Lansing Scooters2Go: what do users think?
Mike: Called for a part on a scooter and they said no problem but wanted to call me back just to double check on used inventory. I told them brand new is fine but they would need to ship it since I live an hour away and as soon as I said that he lost interest in me . Again he wanted to check the used inventory and call me back… long story short never called back. If that is how they do business then fine I’ll go elsewhere
Your Mom: I have been looking for a moped for a while now but I refuse to pay more than I could sell my car for and this place has no actual details about pricing or any other info on what they have in stock all the website has is a few pictures and a fake help chat line. Where's the details, spechs and prices?
Bill Bennett: I would not recommend them for repairs or up grades. They over charge and there work is shady... I would not go there for repairs on mopeds.
officially Bored: Bad and terrible if your buying a new moped then it’s not that bad but don’t go there to get stuff done with your moped they tell you it will be done at a certain time then apparently there’s people in front of you getting stuff done it happened 3 times within one week definitely don’t recommend their service and repairs!!!
Angelina B: Do not recommend! Friendly guys, but they overcharge. Came in for a simple repair, took them 40 minutes tops and charged $50 for labor. Ripping off college students because they can.
Roy Osterhout: Never open
Jeremiah Deruchie: Best place to get a moped the cheapest in Lansing
Richard Mccabe: It is the best experience that I have ever had
jerry pool: 1st scooter ran out of gas 1 mile after pick up...Get 2nd scooter....DOES THE SAME THING?!!!!!!HORRIBLE
Richard Baggerly: I just bought my first moped from scooters 2 go. My friend Drew Aldrich bought his from scooters 2go and I'm very happy with my moped. And I will enjoy it. Thanks scooters 2 go
Jewel: Very friendly and honest & the owner allowed after hours business so I didn't have to take a day off.
Simon: This ranks up there with one of the best shopping experiences ever. Had a lot of fun making our purchase. They even went out of their way to put our motor scooter together on short notice, pretty cool. We'll be coming back.
Drew Aldrich: I bought a scooter from Stash yesterday, he was friendly, and professional. They built and delivered it to me very quickly. I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received. Thanks again guys. Would give 5 stars. But they spilled a few drops of gas on the paint on accident and messed up the paint. No biggie, and he made it right.
marvin walker: I wont go away that easily. AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! STASH DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS PRODUCTS AND PRICE GOUGES FOR REPAIRS!!! ONCE YOU LEAVE OUT OF THE FROM DOOR YOUR ON YOUR OWN! RUN, HIDE, DUCK FROM STASH AND SCOOTERS TO GO.
Thomas Sadler: Brought my scooter here for a simple tire swap. Guy told me I would have my scooter back within the day, didn’t hear a word from him. I called the next morning and he said it was on the agenda for the day. Closing time rolls around and I still had received no call. I had to call him and find out what was going on. Now a tire change is going on 3 days. Horrible communication skills. Your customers should not have to phone you five times for you to pick up and find out what is going on with their property.
Forever Green: Best scooter store in town
Bobby Uranus: I’d say the owner is very friendly and helpful. He reached out his friend and I was very glad he helped.
Evan Kay: Great service!
auto and scooter enhancements mechanic: Well there is a unjustly review I totally disagree with. You can't leave a review based on on in proper engine break in you bought that scooter used with low miles from a person. Not that company. Not only that I'm reporting your post you can't give a go ahead for a repair and not pay for it. Then argue it's illegal to refuse service. Lol you got the repair for free. So why bother leaving a bad review. I helped that company they are fair and honest. I was there when the dispute happend. Was there for parts... note this. Look at the peoples names none are local... just a circle of people that have similar names. With a bad review. I know this they are banned from auto and scooter enhancements. I don't need customers like that. Especially when I go the extra mile to keep my customers happy.
Samantha Farmer: Good service very laid back, got what i asked for and great upgrades to my scooter.
Bilqis Albarrak: The dealer is unprofessional! Has no patient to his customers! He always overcharge me compared to the prices online. He uses that he’s the only dealer around Lansing and he knows that he’s the only one who can fix Tao Tao‘s. I had a manufacturing issue with my Tao Tao He charged $200 , when I told him that I’m gonna contact Tao Tao to pay for that issue because it’s a manufacturing issue he got upset and And told me that I was rude for saying that???? However I checked the price online and it says it costs 70$ ( the piece and labor). Then when I told him so, he got upset again and he told me not to come to his place again !!! Unfortunately with this unprofessional attitude I had to sell my Tao Tao

Clock Mobility: what do users think?
Gary & Katia Barber: The vehicle provided was excellent. We did not appreciate the $75.00 added as an additional fee supposedly for excessive mileage. You advertise vacation use. Nothing was said about mileage unless it's hidden in the fine print of the contract signed.
Ken canady: I never thought I would need a vehicle like this. My friend recommended Clock Mobility and I appreciate Kathy and the staff for guiding me in this uncharted purchase. Looking forward to a lasting relationship. Thank you.
Deborah Pennington: Renting was very easy, friendly employees…easy check in and out!
Charles Kelley: Everyone was so helpful and friendly and will use them again if needed.Thank you
Scott Zeller: The pickup was flawless, and the agent did an excellent job of making sure everything was in order for my departure.
Bridget Tingley: Rental process for getting a handicapped vehicle while our SUV was in for service for a few days was smooth and easy. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will do this again.
Victoria Butler: I rented a van this past weekend to celebrate my 4 year anniversary with my partner. Originally spoke with Katie who I communicated needing the front seat removed because I had a wheelchair and a hoyer lift. Got there and there and was told I didn't request one. Then, when I was in the van the seat belt was not long enough to go over me. That was embarrassing enough to have to go into the office and tell them the seat belt won't go on. Violet tried to help but was trying to send me away without a seatbelt at all, completely unsafe. I asked them to give me the same seat belt bottom they use for the wheelchairs. Katie got very frustrated with me and stormed off saying "we need to know these things beforehand" as if I would know that a seat belt wouldn't fit me. When I asked her how she expected me to know that would happen all she could do was not look at me and give half hearted apologies. Professionalism, problem solving skills and over all kindness are missing in that women. She needs a lot more training. If there was a rental van company around that had lemons I'd go to them over this place. They are lucky they're the only one around and I have no choice but to go to them. Giving 2 stars because the vehicle was atleast in good shape.
Michelle Bates-Phipps: Cliff went out of his way to find a vehicle for us to rent during the time we needed it.
Maurice Brandon: Great service very nice and courteous.
Dawn Brown: Communication between repair shop and rental is poor. Even though my appointment was on the schedule for 2 months the rental portion didn't know about it. Everyone else - me, repairs, insurance . . . knew I needed a lift van while repairs were being done the rental area didn't know about it.
Chocalate Mama: This company is absolutely the worst…. Grand Rapids and Lansing office..For them to service the community dealing with diverse groups of people, especially those with disabilities, they have no sense of understanding, compassion, or professionalism. They don’t listen or know how to problem solve. We really felt discriminated against. I wonder if the owner is aware of how his/her company is really ran.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Dale Watson: Worst place ever. Rude people that only wanna sell and don't listen to needs.
Zombie Killer: Very friendly people and top notch equipment, thank you very much!!!
Jeff VanDellen: First visit here today to have our new ramp serviced.. They were fast, friendly and all at a great price
Robert Bastanfar: Jason is awesome, he did an excellent job.
Amanda Easlick: The prices and financing options are incompatible with the types of client they serve. Almost literal "highway" robbery.
Gene Rumbel: Jim worked with us to find a low mileage van in great condition.
kingssa: If you want something done for mobility this is the place to be. Had my Bruno chair left installed and wired in Jackson. They botched it up so bad it was a wonder I never had fire in my van. These people wired it up the right way and fid a great job. Good people to work with Anne my thanks to them.
Melissa DiVietri: I am extremely grateful to have a vehicle that uses hand controls to drive. Feeling independent means a lot to a person with physical challenges.Unfortunately, I am forced to give a low star because communication was not supportive from the sales and technician side when I experienced a problem. I immediately contacted both departments in regards to difficulties with the seat wedge, it was too wide & not high enough to see over the steering wheel. I had to leave my vehicle overnight for the modifications which meant driving from Detroit to Grand Rapids. Having my mother drive from Jackson to Grand Rapids to take me home. And then, doing it all over again the next day - for a seat wedge that could have been built before my arrival- the car wasn't necessary to leave overnight$932 on a seat wedge has been wasted, I am forced to go back to sitting on pillows - which was hazardous in the first place.. Which is why I reached out to the business for modifications. So sad that this couldn't work out. I thought my independent driving would be perfect from this, but I thought to highly.

National Seating & Mobility: what do users think?
john vanderlin: This company is the most worthless medical equipment supplier I have ever dealt with. How in the fu#$ does a ELECTRIC HOYER GO FROM THAT TO ANOTHER MANUAL ONE. Now the one they brought was a 1.5 feet shorter in length and height. Let's not mention that the wheelchair was ordered more than 5 weeks ago has still not been delivered. These people are scam artists and obviously don't know how business works with insurance companies. Obviously if you charge for example: Humana, 1100 for a HOYER and the HOYER actual cost to nsm is 937 Humana is only paying 80% 783 roughly. Jamie is a rude and very unhelpful excuse for an employee and human being. Avoid like the plague...
Addison Schipper: Highly recommend! Dedicated management. Fantastic service. Great accountability.
Sheilla Burmeister: Grossly unprofessional and poorly managed location. Does anyone in this office know how to use a phone or return a voice mail? I've had similar situations with ordering to the other gentleman with a review on here about a mishandled order and someone else mentioned they never answer the phone so apparently it's just their business culture. Looks like it's been happening for a long time too.
Linda Thrall: WHEN I NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE I GET VOICE MAIL I HATE IT WHEN I HAVE A QUESTION I WOULD LIKE TO SOEAK WITH A PERSON NOT VOICE MAIL
Austin Stout: Placed an order pry 4 months ago, got a custom quickie q7 with none of the correct options i asked/paid for . The technician david morasso knew how to use a tape measure but thats about it. Im a t7 complete paraplegic and the backrest i was provided came up way below my break ...i couldnt even feel a backrest behind me, not to mention during the assessment for new chair i said i liked higher backrests. Moving on i wanted the footrest tight fitting, i recieved no frame inset and feet have several inches of play therfor my legs fall out extremely easy. Lastly i ordered carbon fiber sideguards and recieved plastics. Got a chair i didnt order delivered oct. 2nd . Told david the technician about the troubles that night and early next day ..he played it out to be my fault and then had to jump thru "hoops" to get me the correct chair i initially paid for in full "4 thousand dollars cash" no insurance bulls***! Its now December 26th. AND still NOTHING !! So i call southwest medical to place a new order for a fitting backrest. There reps were able to give me more information in 5 minutes than national seating could in 3 months . Ive repeatedly called my tech and customer service thru national seating, to either be ignored or mislead. They must think i can just put this "custom chair" in the closet and go freeriding when i please for extra arm exercises 🤣 yea ppl i paid 4k for a fancy piece of workout equipment that in return puts so much pressure on my spine below my point of break i almost checked into the E.R.Anyone have any good civil attorneys they reccomend?? I dont know anything about suing ppl but hey thats what googles for. Hope to see yall in court 👍 and i hope no one else ever gets treated this way.
Ruth Earlene Lewis: They treat you so nice, they know what you need

College Bike Shop: what do users think?
Crystal Papranec: Great workers and lots of great inventory.
Charlie Higbee: lmao missed a appt i had to get tires put on my bike because i was called into work called to let them know and schedule a new appointment and now wont make another
Jon Frieseman: Horrible customer service, and will be left on the phone waiting for someone to just pick up for 20-30min plus just for parts department.
mark stucky: Great people to work with getting parts or service!
Jessica Garfield: Decided to purchase a dirk bike for my husband which was great to start. Kathleen was our sales women. Jan-27 we walked out with our bike and its now feb 21. still we have to wait for paper work to be sent over to our bank for payments.. a month later still nothin has been done and playing phone tag between bank and college bike shop and being told paper work was sent over but the other party never received anything 🙃 😒 This is horrible customer service, never again!
Nico382: Best place in mid Michigan to shop for new Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki motorcycles and dirt bikes side by sides
gunnar carroll: Customer service is mediocre.
Alex Isaboss: MISLEAD AND MISINFORM CUSTOMERS JUST TO MAKE A QUICK SALE. DOES NOT SUPPORT THE MOTOCROSS COMMUNITY.
Scott Scotson: College Bike Shop is the only downtown Lansing bike shop near the capital. Once you enter the potholed, terrible condition parking lot and enter the out-of-date, old, and smelly showroom you will not only find a small selection of bikes, but a lack of customer service. This business is run by the children of the founder, a brother and sister duo. Maybe it is from being handed a business and a golden parachute, or just laziness, but they don't operate to help the customer. To save costs, they have their kids run amok.If you try to get a bike fixed at the brothers shop, you'll find that they only fix bikes they sell. You can have a legitimate bike, not a chinese knock-off, but if they don't sell it, they won't service it. I wonder why bikes they sell need to have such priority; must break a lot. That's like asking for an oil change at a chevy dealer and them telling you they only work on chevys. They funny thing is, they DO SELL YAMAHAs, there are even customer photos as such. Also, don't ask if they can get a specific model of HONDA, they will just tell you they can only get whatever they are sent. That really sounds like they don't have the best relationship with the manufacturer.I can not recommend this business.
Eric Clay: Fair prices and great staff
Jason Rodriguez: Me and my brother-in-law bought two CRF250L. they were able to give us the best deal great customer service very responsive to your calls. I would recommend them to anybody looking to buy dirt street four-wheeler side-by-side. Just an all-around good experience.
Clayton Colter: Haven't gotten my title after 3 months, have called multiple times and worker says she doesn't know what happened but still no update on what is happening or when I'll get it
Branden Hartwell: Great mechanics and friendly service. Fast quality work. Great parts service. Owner Kathleen is always really friendly
Elise Bentley: Bought this brand new motorcycle and can't RIDE it. Bike shop made a mistake on the Title. Now the license has run out and I'm unable to ride. This has been two weeks. Unacceptable. I can't use this beautiful bike until Collage Bike shop straighten this out.
Douglas Christy: Bought several bikes/quads.. Always friendly and helpful.. Won't go anywhere else!
Gary Berger: Sales sucked dropped the ball. I called about a bike a guy said they had it and I could come get it Friday. I called Thursday to verify and the sales lady said it’s someone else’s. Took time off work to be able to go get it good thing I called to verify. 10/10 would not deal with them.
Tyler Saidla: Not only is this one of the best motorcycle shops I’ve ever encountered, Kathleen is absolutely the best sales(wo)man I’ve ever had. Kathleen is absolutely amazing she’s so caring and considerate, transparent and respectful. I wish more people were like her. Thank You Kathleen for your advice, professionalism, and Tow straps! You’re honestly the best. I buy a lot of motorcycles and even though they are quite the drive from me even when I move to Florida I will pay the freight cost and buy through them exclusivity Indefinitely!!I called over a hundred dealerships to find a bike and luckily ended up here.Selection is great. Parts help is Knowledgeable and friendly as well.Thank You again for being the best dealership I’ve worked with for the past 11 years.
Thomas Farr (Moparfarr): Quick service and the price was right 👍🏽
Robert Reale: If you're experienced and can talk shop with these people you might have a better experience than I did. I'm brand new to riding and walked in with questions about helmet fit, style, features etc. and no one seemed to care that I was willing to spend my money there. Was not greeted by anyone in the shop and the few questions I managed to ask were met with a cold unwillingness to give me anything but the most remedial "don't bother me" answers I've ever gotten in a sales environment.
Steve Mitchell: Called for price $14.95, drove there and purchased with tag saying $14.95, they charged me $17.95. Major rip off! Said prices subject to change. Beware!!!!
Al Dykstra: Grom website $3499. When I got here they said $4400. Think I'll go somewhere else. $900 over msrp??

Sparrow Medical Supply - Lansing: what do users think?
Gwenavre Chaffee: The one good thing was they gave me a list of other medical supply stores in the Lansing area. Otherwise, unfriendly, unhelpful, staff who are not educated about the products they cary.
A. Jones: Every time I contact them by phone for information, they give bad service They ALWAYS have some excuse or justification for their rude, poor quality service.
jennifer gilbert: Cant get anyone to answer the phone or they transfer you to a voicemail. I've Been waiting a year for my CPAP. However my sister is a new user and got one in a week. What a mess. It wasn't like this when they were downtown
Cliff Hanged: Came here asking for knee braces. They didn't have any in size. Order takes almost a month. They referred us to a medical store that was closed and the other one didn't even have braces at all.
Karen Brown: I have seldom encountered a particularly polite employee in all the years I have been going. They just seem truly unhappy to be there. My biggest issue are their new hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday. I guess they feel people who need medical supplies don't have or shouldn't have full-time jobs. They were pretty busy from 5-6 and on Saturdays when that was an option so lack of business wasn't the problem. The solution given to rectify the problem was to call in first so I wouldn't have to wait as long as if that somehow meant that I didn't have to still take time off work to go there?
McCreary's Healthy Homes: I’m not sure about other peoples experiences. I had the best experience today. They lady that helped me (I wish I would have asked her name) was very kind and went over and above to give me helpful advice with my insurance coverages and showed me how to properly use the devices. It’s SO helpful to a person that’s never been through an experience like this before. Thank you for your help!!!!
Jim Greene: They were very good before moving to Frandor. What happened? My CPAP orders always short of parts and have to reuse old parts. Yet my insurance pays for COMPLETE replacements.
Leila Saber: Stunned with the level of rudeness and disinterest at the new location. Asked my doctor to move my prescription elsewhere. I'm really sorry to read comments on what other people have gone through, but none of it surprises me after being treated like I was bothering them by simply walking in the store.
Susan Klusman: Horrible experience. I was in the area, residing 45 minutes away, called in advance to confirm I could pick up test strips, that I didn’t need a refill from the doctor. Once there, the representative said otherwise and that strips were not approved with a cgm (meter). In providing information to assist her in verifying my records, she abruptly stopped me. I said I wanted to work with someone else, then ultimately asked for a manager. She said she wouldn’t. The rude attitude was beyond unprofessional. This is not a representative who should be working with people, especially those with medical conditions. I have never had an issue with Sparrow Medical, but this was such a abysmal experience that I will NEVER go back and encourage others to do the same .
Cowboy Wong: I was getting my diabetes test strips here for many years. They moved to Frandor and now they say I don’t exist in there records. They started a new account and then gave me the wrong strips. Went back to return them and the women said she has been 15 years and they have never seen my meter that they sold me. Later looked on the strips and the picture has my meter right on the wrong strips. I like it when your customer service people are saying your luring when you have been coming there for 5 years. I bet they will not be around long on there new space treating people so badly.
Candyce Curl: Love the new location. Shorter than expected wait. Kind and knowledgeable staff. I will be returning!
Dark Knight: Sparrow needs to clean house on the administration of their business who allow such interesting and rude people to work for them. The folks here aren't polite and overall sparrow hasn't been a good health system to work with. Avoid at all costs
Gavin k: Rude and Incompetent
gameryt12: I rated it a 1 star because they were very very slow it's been over an hour waiting for a ace bandage
Danielle: They are the rudest people I have ever ran into. The store itself, is clean. It's a medical supply store. Still there is no reason you have to get the third degree, and have.some worker tell you, you have an attitude. If I didn't need the supplies I would not be returning.
Nick L.: Their new location is a wonderful addition to the area. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Unk Mike: what kind of hospital medical supply company throws away much needed medical products like colostamy bags that were ment for donating to patients in need and closes its donation closet in a pandemic when people need the supplys most. pure evil order online rather then support this evil place. so sad instead of helping they decided to make patients in need to suffer
Abu Farzan: WORST
Anthony Bray: Rude. Ignorant. Not helpful.
Nature's Cream: Go to Hart medical supply instead. Unless you want your loved one to slowly suffocate while waiting for their life sustaining medical device because this place has no idea how to fill a prescription. I called a total of 5 times over 3 days trying to get my husband's nebulizer machine prescription filled. I had the doctor send it twice with the exact information they were asking for. They kept saying they didn't see it or it wasn't done correctly, etc.. over and over. Meanwhile my husband is struggling to breath. No attempt on their part to figure out what their issue was or why they couldn't find the information that was definitely sent over by my doctor. Twice. Completely incompetent.
Brian Raymond: Before I start the Cpap section is great they are the best at what they do!What remains is a far cry from acceptable.Shop around their are better options than this organization trying to intimidate you and ram it down your throat.Between changing to products for winter that are actually rated for summer (just to save money I am guessing) looks more foolish evertime I think about it.Now Sparrow keeps throwing these waivers in front of me to sign regardless if it is for lab work or medical supplies, stating that I will pay for the items or services if my insurance denies my claim. If you sign it what do you think your insurance is going to decide about paying it when you just agreed to pay for regardless.
