Our server was definitely new, didn't see her very much, and had to wait long periods for drinks/refills, check/cash out. But other than service this place rocks!!

Mark: I've heard people raving about Buddy's for a while so decided to give this one a try being the closest to me. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, food was ready in a reasonable amount of time, but for me it was flavorless and forgettable.I ordered the 4 square Hawaiian and cheese breadsticks. Unlike other pizza places where the pizza and flavors stay with you for a while, there is nothing. Even the marinara for dipping breadsticks was generic, no zip or zing, just tomato.

Ericka I Am: I just ordered 2 large pizzas from the Jets pizza on west Saginaw in Lansing. I ordered pickup from the online menu. The website shows daily deal prices online that do not require a coupon or a code. These prices were good for pickup as well as delivery. The cashier Jacob took my order over the phone and I verified the price of each pizza before he placed the order and he assured me that I would get the online prices but when I arrived at the restaurant they refused to honor the online prices and charged me an extra $11 dollars extra for my food. I paid for my food and said “well there goes your tip” because they’re not gonna over charge me and still receive a tip. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager 5 minutes after I left to explain the difference in my food prices and the manager Anthony gets on the phone and starts rudely over talking me telling me I need paper coupons and that he’s not honoring any online prices, then he starts loudly chewing me out and then he just hangs up the phone on me! I have never been disrespected by a manager of any establishment ever and because of this I will never support any Jets pizza, ever! That manager should be fired… How do you not listen to a customers concerns and rudely hang up the phone on a customer who just spent $47.00 for 16 slices of pizza. It’s seemed like he was mad that I left without tipping and took it out on me over the phone when I called. I’m done with this place.👎🏾

Gregory Bartz: I will not be ordering from Jet's pizza again. I understand being short drivers, but I placed my order at 6pm and I called the store at 8pm asking where my order was that I placed TWO hours ago. The person on the phone told me the order was on its way. Then he told me they only had one driver and they had a ton of deliveries and the driver was JUST NOW LEAVING with 3 other orders and it could be up to ANOTHER HOUR before I received my pizza. Ok, that's fine, but why did it take TWO hours to even make the order? It was ONE pizza and some breadsticks. I get being short staffed, I really do, but three hours to get my order??? I mean, come on....literally any other pizza place would have had that delivery made in an hour, tops. Save your time and your money. If you're gonna spend 3 hours waiting on food, go out to eat.
M Four: Ordered Lg pep / well done. Pizza was covered in grease and not well done asked to have it remade. Brandon the manager reluctantly agreed but said it would take at least 30 min for well done. 2nd pizza , soo saucy that the cheese slid off, bottom crust was crazy thin and sauce soaked through. I asked for a refund and Brandon said my only option was to shop for a pizza someplace else. I asked for a refund, he stood there eyeballing me like he’s crazy, I told him it doesn’t matter how hard you stare me down, I want my money back, the pizza is not edible, and I showed him. Finally he refunded my money but let me know that I have been added to their Do Not Serve list! I’m dying!!!Jets used to have good pizza, it’s a shame your quality of food and customer service is so poor now.

They didn't provide any proof of delivery, didn't text when they got here as requested and they refused to make it right. GH gave me a refund but I wanted my food! I haven't been back since.So good and had great deals! The only thing I'd change is maybe flavor the crust somehow.

M Nedloc: I’m going to assume all the locals know about their town’s Pizza House and if they haven’t already, I’m sure they will in due time. A simple comparison would be that this is a cheesecake factory of pizza pies. There’s a lot on the menu, not just pizza, there’s a lot of food options, I mean, a lot. First time coming here, of course we got pizza, and it was not disappointing. We went with a Chicago style pizza, and it was ooey gooey, just the way I like it. There are also salads, wings, plenty of entrees to satisfy all kinds. People are nice and helpful when it comes to such a large menu. Besides all the great pizza, my next favorite thing would be their bruschetta and I don’t know what they do, but I could eat a whole appetizer of bruschetta by myself as a meal alone, I’d be ok with that. I also had an alcoholic shake, which can also come without alcohol, but boy I could get lost in those drinks as well. I’ve been to one of these establishments in Ann Arbor and East Lansing and when they get busy that can get BUSY, don’t be surprised because the wait can get long. But you might as well try it once, right?

My son told me that wasn't the first time that he was served a flat beer at this establishment. And when he brought up the fact that his beer didn't taste right to the server without mentioning why, the server said "is it flat?" as if he'd received this complaint previous times.
Matt Fuller: I legitimately would rate lower if I could. My SO and I went in for a couple drinks and to share appetizers. Our “waiter” seemed annoyed that we would even do that when we looked over the menu. She never wrote anything down, never really acknowledged us, and only talked to us a grand total of 2 times. We waited around for an hour, never got our food, only got our 1 drink, and never saw her for the entirety of us being there. I had to stop a completely different server to ask for our check because we needed to leave and we never got our food. The waitress was shorter and had somewhat wavy/curly hair. I’m not 100% that’s what she looked like, again we only talked to her twice.Likely would never come back again unless they learn how to wait tables, or at least she does.

She brought our drinks a few minutes later and took our order. That was the last time we talked to her and we sat there for over an hour. We never got our food, no more drinks, no one else stopped by to check on us. We ended up asking another server for our check and left without our food. Definitely don’t recommend coming here.

Drew Monks: I ordered a BLT pizza a few weeks ago that arrived with only bacon and cheese on bread. I called to have a pizza redone and it arrived over an hour later covered in dark, withering lettuce. It was inedible and went straight to the trash. When I called to get my money back, I was told I could not get a refund but would get store credit towards a pizza the next time I ordered. I just called to redeem my credit and they said they "couldn't find it"We used to like to order from here but will not anymore. The service is slow, rude, and ineffective. The orders are incorrect over half the time.

zywot Snyder: First time last Saturday and can't believe what their menu offers. Tons of all kinds of pizza and other stuff. The crab rangoon pizza was yummy in my tummy. The cannoli's was delish. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu. I used the toast takeout app which was easy to use. You must give this place a try!

Michael Halbert: I haven’t been here in over a year. I used to go here weekly to get a couple slices and a drink. When I walked in and noticed all the amazing changes that were made. I ended up talking to the new owner who is very nice, very knowledgeable, and very passionate about food. When we got home I took a bite of pizza and was blown away at how amazing it tasted. The dough is so good!! It’s a true New York style pizza. The sauce….forget about it . You can truly taste the love that’s put into everything to make such an amazing pizza. It was so good, we ate the leftovers for breakfast, then came back for lunch.We’re excited to try all the new menu items and scratch made sauces!!!

heath mcbrayer: I really do hate leaving negative reviews but this place really is bad. Ordered 2 identical subs the bread for 1 was considerably smaller than the other, that's fine except they compensated by putting less meat to match one sub was literally half the size based on the fillings. The order had an estimated delivery time of 20-30 mins took and hour and a half and the food was in the car for the majority of this time due to the fact that the breadsticks were cold and hard. Again not a big fan of negative reviews but this place is far worse than any generic chain or local place I've had. I will certainly never order here again.
