phillip curtis: Don't go in there very often and this is yet another reason why, employees don't know what to look for while cleaning the fountain machine, the employee that I let know about this didn't seem to really care about it and just went on about her deal.... Machine should've been shut down immediately to be completely cleaned. Who knows how many people have used that machine and never seen it for that matter it makes me wonder how long it was there due to employee negligence. Considering the fact that these machines have been around for years you'd think the companies using them would implement training on how to properly clean and in some cases diagnose the issue at hand. Messaged the QD Facebook page and got the automated response bs. Glad the one I go to all the time is on top of this kind of stuff before it starts.
RyRy LeSeney: I cashed my paycheck at the ATM and bought 2 beers.. I discovered the beer cans was dented and banged up to the point if I would of opened em they would have exploded. LOL The senile clerk called me a liar after notifying him.. I didn't ask for my money back I just walked out before I b#$ch slapped him. The clerk suffers from dementia and needs to seriously consider retirement. He is lucky I am patient with senior citizens because it could have been way worse for him.. Trash store and trash staff!

Bedside Goblin: First, let me say if you are not from the area and you want great doughnuts, ice cream and reasonably priced craft beer, this is the place. Just not this location in the mid afternoon and evenings as this is when the wicked witch seems to work. I really would feel sorry for this woman if she wasn't so mean. Hence, why I have not called the main office about this as I don't want to make her life any worse.
Elijah Marzorati: Worst customer service I've ever had! I bought a gallon of milk, literally an hour and a half ago, and opened it up. Right away I got a nasty wave of sour, spoiled milk smell. I called the store right away and let the guy who answered know what was going on. Besides telling me he wasn't going to do anything to address my problem, he was rude and brash. And before I could even ask for a manager to talk to about this, he hung up on me. Hell of a way to treat a customer.
Logan Walton: Usually go to this store once a day. Have never had any problems with any of the employees. Had a issue today with a product and called them and let them know. When i brought the product back, the manager was in there complaining about me. She did not know i was in the store. Did not make me happy at all. She was a little shocked when she realized it was me. Maybe she needs more training!

AmarieB Lansing: The location at North East street has a very rude manager. She never greets you or speaks to you if you are brown skinned. I've been ignored when speaking directly to her. Worst quality dairy I've ever been in. I live 1/8 mile and will travel to go to another QD just because of her. The QD on Michigan Ave is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

L: Krystal was really helpful with the QD card and very polite! Regardless it being super early the energy in the store was happy and light. Great selection of fresh donuts and other things. It’s a hometown favorite, if you know you know.

Selina Terry: The older woman who works night shift stole my wallet and once I told her that I had an AirTag on it and then I’d be going to my car to hit the button to sound it , my wallet mysteriously appeared near the donuts after I had checked the whole store. Stephanie Navarro: I LOVE QD!! My kid loves their donuts! They're made fresh every day! They have a great selection! They also make muffins that I have a preference for :) The blueberry is the BEST!! They have ice cream that you can get by the cone or in a cup. They do have curbside pick up & delivery @ this time.

They act like customers and customers must give them the smiles and for that store the customer is always wrong and clerk is always right. If you even so much as not smile say," have a good day", mention how something could be better,you will be screamed at and kicked out.while yelling the QD customer account number at you. If you don't smile the male shift manager will tease and be little you. Ask to look at Id again after u put it away. Chuckle at you every time first time isn't enough.But not do that to young men buying booze but get on the medical worker in her 30s for cigs for her husband.. when he's with me who btw he's older than me they will say must see his that's OK but God forbid you explain how it's a silly rule and understand, say anything but thank you and you will be attacked. The workers are nice, shift managers harsh, if the bottle machine is jammed and everyone but one clerk with a long line is helping line. Shift manager will come out of back room and scold customer. Even though you didn't say anything to mgr. I will never go there again unless I was given a public apology, & a free tank of gas.I left in tears and shaking from the trauma. I used to go there weekly and get gas donuts for the kids in early morning on my way to work.$600 a month I spent there. Never again.

Michael Schmidt: Clerks are pushy about leaving a review on the tablet by the door before leaving the store.In one single visit, I was repeatedly asked “don’t forget to leave a review” as I’m trying to walk through the doorway. With the employee acting passive-aggressive about it as if you can’t leave the store before leaving a review and also becoming frustrated that I didn’t know what they meant or where the tablet was near the door as I haven’t visited any QD location in quite some time.Getting frustrated & pushy with customers ended up making me leave a bad review, instead of just being a continued customer.

Seems clean enough although it usually smells strongly of lemon scented cleaner which may bother those sensitive to strong smells. It makes me wonder if it gives a false sense of cleanliness. Admittedly this is nit-picking but the floor makes it seem dark and gloomy in here. I’ll keep going here as needed, it’s fine.

Patrick A: Always a good local convenience store to stop at. Staff is always friendly and helpful, if needed they will help you look for something you can't find. I would much rather spend local then give my money to some other monopoly
Brakfast: Store is fairly dirty but the employees are always nice. However... These have got to be the slowest moving cashier's I've ever seen in my life. Shockingly slow. Insist on chatting up every customer and moving like sloths.

Sarah Hillman: This QD is walking distance from our home, and so we love to stop by and get ice cream in the summer, or cider and donuts in the fall. It's also convenient for basics when you run out, like milk, butter and coffee creamer. The staff is usually friendly, however the turn over rate is so high I see new faces behind the register all the time.

F Phillips: I don't know what has happened at this store within the last year, but it is now a dump. Messy, disorganized, and dirty. Staff are rude and don't seem to understand customer service or have any sense of dignity/respect. Yuck!

D S: I've been going here for over 15 years. Never remember having a bad experience. You can't help the customers that come here of course but still the employees keep the rowdy ones in check which is good. Fountain drinks, ice cream, and donuts are the best here.
