited for quite awhile and finally see the waitress and ask where our drinks were. She proceeded to look totally bewildered and stated she has too many tables to take cared and will get to is when she can. Next thing we see she is crying and telling her manager I freaked out on her. I am 63 years old and only asked where our drinks were. She made us very uncomfortable as she stopped every Co worker pointing us out. She slid the bill on our table and walked away. We wanted to just pay and leave but now I have to seek out someone else to please take my money.. What a horrible experience this was. For the first time in my life I put a 0 under tip. I tip 4 dollars in the drivedrive-thru for an iced coffee so this is new for me.I will never visit another one of these restaurants again.And I am appalled at the management as well

Brian Lehman: After one employee messed up the ring sizing, and costing me $500+ in cancellation fees from it being late and told "my order is lost, delayed and we dont know why, and waiting for pick-up"! After getting the ring it was the wrong size! Returned it reordered another one, was told i can cancel it before feb.13. On the 10th (after customer service verified) a " I only worked here for less than 3 months" (we interrupted her on her phone) employee was raising her voice to the point of being yelled at, called the supervisor over who is the one that said i could cancel it refused to with an attitude and a condescending smile as if she enjoyed NOT HONORING THE AGREEMENT, AND WHAT SHE SAID TO US and treating customers like trash! DO NOT SHOP HERE GOTO A PAWN SHOP OR THE JEWELRY STORE JUST WEST OF THE MALL ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET!!!

It’s like a TJ Maxx for outdoor wear and equipment and I always spend way too much time and money here, but you can get some major brand name equipment and apparel for a fraction of the cost - hit up the clearance racks first, and then make your way around the store for whatever may delight you.
