Kayden Downey: I stepped foot in the store in February chasing a special ring I had my eye on for many months. I found it and for MONTHS I could not get this ring due to some financial constraints however the entire time I worked with the staff in the store Mary helped me through the entire process and guaranteed I would get this ring, I followed her guidance on what needed to happen before I could get this ring and boom, after a few months I scored with an amazing engagement ring for my partner and left happy I put in as much time and energy with Mary as I did, so thank you Mary for all your help!

Amber Massie: First time I called, they picked up the phone and hung up. Second time the guy answered the phone very rudely and said “you need to be on hold we’re too busy” with dead silence in the background and left me on hold for 10 minutes until someone else picked up the phone. Awful customer service. I wanted to get the name of the man, but was hung up on AGAIN with no help.
Sean Anderson: Not too bad of an experience. The jewler didn't really show me everything they had in store to offer.. I asked to see Amethysts and a that I needed a nice valentines day gift for my wife.. they showed me everything under $200 and only 4 pieces with Amethysts. They had much much more on display..I felt like I was pointed in a certain direction and that made me not want to purchase much at all after that. I would have spent way more on some nicer pieces.. I suppose they would like me to spend my money elsewhere. The items I did buy are very nice and my wife does like them.
Tammy Atherton: The staff there is awesome always greets you with a smile and helps you with any questions you may have. I love going there due to how they want to make their customers happy. They assisted me picking out a wedding band for my soon to be husband and my engagement ring and band. Can't help but say great things about them!!!!

EL PARAISO STAR A: Well first off I went in wanting to get a small part of my necklace fixed.. It was a long chain necklace with a healing stone at the end.. And when I asked one lady about it another attitude behaving lady budged in the middle n shes all looking at me awkward n weird with her not so friendly look.. To put it in a "decent" way.. I was like y did she hop in the middle when I asked the other lady bt the jewelry fixing issue.. Either way she told me they can't bc they only do sterling silver or. Gold?? Which amazes me as to how jewelry shops here can't fix any kind of broken jewelry n I tried to keep calm with her nt so friendly attitude n while i was walking away she gave me weird looks n I'm sure was talking behind my back.. She had pink highlights.. Not a great behavior for a jewelry store employee @! @! @! Very displeased@😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠👿👺

Jeremy Neybert: I had every intention of this being my last stop at a Kay Jewelers for the rest of my life. Regis was able to change that after 15 mins of conversations with him. Although I may still not agree with all of Kay Jewelers corporate policies, Regis sold me a new ring. I also brought my father in-law back three days later to purchase a new ring.Regis has customer service skills rarely found in the jewelry business. I will be recommended everyone looking to him at the Eastwood store. I think he not only did a great job smoothing a crappy situation over, but made it feel like I was buying from a friend. I just feel like I cant say enough good things about him. Thanks again Regis!

Melinda Smith: I don't usually write reviews but I must warn people about Kay Jewelers. My fiancé, got me a beautiful Leo diamond ring and we sent it out to get sized the following day. They said, it would take two weeks for the sizing which was understandable. After the two weeks, I went to pick up my ring and I noticed multiple big starches on the band. The starches were extremely noticeable and I told the customer service lady. She took a look at my ring and said, "I don't know, what we can do about this. I'll have to let my manager know". First of all, what do you mean, you don't know what to do about it??!? That right there, was the wrong response. I certainly did not do that to my ring. I had to come back in the following day and talk to the manager and she apologized about the scratches. She then said, it would take a week to send it out and get it buffered. It had been a week and I still didn't hear anything from Kay about my ring. I decided to call them, to see where my ring was and they said the scratches did not come out of the band. So, now my band needed to be totally replaced and that was going to take about 2 weeks to do. So, I finally, get to pick up my ring and I'm extremely excited. This entire process, has taken a month to resolve now. As I go to pick up my ring and try it on, my ring is not in my size. So, yet AGAIN my ring has to be sent out and get resized and it's going to take another week. Also, the only thing they have offered us is a gift card for the inconvenience of their mistakes. I am very, unhappy with the way my fiancé have been treated during this entire process.
Breezy Michigan: Poor customer service. I only needed my 6 month inspection and I waited about 30 minutes. I understand busy, but everytime I go in there it is busy--never enough staff. However, when I see people being helped that came in after me, that makes me angry. I may not be buying like the person you skipped over me for, but when I do I will remember the rotten service. This happened 5/6/12 around 12:30/1pm at this branch in Eastwood. There were two women and a man on duty. All three moved like molasses and a couple of them laughing and talking with each other, but the man is the one that skipped me. Kay Jewelers - ever consider a "speed lane" for people who need quick service?

Brandon Cook: Everything about my experience with Bob and Alyssa was great. I didn't entirely know what I was looking for, and Alyssa skillfully walked me through everything, and helped it all make sense. Presenting pros and cons of all sorts of configurations and angles, she helped me figure out what I wanted them to make. In addition to crafting our ring, they were sure to ask questions & make recommendations as I was preparing for travel with the ring. They were both aware of potential logistical pitfalls in proposing while on a trip like lost luggage & airport security issues, and they were sure to share those considerations to set me up for success. As mentioned above, they see their business from many angles, and the top-notch customer service provided is a testament to that. Also, the ring is beautiful. Thanks so much for everything!

Also had my engagement ring repaired with a very quick turnaround. Brought in my engagement ring and wedding band to be rhodium plated and they did it within a day. Rebecca Nelson: The two employees there were closing down the store when I entered (not realizing it was a minute or two past their closing time). I told them that I was just going to request a 6-month wedding ring inspection but that I would come back tomorrow. The one who appeared to be a manager insisted on staying open to provide this service for me so that I wouldn’t have to make another trip back. Not only were these two gentlemen awesome, but I’ve received similarly great customer service every time I have been in there!
Nicole Redlawsk: Kay Jewelers is the WORST company when it comes to customer service. My now husband purchased my engagement ring in July of 2020. The ring was sent off to be sized after he proposed in August. The ring came back and was snug but I thought that it was the correct size. I am not a big jewelery person so I didn't know if that was how it was supposed to fit. Fast forward a year and we bought our wedding bands and again had my band sent out to be sized correctly. It came back and felt snug also but again I thought that was right. When I got home I tried on together and realized they were too tight. I ended up taking them to get sized again and was told to wait because they were backed up and couldn't guarantee when they would be back but it was a month out. So today I took them in and they charged me $220 to have both rings sized up. However, while I was there it was confirmed by an employee and assistant manager that both rings were not even the size they had been sent out to be sized to originally. So the original purchases were not sized correctly to begin with. I am very unhappy and will be making sure every single person I encounter knows that Kay Jewelers is the worst company. After sending receipts and talking to multiple people they offered me a piddly 20% off. I understand it's better than nothing but this was their mistake and they aren't taking ownership. I was in customer service for many years and this is not how a reputable business operates with their customers. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!!!!

I will not be returning for my purchase for my aunt, I will be going to another jeweler because of the lack of courtesy coming from these two fellas. I sent a chain out to have additional rings put in it, was told it was in, and when I went to pick it up they had sent it back without the repair.Last May I dropped a ring off to have the stones replaced. NO IDEA where the ring is or if it has been replaced.Please note: I have paid for both of these services. It would be nice to get what I paid for!

They are very fairly priced and even worked with the price to get it down a little (without me asking). Also let me talk about the turn around time. It was less than 24 hrs!! Yesss that is not always the case and depends on demand. The fit was also perfect! But I’m so grateful I found this jeweler. And I’ll definitely be back for any needs I may have!

Limisha Watkins: My boyfriend purchased a ring for me a few years ago from this location when I was in law school. The ring scratched up really bad just a few months after the purchase. I tried to use the warranty to have it refinished, but was told by the store that I had to pay a $60 shipping fee for the service. The warranty document did mention a shipping fee, but I didn't question it, because I assumed it would be a typical shipping charge. In my opinion, a shipping fee of $60 should be clearly stated on the warranty document.

For my 30th Wedding Anniversary, my husband went to Mark to purchase a gift. He picked out some beautiful sapphire earrings. Mark told him that if for any reason I did not like them, we could return them. Well, I did love them but I have another pair almost identical other than the color of the sapphires. When we went to see Mark, I took a diamond anniversary band that was one of my grandmothers. It was missing a diamond and needed some repair. Mark noticed one of the other diamonds was actually not one (he took the time to show us what to look for). I thought I could add a garnet and an aquamarine in the 2 spots. We also bought a diamond anniversary band that Mark attached to a sapphire and diamond ring I got when I turned 40. When we went to pick them up, the rings were beautiful! I left very happy watching them sparkle! After the weekend was over, Mark called and said he got some new stones in that he thought would look even better due to their color. After replacing the stones, he was absolutely right! I love them even more! Mark is such a genius when it comes to creating beautiful jewelry. I highly recommend him!

This weekend, I noticed I had a diamond missing from my wedding band and happened to be in Lansing. I called Mark's store and left a voicemail, which Mark promptly returned within a few hours. He met me at the shop outside of normal business hours and repaired my ring within a half hour. This is in great contrast to sending a ring away in the mail to be repaired by a big jewelry company. Christine Potter: Unbelievable experience at Pandora tonight. Went in to get my bracelet cleaned and was told they are not doing cleanings right now. I asked why, and she said they are not doing cleanings in the month of December due to it being their busy season. I looked around and said but it's not busy and she said not right now. I then said so you couldn't take the time to clean my bracelet, and she said no. Mined you, she was leaning on the counter, doing nothing when I walked in. I will not be spending any more money there. So much for my charm bracelet. I planned on spending money while I waited but I won't be spending money there again. It's a shame that they couldn't take 5 minutes to do a small service in order to keep a customer.
Heather B: Ask could I see a tray of charms that were not dangles, she tells me look at the book. If I wanted to look in a book I could of stayed home out the rain and looked on line. I then asked if I could see the tray that has the clearance, last years charms, she said everything is clearance because it’s buy 2 get 1 free. I then said I’m just looking for one charm and would like to see what stands out that catches my eye or something with September birth stone. She then shows me different charms not on a tray, she takes them out and off the charm holder one at time and lays them on the glass. I’ve been here before and other pandora stores never came across a rude associate as her. Never felt welcomed, I felt like she didn’t trust me looking at more than a couple charms.

Andres Cacicedo: I recently went to H&H Jewelry to create an engagement ring for my Fiancé. I had the pleasure of working with Ximena, she was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. Ximena made the whole process very simple for me and in 3 simple meetings I was done and out the door. Meeting #1 with Ximena was to discuss the logistics and budgets of the ring. Meeting #2 Ximena called me in to take a look at 3 different diamonds that would work within my parameters and budget. In this meeting I selected which diamond I wanted on the ring, and Ximena was a great help when it came down to selecting which diamond best worked for me. This can be stressful as there are so many different elements that come into play, Ximena had the knowledge to know where we needed to be in order to create the most perfect engagement ring. Ximena also helped me visualizing what the ring would look like with each diamond (she held it over a 2MM band so I could have an idea). Meeting #3 was to go see the final product and take the ring home. Needless to say my fiancé fell in love with the ring and was stunned at how beautiful it came out. I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Ximena & H for taking care of me and treating me like family. I highly recommend working with H&H Jewelry and ask for Ximena she will not let you down.
