I've contacted Melissa/Andy multiple times to get this situation resolved and I still have not received a resolution. It's nearly impossible to receive a call back or response from an email. I contacted Melissa/Andy again last Friday and was told that she found a new gasket set and will ship out when the systems and phones are up. I asked her to let me know before EOD what was going on. I heard nothing again. I called again this morning and she didn't pick up. I have to contact sales to have them transfer me over. This has been very frustrating.

Trevor Shouey: So I bought a 4bt had a hard time getting the thing running we had oil pressure when we first put In we thought we had a fuel issue so I got a whole new fuel system on The motor still doing the same thing so then I pull up valve cover off to see if it was getting oil and it was not so then I take Oil pump off and it literally fell apart and broke the housing wiped out all the bearings and crank and come to find out the crank was never round and they say they give you a warranty but they didn’t warrantee it they just send you parts to make you pay half and it’s your responsibility to put it together for using bad parts so I was suggest not to buy parts from them or Motors And I had a Core had to send back to them I sent it back to them and it took them two months to refund me from the time they got it I am really really really not happy with this like I have over $3500 into this thing and it doesn’t run

Tammy Melser: My oil change/tire rotation turned into a stressful couple days. Lube tech said all lugnuts were cross threaded (yet he rotated the tires). A mechanic looked at it the next day and said they were not cross threaded but 6 lugnuts were over torqued and needed to be replaced. My lugnuts were not broke when I went in. The photo is when I got my Jeep back. So I would say their tech over torqued them. The service manager DID correct the problem eventually, while still not accepting blame. I received a questionnaire about my visits. I answered honestly about my experience. Within 4 hours of filling it out......the service manager called me and proceeded to chew me out for my review! He was mad that he got the score he did after he fixed my issue, which he again stated he didn't have to do! Was actually getting loud and rude about my review. Had him on speaker so my friends could hear him. Thought they were supposed to be filled out truthfully. ???Another friend of mine that has a Jeep vehicle said she also has had an issue with same guy at this dealership.Neither of us will go to this Jeep dealer again.
