Eros DG: My husband and I walked in and immediately saw three associates walking around and not one greeted us or asked if we needed help. Walked to the back of the store after looking at some things where the manager was too busy playing on her phone. We left after that and as we were walking out the manger yells “Can I help you find something?”. You think I wanna spend money at a store where you only greet your white customers? No thanks!

Philip Stafford: Horrible cashier didn’t give discount on buy one pair and get one 50% off then said she would do a return and fix it she ended up charging me over $9 more on my card instead of giving me the refund for the different. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with AE. Will never go to this location again. You can’t see what the prices are when They are Ringing things up and they don’t pay attention to what they are doing. Very unhappy with my experience.

Livia Pereira: I hardly ever write reviews, but this place is so awesome that I had to take the time to write one. I came in with my mom who had a single mastectomy 15 years ago and I was looking to buy her a proper bra. They measured her and were able to find her inserts, bras and even a bathing suit. My mom loves the ocean and hasn’t gone to the beach since her surgery. I have no words to describe their kindness. Also, they have a loaner bin for lightly used bras and inserts that are no longer needed so people can donate these items and other cancer patients can reuse them. I’m buying all my bras there from now on.
Sheila Miles: I had a mastectomy in July. The ladies were SO helpful in choosing the camisoles and bras that you need. Never, ever thought I would be wearing a prothesis, but they are so helpful and discreet. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

To be honest the clothes do run more than what I normally pay but you can always catch a sale which makes them very affordable. The quality of the clothing that we looked at was very good.

lydia gibbs: Tried double charging us and when confronted about it tried arguing but it only takes simple math skills to realize the total shouldn't of went up not only once but twice. Started at 89 gave her 100 cash she then says since we have to order online it gets sperated which is fine but tried adding additional 26 asking if we had a card to pay as well. When asked about how it isn't still 89 as argued then tried to say the new total is 129 we ended up just walking out and are ordering online but just a heads up watch your totals at this store

It’s like a TJ Maxx for outdoor wear and equipment and I always spend way too much time and money here, but you can get some major brand name equipment and apparel for a fraction of the cost - hit up the clearance racks first, and then make your way around the store for whatever may delight you.
Ben LeBlanc: Pretty much sierra trading posts online catalogue but live and in person. All the same random clearance items along with some diamonds in the rough that can be found. And my daughter loved the mannequin families.

Kayfabe Rocks: This store is run by ableists. Every time I take my mom here (who uses a wheelchair) there is always some big cart thing in the middle of an aisle she needs to go down but she can't fit her wheelchair down the aisle and gets super frustrated. She just wants to shop like everyone else but for some reason this store always has obstacles in its aisles. I've tried to move the cart thingy myself but I've gotten yelled at by employees not to move it. We will not be going to this store anymore and all handicap people should avoid this store location.

J Wood: I walked in and immediately was told by educator #4060 (last 4) about how I might not be within return date, and being asked if I knew the rules to return (tags etc) before I even put the bag down. I was being judged. The tone was way off. I spend a lot of money on LL which she could see based on my profile and the fact that my return resulted in a 366 dollar refund. Anyways. Her tone was so sour. She even acted like she had to ask her manager for permission to put WMTM on a gift card for a member and when asked why she did that she said “a week ago we couldn’t” but that’s not true. I don’t live near a store and typically go to the GR location. The manager also looked at her confused as to why she even asked. Well clearly she was stereotyping. I wouldn’t come to this location again if my life depended on it. GR store or bust if you live in SW Michigan.
johanna hong: The lady with curly hair and glasses was extremely rude. I asked for an exchange due to a quality issue. She told me “you can either find something in the store or walk out with them”. she said this in such a rude voice and was rude to her other employees. Overall awful experience, she made it absolutely miserable. I ended up walking out with the pants because she was absolutely no help at all.

I am plus size and do not wear a size 20. This is their highest size. The clerk asked if I would be willing to try some things on because she thought that they would fit me. Well, they did! The items that I added to my Christmas list were so comfortable! We received superb customer service. The differences between the leggings, joggers and other pants were thoroughly explained to us.I went back in this weekend, 3 weeks later, to purchase things for my husband. Another clerk recognized me and remembered what I had looked at 3 weeks ago! It was incredible. I was so impressed by this.This location has great customer service!

Erin: Manager is consistently rude and talks down to anyone who asks questions about the products. For a company I love, I will do any and everything to avoid going to this location.
