Wasn't cleaning, I had to pull old clumped up soap out of the washer dispenser, took off and was not available, was more interested in trying to hook up with random males. It seems to me that she would turn this nice, decent place into the hood laundry mat like over in logan square. Please don't let that happen!!

Jacob Hackney: We use the app which is really convenient. It will alert us when our laundry is done, with this being said we like to sit in our car and it will alert us when it’s done. Today on 12-4-22 at 6pm we were alerted our laundry was done. Maybe 3 minutes passed. We go in to find the nasty attendant using there bare hands scooping our laundry into one of there uncleaned carts. We have never had this problem before but we will never come back. Using the rest of the money in my app and ridding myself of this place. No excuse for what they did. They weren’t even busy.

Carrie Cervantes: This is the filthiest location that I have ever experienced. It is a shock to walk in the door, clothes, dryer sheets and trash scattered all over the tables and floors. The garbage cans are over flowing and there is no one monitoring this location. Dryers and washers are broken and the tables are dirty. There is no extractor and a puddle of water on the floor in the back, Im guessing due to a bad roof. Outside there are clothes and trash and dirty diapers scattered in the parking lot. Whomever owns this location needs to be fined for pollution and a ghetto setting. I highly do not recommend this business!

Ky Mom-Trepreneur: I visited today (and a few times in the past) I wear a mask everywhere I go, no matter the place and I take along my gloves and sanitation wipes especially when visiting a public laundromat. Because I don't currently have my own washer and dryer, I really try to only visit when I have no choice lol which is not a good thing folks, believe me!But when I arrive, I am wearing my mask, my gloves and I have my wipes, extra bags and washing detergents. Before I touch a machine, I wipe it down...both washing machine and dryer...I wipe them down..People coming in and people who are already in, give me plenty of stupid looks...like "Why is she wearing a mask and trying to make sure the machines are clean....!?!" type of looks 😆 There was a lady who was cleaning the floors, I'm not sure if she was the owner or what but she even seemed to have an attitude towards me 🤔I feel like the machines should be wiped down after every use you know. Shouldn't we be taking every measure to ensure the cleanliness and safety for all folks...Most folks aren't wearing masks because they got the vaccine and I get it...however, what happens when someone who has an inch and goes to wipe their nose or another place on their face and go right back to touching the machines...People aren't thinking and that's my issue...I'm not coming at this particular establishment, just speaking in general...

James: Typical laundromat. They have a variety of washers and dryers. There isn't any AC so it gets hot in the summer. The newer dryers work best. The odd thing about the place is there isn't an attendant you see. However, there is a camera recording the laundromat.

LINDA NEDELA: I dropped off sheets and pillowcases to be washed and picked up the same day. Fast turn around was great. On August 22nd my sheets came back perfect! On October 21st fabric softener not used, dealt with small amount of static. On December 30th my sheets came back a wrinkled mess. I actually had to iron the sheets and pillowcases before putting on beds. They were either left in hot dryer too long or just sat quite a while before folding. Needless to say, won't try a 4th time. I realize good help is hard to find, but so is a good customer.

C: Have been going here for years, it's much better since the new owners took it over. The lady working the day shift is very friendly and helpful...Hope the owners do everything possible to keep her.

I personally just drop my stuff off and have it laundered folded and hung I drop it off early enough I got it back the same day but I always get it back the next day. good efficient cost-effective way too keep clean clothes on me.

But on top of that! The clothes weren’t even clean! The washers also don’t sud up with soap! Literally was just clothes rolling around in water! Then went to fry the clothes and they have it price pointed at 50 cent! IVE NEVER saw a place that didn’t have 25 cent dryers! I spent $1 for 20minutes while $1 at other places would be 32 minutes. And the funny thing is the clothes still weren’t even dry!! And to top it off you can’t even use quarters!!! You have to get a card and put money on it! And the kicker is the machine to load the card only takes dollars!! So I come here with a bunch of quarters that I had to get dollars just to load a card to use for the machines!! Overall I will never go back!! It is nice and clean however it’s not worth all the trouble! I like convenience and this place is not it!!

Jeanne Donado: The E. Lansing Point Laundry is quite nice. Friendly staff, it's very clean, and has a tv and lots of places to sit and read. I like it much better than other Point Laundries I've been to around Lansing, though none of them are terrible. It's also right next door to a well-stocked Asian grocery, which is a fun place to shop if you're into that sort of thing.

JANNA: This laundromat is ok....I like Waverly point more but what gives this 1 star....I just left and the laundry clerk there tonight is COUGHING HER LUNGS OUT...... constantly- must be sick ( or just smoked a big blunt🤔)...I'm assuming sick...she sounds terrible and she DOES NOT....I repeat does NOT have a face mask!!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!! This isn't like cough once or twice ...she couldn't stop....and she's at work without a mask on....the manager needs to deal with this. Not acceptable..especially with us being in a pandemic. smh

Michael Forman: When you can do 5-6 loads of family laundry in 75 minutes as opposed to going up and down the stairs for several hours - it is well worth it! Multiple locations in the Lansing area. We have used East Lansing and Frandor (adjacent) and have done so for years.

They have multiple payment methods avaliable: a coin machine to use quarters, an app (which gives you rewards towards laundry services when you use it, as well as a discount when you first sign up!), and you can also pay at the counter for machines or any detergent you may need. The prices are very fair as well. I have also used their wash/dry/fold services and those are great too! A great time saver. I highly recommend this place for your laundry needs!

Ninja gamer77: Conveniently one minute from my work, they carry alot of my everyday products for work and when I can't wait for something to get shipped there my go to. On Sunday there was a down pour and are pump outside that keeps are backdoor from flooding got clogged and before i knew it I was in a lot of water and needed to buy a backup pump like yesterday. So I flew over to the Grand River TSC and got a pump.....I was very rude to the cashier mainly because I was completely soaked after laying in the rain trying to get are pump unclogged and I didn't want to wait on the customer in front of me but the young gentleman at the cash register was super nice and remained calm like a perfect gentleman. Next time I'm not in a hurry I'm tipping this guy he was the best cashier you could have and TSC you should give that guy a raise.

I do think they have restrooms for the shopping customers.I needed help finding what I was looking for and I didn't have any problem finding somebody there to assist me.

Someone was trying to steal some of their expensive merchandise but my husband took a picture of it and reported it to the cashier and a couple of their employees went out there to retrieve it. We just saved them some money by reporting what we seen. It's like, if you see something, say something and that's exactly what we did. We feel good about this good deed we saw today.
