Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lansing, MI: what do users think?
Bridget Hayes: Hotel was extremely dirty. I had to request for the bathtub and toilet to be cleaned upon arrival. The room was extremely dusty, I could see heavy layers of dust. The hotel was dingy, dimly lit, and carpet had bleach stains. Hotel is dated and in desperate need of remodeling. Making the $100 incidental charge offensive, I will never stay there again and have advised our organization to remove you from our list for room block accommodations.
Jack.K Yang: Rented two rooms for three nights there on April 21-24. Room 102 had an awful sweat/wet carpet like smell to it, unbearable. Could not get room switch bc night was booked per desk attendant and they handed us a bottle of air freshener to spray which didn’t help after using the entire quarter bottle. So we had to buy air freshener and spray perfume in the room to mask stinky smell. Was able upgrade to suite next day room 103 for xtra $10/day to be closer. Would not recommend this hotel for the price. Could have accommodated room switch for no xtra charge for the bad experience.
Damyon Finch: Whatever you see on the website, is a lie. This place is not nice. 160 a night? Not worth that. The lobby is the nicest part.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
grim_apparatus: Upon reading some of the other reviews left for this hotel, my fiance and I were a little worried what we had gotten ourselves into. Upon arriving I noticed their parking lot looks like a WW2 battlefield pocked with craters towards the back. Luckily the inside of the lobby is pretty nice, and the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. The room itself was quite outdated with very old appliances and the smallest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. But, that being said, it wasn't the worst place to stay the night. Our two chief complaints about this hotel are the carpet that is old and smells like a wet dog's behind, and the mattress on our bed was quite obviously old, stained, and not that comfortable. For $100 a night I guess you could do worse. Atleast I didn't find any blood stains mentioned in other reviews.
Brianne Spedoske: Went for Spring break, pool was open when we checked in and closed later for "maintenance". Was the main purpose of our stay. Missing hand soap from our bathroom, blood stain on the pillow case and the microwave didn't work. Otherwise a very quiet hotel. The front desk lady was polite.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Kayla Rautanen: Pool was absolutely disgusting! Would not let kids swim in it. You could not see the bottom of it.Rooms: Pull out mattress in couch was horrible. Stained and ripped.I would not let anyone sleep on it.It did not have any bedding.
Deborah Kloepfer: The room was fine but dated. The problem was the stink of weed was throughout the hotel. It hit me walking in the door, the hallway and my room.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
laura morgan: Stink bug crawling around on the bed, ran out of tissues, light bulb was burnt out, red paint on my comforter, comforter was so old that I could see thru it.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Linda Jane Sanabria: The staff are great, the building is clean and well furnished. the Breakfast was amazing.
Lisa Switzer: Rooms: Had a king room with large hottub/spatub in it at a decent price on short notice. Room was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was free and the selection was very nice. Great place,I would definitely stay again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Jessica Schulte: A little out of the way but the rooms were nice. Perfect for long term stays with kitchenettes. Beds were new, no dips. Clean and nice furniture. Got a free upgrade.Rooms: Dishwasher and fridge available in suites. Had a whole pantry available. Great for long stays. Out of the way so pretty safe
mel brooks: Great Wi-Fi. The hotel is clean. Great staff. Carlos the evening manager was great . He’s friendly and very patient. I took Uber to my destinations, and the rates were reasonable. The hotel is on the grounds of a golf course.A hospital is in walking distance if medical care is needed. Lots of places to eat are close by.Nearby activities: GolfingSafety: Safe. Quiet neighborhoodFood & drinks: Many restaurants and bars near by via driving or Uber.
Clifton Copenhaver: The bathroom was the only negative experience. The tub had spackling on it(?), which meant my bath was very unpleasant. Secondly, the bathroom light had to stay off because it had very bad random strobing effectsRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Jim Larue: I found myself in the Lansing area, needing a room, but without a reservation anyplace. Originally targeting a budget place like a Red Roof Inn, I learned a couple of popular shows were in town, and lots of the usual lodging was booked. That's when I found the Candlewood. The staff was very friendly. The room's features reminded me if a Hilton Garden Inn or Marriott Courtyard than a Red Roof room. My room had a kitchenette, so meals could be prepared if I had planned ahead. This would be a great place to stay for a week or a long weekend. There were some basics for sale in a lobby area, such as prepackaged cereal, milk, microwave popcorn, etc., but far better would be to bring groceries from home or hit a local grocery store. The bed was comforatable. Everything was super clean. I'd stay here again.Rooms: Very clean, spacious, well fitted, comfortableSafety: This is across from a newer hospital in a somewhar rural setting. It appeared to be an area low in crime.
Joanna Carrillo: I have been here a couple times and each time the bathrooms were not as clean as I would like to see. With hairs in the bathtub shoe prints on floor, stains on wall etc.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Doug Milewski: Needed a place to stay after we arrived at our original hotel only to find the power was out throughout Kalamazoo and we needed to find another place to stay. This hotel a little out of our way but every hotel in the area was booked solid. Nice staff (a little overwhelmed with all the last-minute bookings), clean/spacious room, and very quiet. Everything I'm looking for in a hotel!
Max Lamee: Friendly professional staff and nice clean room. Couldn't have asked for more.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jackie Tracey: I booked a room a couple days ago and needed to adjust my reservation. It took less than a minute. I am so impressed with how easy they made this process for me!Service: 5/5 …More
WillnMandey Sauer: The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. They lose a star for having no breakfast, a star for the tub being so cracked I was afraid to use it, and a star for not having any kind of business center. They got one back because the young girl at the front desk was very friendly.I would also love to know why there's a dvd/vcr player combo in the room. Do people bring a lot of VHS tapes with them? Lmao!
Stephanie Wendt: Conveniently comes with everything you need and is in a good location. Friendly staff. Clean, although could use a good dusting. Shower/Tub diverter was broken, so could not take a bath. But at least the shower worked. 4/5 StarsRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Amy Rohrbach: Needed a room at 1am. They were super nice and made it happen for us. Always clean and nicely appointed. We love Candlewood.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value …More

Duane Edmonds: The rooms are nice and clean and the whole motel is kept clean and has a nice staff.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Poetic Oddities: My girlfriend and I have recently been displaced due to flooding and mold that was growing in our ceiling unbeknownst to us in our apartment. After much haggling, our apartment complex finally agreed to get us a hotel room for the night since our entire apartment smelled of mold. Our apartment complex was going to pay for this room until we found out that we can’t check in if you’re under 21. My girlfriend and I are both 19. After a long confusing day, I called this hotel (the one my apartment sent us to) and explained our situation. The first woman I talked to was very nice and asked for us to just wait while she transferred the line, however, the second person I spoke to was very rude and told us under no circumstances were we allowed into the hotel without “adult” supervision.I understand that rules are rules. I’m not upset that they were unable to accommodate us, but the way we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. Especially since we were just looking for a bit of guidance.

The Lodges of East Lansing: what do users think?
Lauren Sellers: I enjoyed living here for the facilities. They were nice enough and adequate condition. The fridge in a 4 person unit was apartment sized and way too small for four people (it was not a full sized fridge). Our neighbor had someone throw a bottle through their window from the street. Overall it wasn't too bad, but I am giving a 2 star because THE APARTMENT STAFF ARE NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE YOU NOTICE WHEN THEY ARE COMING. As a female, this makes me extremely uncomfortable. They will just knock on the outside door and then let themselves in with no notice. Once I was in the shower with nobody else home and had a service person walk into the living room. They will arrive without notice unless you specifically put in a work order, but all general maintenance will be done randomly and they will just let themselves in. It is always men. If you are a woman or have pets you're worried about, know they will arrive unannounced often... even if you aren't home. You will not know they were in your house
Larry Surratt: Just received an online tutorial with Veronica, it was awesome! The property is beautiful and has lots of amenities.Veronica answered every question we could think of and some. lolVeronica's knowledge and professionalism about the property is far and beyond expectations. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness also Veronica. Have a great day!
Jose “Bito” Oyola: Nice apartments
Savannah Stamant: Lydia gave a great tour to my friends and I!
Jordan: I have loved living at the Lodges! The front office is super helpful and maintenance always comes within a day. The amenities are great and I have had a super positive experience!
Connor James Photography: I love the freedom to put anything on your porch or breezeway! Could get better cleaned rooms when moved in but it’s a great place to live overall.
Gwenna Pitts: Super friendly staff and super clean and helpful:)
Loren Hoffman: Amazing staff, So friendly and going out of their way to make the apartments feel as home as possible!!
Tatum Johnson: Great amenities and staff at the lodges making the year great!
Megan Stefl: Lived without heat for a week, but usually it’s fine
Corbin Grobbel: Good guy, Dean gave a good tour
Andriy Tryshnivskyy: I live at the Lodges, and I was having some trouble navigating the website and I couldn't figure out how to put in a maintenance request, so I called the office and Emma answered the phone. Emma was incredibly helpful and she showed my just how simple and easy-to-navigate the website actually is. She was very helpful and respectful. I am glad that the Lodges has such wonderful staff to help people like me that don't have much experience with computers and websites.
Michele Ogbonnia: As a delivery driver, it is quite confusing to try to find the apartment you need
Autumn Sparkle: Trash everywhere in the 8 block every day is disgustingEdit: You have two eyes, review the issue yourself. It’s been there for weeks.
Trenton DeMeester: Awful service, they are charging me late fees when I pay 3 weeks before every month. When I call and talk to them they say there is nothing they can do and are trying to work on it... Also my AC was broken when I moved in and it took them 3 months to fix. And the apartment was covered in pet hair and just not clean at all when we moved in. DO NOT LIVE HERE. So many better options for the same price or cheaper.
Alexa Tarsney: John M. was so nice and very informative with what the lodges has to offer for its residents. He provided a great touring experience.
janae arnold: Lydia did such an amazing job with our tour! She answered every question we had and really went in depth about the experience of living at the lodges! Can’t wait to call this place my home
Paul Billock: DO NOT LIVE AT THE LODGES!!!!!!Please look past all the fake reviews on this place. I wrote out a big long story about why this place isn’t good but google puts a character limit on reviews so feel free to reach out to me and I’ll send you the uneditedLong story short. Our apartment was nothing like the one toured. When we toured, my roommates and I were promised we would all have the same room setup. We did not. My own room was about 30% smaller than the other 3 rooms and one of the other rooms was about 20% bigger than the normal sized room. The condition of our apartment was poor. The couches were ripped and had burn marks in them, they had bad springs in them, and smelled terrible. The bar stools had bite marks all over them. Staff told us it wasn’t worth it to order new furniture. The floor was all beat up and the carpet felt like a burlap sack. My room had a huge yellow stain on it. But this is all normal for what the staff referred to as “college apartment living”.No insulation in the walls means you can hear your roommates every move and also that your heating and cooling bill will sky rocket in the summer and winter months so be prepared for that. Our locked never worked, there is constantly broken glass everyone on the sidewalks, the kids whose parents pay their rent do not care about the other residents, the payment system charges you an extra 20 bucks a month if you don’t set it up they way you want to. The bus isn’t that convenient, and you will have to get ready to go on a hike when it comes to taking out the trash.Like I said, I wrote a lot more about how this place is by far the best. For 700+ dollars a month you’re better off someplace else as it doesn’t deserve to charge anything more than 450 if that!I truly had nothing but problems with this place since the day we found out what apartment was ours to the day I moved out.
Alaina Maniscalco: It's a decent place to live but there are quite a few things that made it not the best. It has wonderful staff and amenities, a decent location and bus system, and the apartments are big which is great! But my roommatesand i encounteredquite a few problems. Keep in mind that I lived on the ground floor, so the issues i encountered might not apply to upper apartments. 1. Price gouging. BE AWARE THAT THE UTILITIES COST WILL BE IN THE $120-190 RANGE IN THE WINTER in addition to what youre already paying for the apartment. The units arent insulated well at all and youll have to pay for the heat that seeps out if you wanna stay warm. 2. Bugs everywhere. I would routinely have centipedes, beetles, rolly pollies, and especially spiders all coming into my room from my closet. 3. Mold. My closet would routinely flood a little bit every time it rained and it caused mold to grow like crazy on the wooden furniture I had in there. On top of this the humidity in my bedroom was consistently 70-85%. 4. Things breaking. Our front door lock broke to where it wouldnt unlock all the way and youd have to fight the door. When we asked them to replace it they just replaced our door handle and not the actual key fob lock, which left a hole in the door that wasps would climb through. Our garbage disposal would stop working every 2 months too which would make the sink clog and be unusable. 5. All of the walls are incredibly thin. You will be able to hear conversations happening in the apartment above you and every word your roommates say in their own rooms. 6. Block parties. Not really The Lodges fault, but residents would party in the lawn outside like a foot away from our window all hours of the day and leave cans/trash everywhere. Like I said, it's a decent place to live, but overall not worth how expensive it ends up being for the condition of the actual apartment youll live in.
Lydia Yoder: You can really tell The Lodges of East Lansing cares about their residents. The staff is always super helpful whenever I have a problem and they have such fun events to go to!
Emma Dressler: The Lodges are decent apartments but they have serious issues in whatever service they use for billing and have tried to get so much extra money from me. They are still sending me charges even though I haven’t lived there for over two months. Multiple times throughout my lease they would claim I didn’t pay my rent even though I had autopay set up. I would have to go through my bank statements to show the money was taken out of my account. They also said it was my fault that I was charged for rent the month after I moved out and my lease had ended. They would not send out the refunded money for 4-6 weeks. My lease ended May 31 and I also got a bill in July saying I owe money for a “rent adjustment” for the month of May. It’s ridiculous and I feel bad because the people in the office are really nice but whoever is in charge of the billing here needs to get it together.

Residence Inn by Marriott Lansing West: what do users think?
K Gracie: Not a bad hotel. Our family of six for well into the 2 bedroom suite. We have 3 televisions, a stove, oven and full size fridge. On top of that, they offer a free continental breakfast. The only downside was that on each room, one bedside lamp didn't work. Everything else was satisfactory. Would stay here again.
ldwalton75: Had to stay in this hotel after having to leave my home in the middle of the night. The staff was very helpful. They saw I was distraught and made sure I felt safe and at ease with checking in. This hotel is dog friendly as my 4th child (yorkie) had to come with us.My only issue was the pool was never open and the breakfast wasn't all that great. The staff, however; was amazing!!!
Lisa Boban: It's a good place to stay when you're in the West Lansing area. Good check in experience (best bag of treats I've ever gotten for my status!). Nice room. Pretty good breakfast. I left something in my room and used the chat feature in the app to request they set the item aside for me, which worked beautifully!Noteworthy details: Lots of power outlets!
April Sharkey: Rooms were perfect for my family of 4. My entire extended family stayed and everyone was pleased. Ms. Irene that handles breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing and so was the food. She was so sweet to my young kids, we could use more wonderful people like her in this world. To her manager she needs a big RAISE! Also that was the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. We will definitely be back!!!
Katie Woodhams: The only reason I rated 4/5 was because the pool was closed for our trip and beyond. The staff at the front desk made our trip so special by taking an interest in our family and our reason for travel. The room was clean and spacious. I love that the hotel was pet friendly. We will definitely return!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Alisha (Alisha): I had a wonderful time staying at the residence inn. Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating. I liked being greeted and welcomed back. I felt very welcomed here and checking out was a breeze. The rooms are very spacious and well designed. The heating kicks in quick and warms up the place very fast. The breakfast is very good with slight changes in variety each day. I especially loved the omelets, meat choices, bagels and fruit. I've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that were less spacious with very bland breakfast options. I will stay here again when I come back. The TV is very easy to use. I appreciate having the option of signing into my netflix and YouTube account from the TV as well.

The Rarest Pepe: Our stay here was absolutely awesome. Every staff member was helpful and cordial. I was welcomed by Mario at the front desk and treated to a stellar customer service experience. He was professional and expedient all while being kind and attentive. When we had breakfast in the morning, it was delicious and served by Santana. Who was an amazing employee and went out of his way to make my five kids and my breakfast an awesome and smooth experience. Easiest 5 stars ever. Kudos to everyone there and thank you!
Keith Badgley: Gross. When we checked in, they warned us that a bat was flying around the halls. Rooms were not nice. We were just happy to leave.
Kelli Williams: Nice, clean, and just like home!
Taj Zaman (Dowagiac1990): Been holed up here for Christmas most of the last ten years while visiting in-laws. Ever time I notice improvements to the lobby and rooms. Hopefully the worn out carpet in 205 is next to be replaced. Still haven't figured out the mystery door hiding the elevator.

JJ McPhee: Let me first confirm the hotel is indeed temporarily closed until at least fall due to a water main break and renovations. Like others writing reviews I experienced a similar surprise to show up with no room availability. Marriott Loyalty “guaranteed” the room and ensured me (by more than one agent) that they were open. Frustrating.Silver lining, we met Brandon at Fairfield next door (same management company) who helped us out and made things much better.I blame Marriott Corporate for not recognizing the hotel is down for renovations, very unlike them. These bad reviews should not reflect poorly on the management company as they are the only one who stood up and made things right. I look forward to visiting the newly renovated Residence Inn soon. Thank you Brandon!!!Josh
Joshua Caudill: CLOSED! By far the worst experience I've ever had with a Marriott family hotel. I almost went full nuclear Karen. We booked this hotel 6 months in advance while planning my daughter's graduation open house. Needed the kitchen to cook for the party. The day before our check-in, I get a notice on my Bonvoy app to check-in. We definitely needed the room, so I checked in.On the day of our check-in, we pull into the parking lot. It seemed odd that no vehicles were in the lot, save one construction truck. We walk up to the main door and notice a sign stating all packages need to be sent to the Fairfield Inn next door. On the opposite window is a notice that the building was not safe for humans. NOT SAFE FOR HUMANS. Seriously?!?I call the front desk to see what's going on. Of course there is no answer or any message explaining the situation. We drive over to the Fairfield Inn to see if they know what's going on. The front desk clerk proceeds to tell us that there was a flood back in late January. The hotel has been shut down since then and probably won't open until September. This is July. Remember, I booked this 6 months in advance and even checked in the day before our arrival.I didn't receive any type of notification from Marriott about this closure. Not a phone call, email, letter, carrier pigeon, or app notification. I call the corporate line. The person I spoke to had absolutely no clue this location was closed. "What do you mean it's closed?" All they could do was help book another hotel for us in the area and cancel our reservation so we don't get charged the fee for late cancellation. They were kind enough to waive the fee for late cancellation on a hotel that is basically condemned. Thanks . . . .I'm now stressed out of my mind. We're 600 miles from home without a hotel. We should have had a hotel because we booked 6 months in advance. I'm now dealing with the "manager" (Karen Level 1) who has no power to do anything expect rebook us somewhere else. Pretty sure I can do that on my own. I have the app. Who doesn't notify their customers when a location has been shutdown? Marriott apparently. Who doesn't give customer service managers the power to make the situation right? Again, apparently Marriott. We asked if they could book us in the hotel next door, the Fairfield Inn. According to the corporate "manager", that hotel is completely booked. My wife, see that I'm at a Karen Level 3, heading into nuclear territory, decides to check with the front desk. Turns out they do have rooms!Corporate Marriott is absolutely worthless. They have no clue what is going on with their hotels. They couldn't offer any kind of discount for our inconvenience. They did offer me a whopping 10k in Bonvoy points, which won't even get you one room for a single night. I think that's about 2 bottles of water from their store. This could have been a huge customer service win for them.I've been a Marriott Rewards/Bonvoy member since 2011. I have their credit card. I’ve been Gold Status for the last 2 years and Silver for over 5. To be treated like this is mind blowing. What’s the point of a loyalty program if Marriott can’t step up and fix a huge mistake like this? What's worse is I have reservations for this location for this Christmas. Booked in June. Again, 6 months in advance at a hotel that is definitely condemned. Why on earth would their system allow me to book it?!? Oh, the hotel will be operational again by September. Right . . . . like I'm going to believe that. Nothing like getting stranded without a hotel during Christmas. Hotels are easy to come by during the holiday season . . . . . .If you like being stressed to the point that becoming an alcoholic Karen sounds fun, you might want to check this place out. If cirrhosis and delirium tremens aren't your thing, I'd look elsewhere. So disappointed in Marriott. There's a brand new Hilton across the street. Maybe it's time to check out their loyalty program. Do you know if they'll accept Marriot Bonvoy points? Asking for a friend.

Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center: what do users think?
Julianne Phillips: Very smart designed room! Quiet. Food was very good.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Craig Johnson: Nice place for a conference.
Kay Murphy: Great venue for a conference! Wait staff were friendly & helpful. Food was excellent!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Richard Greiner: Came for a conference. Room and Dinner were 1st rate!Only complaint....bring back breakfast!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Anatoly Evdokimov: Good place for conferences. Budget option to host students. But rooms rather small and no fridge. Also shower/toilet is like in RV - you can sit on the throne and shower at the same time.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
W WT: Two of the more pressing issues at the time were cleanliness if the facility, and safety. Coming out of a pandemic this was my first time staying overnight in a hotel again. The conference center and the rooms both appeared well attended to. My other concern was safety after the incident on campus being a few days past. It was great to see the campus full if it's normal hustle and bustle. I enjoyed getting out and venturing around Lansing.Nearby activities: Lots of local places to get out and eat/shop.
Mark Spencer: I was there for a beekeeping conference. Well ran, no issues.Location: 5/5 …More
Colleen Horn: Very nice conference rooms. Facility is clean and well maintained.Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Souhair Ghozayel: We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. I liked the sms service. They reply instantly. The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The restaurant was cozy, food was not pricey at all and tasted so good. The waiters were extremely polite.I recommend it and would definitely stay there again despite the shower 😂
Kevin Corwin: Ours was a 3-night stay while visiting the University. From the front desk to the wonderful Spartan Spirit shop in the lobby area to random spots in the hallways, the staff were warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean with truly comfortable beds. Old injuries frequently mean sore a shoulder and back with hotel beds, but I had no issues here. The ability to park in the adjacent parking structure at no additional cost was an outstanding guest benefit. Some nearby competitors charge $30/night for parking. The covered parking also meant I didn't have to clear off my car after either snowfall during our stay.
Heaven Baier (Ma'am Baier): This is definitely not a 3 star. Good Lord they need to take lessons from Springhill Suites across the way that is a 2 star but should be a 4 star.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 1/5 …More

When I arrived my room was not available. The front desk person told me "I did not book your room I do not know why its not correct," she was incredibly rude.I ended up leaving and I will not return. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express.

Leslie Szczepanek: I want to start by recognizing the staff and their wonderful hospitality. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. They always took the time to greet us and asked how our stay was going. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings! We were super bummed the hot tub was not in service during our weekend stay and our room was just 'ok'

Quality Suites: what do users think?
Andy Lyke: Always a great place to stay
Julie Herron: **Beware of unannounced expensive random charges on your credit card after your stay at this hotel (despite speaking with the manager who won’t remove).**We happened to see a charge of $150 on the credit card when reviewing our April statement. Confused, I called the manager and she said it for “hair dye stains in the bathtub” plus a broken couch they “didn’t charge.” My 5th grade daughter and husband stayed at the hotel and verified they didn’t use hair dye or similar that would cause a stain. We believe it was the people who stayed there before us? We feel powerless that this situation could certainly happen to someone else for EVEN more money. I’m going to dispute the charge on the credit card and hope people will see this post. I really wish I made a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road instead.
