Google User: First off the "Cold" slaw was warm and tasted rotton. When I asked for a stack of napkins because I had a messy meal the waitress actually said napkins are expensive and asked if three would be enough, I said I have a really messy meal and we'll just have to ask for more what's the big deal and she brought five with attitude. Asked how much a slice of cake was she said almost eight dollars. I wont be going back. Not only is the food gross and the service terrible but the prices are over the top rediclous.

Melissa Loree: Let's start with the service: our server was friendly and brought bread immediately but did not take a drink order or bring water upon us letting her know we were waiting for "the birthday girl" to arrive.After several minutes she came back and took drink orders. We were thirsty since we had no drinks with our bread. If we had waited the bread would have been cold. When the drinks finally did come, my husband's and father'in-law's iced tea did not have enough ice and was warm. They also did not get the sweetener requested at the time of order. The server had come and gone at least three times with reminders and yet didn't bring it until well into our meals.The meal: I ordered the chicken marsala which was, overall, underwhelming. The chicken was dry. There wasn't enough marsala sauce to compensate for the dryness of the meat. The green beans were overcooked and still had stem ends. I will say the potatoes were a great combination of creamy and garlic.My husband ordered the Pasta Wowzee which he had stated lacked enough sauce to cover the pasta and the overcooked chicken in his dish. The sauce itself was not bad but not the greatest either.Our daughter ordered Chicken Caprese which also was dry. She stated the tomatoes tasted "old". I tasted the tomato to find it was warmed and not fresh tasting.I will likely never visit another BRAVO restaurant. While the atmosphere is lovely, the value is lacking.
Lila Vanetten: Food and service was as expected. As I got up to leave my pants stuck to the chair. Obviously that chair hadn't been cleaned in a while but I spent the rest of my evening with sticky slacks that had pink gooey stripes. Should send you the dry cleaners bill. CLEAN your furniture.

Michelle Myers: We’ve been coming to visit Falsetta’s Casa Nova for 50 years. I have never in all my experiences at restaurants had one like this. My husband ordered a pizza well done and I ordered the chicken Parmesan Alfredo. Everything tasted fantastic! My husband‘s pizza was not well done, but he said it is not a big deal so he didn’t say anything to our waitress. After about 15 minutes our waitress comes up with a new pizza. She says that the cook realized that he did not make my husband’s pizza well done so he made another. Wow! I was speechless. I spoke with the manager and told her to commend her cook. Dinner was amazing. I recommend Falsetta’s to anyone.

They are diligent in their work while attending to the relentless needs of the high tempo customer requests. They make the environment feel less like an establishment and more like a home. Chiaki Nanami: recently visited this restaurant, and I must say it was an impeccable dining experience. As soon as we entered, the ambiance was charming with dim lighting and elegant interiors. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their menu had an extensive range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, perfect for every taste bud. I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger, and the dish was prepared to perfection! I made sure to save room for more, so I ordered lasanga. The prices were reasonable, and the service was five stars. The sign said "seat yourself" so we did; however, after 20 minutes no one offered us menus or even acknowledged us. People that came in after us were waited on, one of my BIG pet peeves. M Nedloc: I’m going to assume all the locals know about their town’s Pizza House and if they haven’t already, I’m sure they will in due time. A simple comparison would be that this is a cheesecake factory of pizza pies. There’s a lot on the menu, not just pizza, there’s a lot of food options, I mean, a lot. First time coming here, of course we got pizza, and it was not disappointing. We went with a Chicago style pizza, and it was ooey gooey, just the way I like it. There are also salads, wings, plenty of entrees to satisfy all kinds. People are nice and helpful when it comes to such a large menu. Besides all the great pizza, my next favorite thing would be their bruschetta and I don’t know what they do, but I could eat a whole appetizer of bruschetta by myself as a meal alone, I’d be ok with that. I also had an alcoholic shake, which can also come without alcohol, but boy I could get lost in those drinks as well. I’ve been to one of these establishments in Ann Arbor and East Lansing and when they get busy that can get BUSY, don’t be surprised because the wait can get long. But you might as well try it once, right?

My son told me that wasn't the first time that he was served a flat beer at this establishment. And when he brought up the fact that his beer didn't taste right to the server without mentioning why, the server said "is it flat?" as if he'd received this complaint previous times.
Matt Fuller: I legitimately would rate lower if I could. My SO and I went in for a couple drinks and to share appetizers. Our “waiter” seemed annoyed that we would even do that when we looked over the menu. She never wrote anything down, never really acknowledged us, and only talked to us a grand total of 2 times. We waited around for an hour, never got our food, only got our 1 drink, and never saw her for the entirety of us being there. I had to stop a completely different server to ask for our check because we needed to leave and we never got our food. The waitress was shorter and had somewhat wavy/curly hair. I’m not 100% that’s what she looked like, again we only talked to her twice.Likely would never come back again unless they learn how to wait tables, or at least she does.
