Robert Moss: People were nice enough and service prompt. Problem was that the M21 4-speed I bought is very noisy and it sounds like the main shaft causing it. . It’s been a few years and I never sent the trans back, reason being that I had the engine and old trans in and out several times recently then and just didn’t want to tear it apart again

Karl Davis: Gave us the wrong part. Realized it and took it back. They swapped it out for the right one no questions asked. No addition charges. Very helpful staff.
Adelle: Ocasionally you may get the wrong part however they will issue refunds only if you bring back the part no matter if you drive 500 mi or more. Another oprion is to spend your money to ship the part back to them.

Brooke: Called the other day to inquire about a radio for my vehicle. This specific part has been anything but easy to find so I figured it couldn’t hurt. The guys here ordered the part from another location and had it overnighted to this location. The part was there before 12am the next day. Put the part in and everything is good as new. Great people and great service. Would definitely recommend!

Phil Damico: Staff was cool and helpful. Did a refund/exchange with no qualms or issues. They even help put in batteries the right way if you need it. Also DO NOT pay a mechanic for a diagnostic on your car. They'll put it on the machine free here. Same thing a mechanic will do.

I actually had to tell her to “stop talking to me like that”. As the customer I had to say that to an employee at the store. Never even got a chance to look at what I went in for let alone buy it. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.
