Kari Kammel: Nikki was amazing! My husband and I wanted to customize our wedding rings and get something unique to us. We were hesitant in the beginning but Nikki walked us through the whole process- ordered stones in for us to choose from and even 3D printed the mold of my ring so I could make sure I liked it before we had it made. Could not be happier with both of our rings. Thank you!! Mine was a Green Amethyst with rose gold and moissonite. His was rose gold sleeve with Carbon Fiber exterior. Sorry it took so long to post this review! We had these done in late 2021

Charmica Terry: Let me start by saying I rarely do reviews...I haven't been to jewelry dr in years but they normally are fairly good. My issue is customer svc & bias. I ask to have ring resized, guy looks at ring, then walks away for about 2-3mins never explaining anything to me as the customer. Comes back & then says are you sure on the size, cause if we have to size again, we would charge for that. Well duh, doesn't a business charge for work even if not their fault? Or do u think I won't pay 🤔 now the second ring, he says he can resized, then pushes me off to the lady working beside him saying resizing is too risky. He explaining this to her as if I'm not standing there, & has her explain to me. What was the point! The lady was very helpful, however this is not the way to treat a customer. I feel alot of assumptions where made which played into this negative experience.
Ahmed Elshafie: This is a great business that has people who are honest and professional. No matter how long you return for a second service for an item you got from them, they will fix it without charging, even if you don’t remember. I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars!

AllStar Everything: Beware!! They charged me $50 to fix my late Dad’s ring. They did such a horrible job. You could still see the crack in the band. I wore it for 20 mins & it broke again. Took it to Sundance in Okemos & they fixed it correctly for only $20.

I was only charged ten dollars which other stores that are locally owned and bigger jewlery businesses quoted me around 50-60 dollars over the phone without even seeing it. The owner of this store gave me exelent customer service and was very well priced. I will definately come back for anything i need jewlery wise from now on. I would 100% recommend this store.

Dori L Durbin: We bought an antique clock and took it here to see if it could be repaired. The owner told us that he would try and if he couldn't fix it he would not charge us. He did get it running but that's it. He had it for several months with no phone calls at all to tell us of the progress. We finally called him and we went to get it. We had to take it back twice because it would just stop running. It does not work. He said it kept good time in his shop the whole time it was there. However, the last time we picked it up it was around noon and the clock read a bit after 5. And he told us it kept good time. I realize it is very old. But it doesn't work like he said it does and we feel we should get some of our money back. He did not fix it. We do agree that he should keep something for his time but we should get some kind of refund. We will never take things here again for any reason. Sorry but he didn't fix it. No we will not bring it back. It does not keep good time. And if it works so well why did it say 5pm at noon? Not an unfair review. You owe us money back. You had it for several months and no communication. Sorry. We will not be back

Limisha Watkins: My boyfriend purchased a ring for me a few years ago from this location when I was in law school. The ring scratched up really bad just a few months after the purchase. I tried to use the warranty to have it refinished, but was told by the store that I had to pay a $60 shipping fee for the service. The warranty document did mention a shipping fee, but I didn't question it, because I assumed it would be a typical shipping charge. In my opinion, a shipping fee of $60 should be clearly stated on the warranty document.

They worked with us and our insurance and the appraisal on the new ring far surpassed the original ring. They will definitely be our go to jeweler for any future needs. They are the best!
Randy Roze: Went in after browsing at Azzi for our first round of looking for engagement rings and the guy we had help us was very unprofessional and borderline creepy! He completely ignored my girlfriend’s after asking her what she wanted and showed her the complete opposite ring and said this is the one he thinks she’d look pretty in. He grabbed her hand multiple times from when we first walked in because he “reads hands” and after Saying the ring HE picked picked out wasn’t for her, he proceeded to take her hand and put the ring on her hand. That made her and me very uncomfortable! We are in our early 20s and this 40-50 year old man is being very touchy, pushy, and dismissive when we are the only 3 in the store made for a very uncomfortable and unsettling environment

Brian gave us some pointers and advice, and pretty much giving us the 101 on the metals, diamonds, styles, sizes, so much more; also gave us financial options to get something i truly love.One thing that i loved was that he was very patient and very one on one with us, getting to know us to help find/build the perfect ring in a estimated budget my boyfriend gave him. Overrall at the end, we did a beautiful custom engagement ring that i absolutely fell in love with. I HIGHLY recommend this place and we will be back for the wedding bands and how the proposal went!One more note; the young lady that was working with him was a real sweetheart and helped assist brian so amazing!
Kristin Zischke: Everyone at the West Saginaw location is so friendly, and professional!My husband had my wedding set fixed there. It was fixed and cleaned perfectly. When I got home I noticed the band was cracked. I called Brian and took my ring back he looked at it and we both agreed that it was probably because the band is so thin on the bottom and it's old. None the less he took it right back and fixed it.100% recommend them for all your jewelry needs and wants!
William House: I went to Medawar 7 years ago when I was buying an engagement ring for my now wife. I brought with me a 1.2 caret diamond that was my grandmother's. The diamond had a small inclusion in the lower area.Medawar told me the diamond was worthless and would break due to the inclusion. They even told me quote "it will break even if you leave it in a drawer and never touch it". They offered to buy the 1.2 caret diamond, that belonged to my dead grandma, for about $1k and sell me another engagement ring that looked like a tiny dirty pebble for $3k.I left and went to three other jewelry stores all of them were confused and shocked at the lies Medawar told me. I got the diamond placed into a nice setting and my wife has worn it ever since, and no it did not break like Medawar claimed it would. Also since then I have shared with every guy I know in the market to buy a ring how Medawar tried to rip me off for my dead grandmas diamond and my future wife's ring. It is still the lowest thing I have ever seen in business and just from another human in general.

They went above and beyond and replaced a damaged pearl.Also, at no charged cleaned and polished my wife’s wedding ring set. Brian noticed to ring prongs were two bent and fixed them.Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful.A very positive experience and glad we stopped to ask about restringing a pearl necklace. They actually double knotted the string, so it is now nicer than previously.Thank you and your staff for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Dan Gunter: Clean, very open setting. We were immediately met and our questions answered, directing us to the staff that could help us best. There were a couple different issues/ items that we wanted help with. People were available promptly to help us, from setting up to restore an old watch to cleaning jewelry etc. All were friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. This is always the first place we go to for our occasional jewelry needs and they will continue to be that!
Tori michelle Link: Not helpful at all. Tried to take a gold ring in and exchange it for cash. The lady had no idea what she was doing and said to come back in 3 days. Was treated poorly and will not be returning.if I could leave no stars I would!
