Put a pizza order in online today at 2:52pm for a birthday party with a pick up time of 5:15pm - which is plenty of time too fulfill a 4 pizza and 3 breadstick order. Got there at 5:15 to pick order up and they apparently had no such order on file. I was one of three customers in line at the time who had also placed an online order with the same result - no pizza. The lady at the counter was rude and of very little help saying "they were a franchise and there was nothing she could do so you have to call corporate. " Absolutely disgraceful and sorry excuse for a company. Save yourself from having to deal with this place and just go to Domino's down the road. That's what we did and had our order placed and filled within 15 minutes. Much better pizza and definitely much better service!!UPDATE 05/16/2023 - 10 days after the fact... What a joke. I've been in touch with corporate today because they said to give them five to seven business days for my refund. Tomorrow will be the 7th business day and absolutely nothing. My call with corporate was pleasant and I am lucky enough that they are at least competent enough to be able do their jobs. I was escalated to a supervisor because the status of my "refund/case", whatever you want to call it shows that the Little Caesars Corporate Office has been trying to get in touch with the owner who apparently is as incompetent as the people he employees at this location and has yet to get back in touch with corporate. WHAT A JOKE. Hopefully this place won't be around much longer or at least gets a new makeover... Ownership, management and on down the line. They all need to go!!

Mike G: Pulled up to a store with a darkened lobby and the door propped open. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and waiting about 20 minutes. I walked back in and the guy came up and asked me what I ordered like he doesn't remember that we talked just 20 minutes ago. The place is not busy at all, probably because they were making every effort to appear closed and avoid work. After he went through just about every hot box in the area, he handed me two pizzas that turned out to be rock hard and nasty. I've personally seen every one of these situations happen in this store that have been described in these ratings. I've had issues with other Little Caeser's as well. Issues that just shouldn't and do not happen in restaurants that want your business. Staff like the staff at this store are the reason why companies and trying to develop robots to take over these jobs. I'm done with this place. At this point, they should just close it up and go home but then again, that means that the staff there would bring their brand of "couldn't care less" work "ethic" to other locations. I have a feeling the problems might go up pretty high with this company.

Tonya Caswell: This location should just close until they can get a good manager and staff that wants to work. I ordered a fairly large order online waited 30 mins to pick it up and when I arrived the order wasn’t ready nor was it ever ready. They ran out of dough and the staff was all stressed out and on the verge of walking out. I ended up getting a refund 2hrs later. My guests at the birthday party were hungry and I had to show back up at the party 2hrs later with NO pizza. Talk about embarrassing.

Charles: This place is very unprofessional, the employees seemed to be more interested in hanging out in the back playing loud unprofessional music or sitting on a chair behind the cash register acting as if every customer that comes in is annoying them. I have instructed my work colleagues to avoid this place as well.

I didn't want to wait an hour for only possibly getting my order. So I requested my money back. She told me she couldn't refund online orders and promised her boss would call me the next day to refund my money. A week later and 5 attempts to contact them, and I still don't have a refund. The staff is completely incompetent. The management appalling and they really don't care. As of right now they have wasted my time and stolen my money.

touyen nguyen: If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This is THE WORST place regarding service and customer service that I have EVER experienced. I placed an advanced order for 10 pizzas on their website at 12:42 on 2/23/23 for delivery time at my son’s middle school at 6:10-6:15pm on the same date. It’s 6:03pm and I get a text from DoorDash, saying that the business is behind by about 1 hour. I was upset because the pizzas are for an event at my son’s middle school and I ordered in advance to ensure enough time for the business to prepare. I thought maybe I would give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they are busy or short staffed. Thank goodness for DoorDash and my very informative driver because this location failed to contact me at all regarding my order. They told DoorDash that they just put the pizzas in the oven around 6:15pm and that it would be about 20 minutes before they come out. DoorDash is about an hour into their wait and check on the order to find out the location had canceled it. My doordasher was so frustrated at this point and went in to try to speak with a manager only to have them turn their backs to him and say they did not have time to speak with either of us. I was desperate to get these pizzas to my son’s school since I had already preordered them and was willing to pay for the order they canceled on me. They never had the pizzas in the oven in the first place and they never bothered to contact me to tell me. All I got was an email saying that my order was cancelled at 6:16pm, after the time it was supposed to be delivered to my son’s school. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life. It is so crazy. Please avoid this place, possibly the worst business/location EVER.

They had half their people in the back making sauce while the lobby was packed and only one person actually working on getting the pizza out. The woman on the phone then replied, it's too bad for you then. Guess you will have to order another time. I was in shock. I get being frustrated but there's no reason to be rude and on Easter.

Alex Boutwell: Went in at 6:18pm and ordered 3 pizzas and 3 bags of bread sticks, was told it'd be a 15-20 minute wair. I left almost 2 HOURS later with one pizza completely incorrect and the 2 others with barely any sauce on them. Almost 40 people came in after me and got their food. Extremely upset and won't get food from here in a long time.

Travis Peters: This staff needs HELP. Take my order and charge me for the wrong item, simple one at that a hot and ready pizza and crazy bread. They then refund me and correct it and make me wait 10 to 15 minutes. As I wait I see 2 hot and ready pizzas and 4 crazy breads ready. 5 minutes go by and the next customer asks what’s ready already, they reply 2 pepperonis and 4 crazy breads… they sell them all. Yet I’m still waiting?!?! For those exact items and it never dawned on them. Beyond upset, I’ve sat here and heard the same excuses to every customer that walks in.
