Carl Thayer: Kayden at the desk has amazing customer service! I've not met many young men his age that are so helpful and patient with me. Probably the best experience I've ever had at any Lids. Highly recommend.
Eric H: They ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY so try not to cut it close with these guys… I arrived 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and the store was shut down. This has happened several times.

However after driving over an hour, from our hotel, the store did not have anything but Spartans. Finally, in the very back on a tiny little rack with clearance items we found something with our team. The store was great if you only liked Spartans. It should be called the spartan store.
