Laurie Barry: Today my 82 year old father had to return a battery he purchased from this TSC location. The "customer service team" was absolutely lousy!They challenged my dad because he didn't have a receipt. Good news, he's shopped here for many years, and is a TSC Club member. My dad mentioned that, the employees reluctantly looked his information up. Crazy thing, they found that he DID buy the battery from this location........Unfortunately the store didn't have one in stock....NOT one employee offered to call another store to check if they had one in stock....THANKYOU NAPA for taking care of my dad....TSC....please work on your customer service and PLEASE do your best to help the "old guys out"!*Not a happy daughter of a pretty awesome dad.......Very upsetting!

Eric Devenbaugh: Got winter boots for both my kids and winter gloves. They have nice selection of stuff for adults but kids seems very limited. But I did fine what I needed and happy for that. 2 boots and 2 gloves, $70+.

Ninja gamer77: Conveniently one minute from my work, they carry alot of my everyday products for work and when I can't wait for something to get shipped there my go to. On Sunday there was a down pour and are pump outside that keeps are backdoor from flooding got clogged and before i knew it I was in a lot of water and needed to buy a backup pump like yesterday. So I flew over to the Grand River TSC and got a pump.....I was very rude to the cashier mainly because I was completely soaked after laying in the rain trying to get are pump unclogged and I didn't want to wait on the customer in front of me but the young gentleman at the cash register was super nice and remained calm like a perfect gentleman. Next time I'm not in a hurry I'm tipping this guy he was the best cashier you could have and TSC you should give that guy a raise.

Pat “The Real McCoy” Mccoy: They're in a very good location with other businesses. You can find a wide selection of products for all of your project supplies for work or home.They do have handicap parking as well as the entrance.The parking lot is in very good condition and clean without trash blowing all around.The staff are very polite and knowledgeable to help you find What you were looking for. I do think they have restrooms for the shopping customers.I needed help finding what I was looking for and I didn't have any problem finding somebody there to assist me.

Rose Brown: We went there to look at the galvanized tubs (the ones that you put feed in them for farm animals) but we want to use them to plant vegetables in them for next year cause we are getting too old to bend down and pull weeds. We also told the cashier what we saw outside the fenced area. Someone was trying to steal some of their expensive merchandise but my husband took a picture of it and reported it to the cashier and a couple of their employees went out there to retrieve it. We just saved them some money by reporting what we seen. It's like, if you see something, say something and that's exactly what we did. We feel good about this good deed we saw today.

Ron F: Kuddos to Store Manager, Ian Buckley! Right after buying one of their great heavy flannel shirts at this store, one of the buttons broke in half. I didn't want the offered replacement shirt--only the buttons-- in case it happened again. After speaking with Ian, I soon received a whole set of the exact buttons and also a gift card. Now that's what customer service is. Thanks so much Ian.
Chad Lyke: Ordered a snowblower, showed up damaged, rejected snowblower, ordered another snowblower, looked ok in box....brought home, frame bent in shipping thus wheel frozen and clutch stuck open, called customer service have 3rd snowblower on order. at this point Im curious how Manny snowblowers I will have to order to get one that isn't broke.
cody hubbard: One of the best locations. Staff is very friendly. Only bad thing is I feel like the new manager needs more training on how to deal with customers and how to treat his staff better in front of customers. Get rid of Ian and bring back the other guy. Until then I’m sorry to keep it at 2 stars

Em: So much love for TSC! The staff at the Williamston location is always beyond friendly and helpful. As small of a town Williamston is, TSC keeps everything you need in stock. The best part? THEY’RE PET FRIENDLY! We bring our dog in with us frequently and he just loves all the attention he gets (from customers and staff). To add the cherry on top - We get his food there (Diamond Naturals Large Breed Puppy food) and it’s cheaper than anywhere else (that includes Chewy even with their auto-ship discount)! We go to TSC probably more than necessary but the atmosphere is wonderful and the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the store, and overall convenience of the location are worth more than what might be up charged (on some items, just definitely not dog food). 5 stars - can’t wait to go back next week.

Kevin Darling: Tried to exchange an broken item with lifetime warranty. Told me they had to process a refund to order a replacement free shipping. Then after the refund was processed told me the only option was same day shipping for $19.99 and I had to pay it since I had accepted a refund. Management refused to help. Just plain shady way of doing business.

Al Craven: Today, Friday Dec 18, I entered the TSC in Williamston, MI. I was immediately shocked to see not one, not two, but three people walking around without masks. I tried to find a management person to talk to but they were all busy so I decided to leave the store. Very irresponsible on managements part and those individuals not caring about others around them.
