Radu Vlad: This review is regarding the shipping of a package using UniPol Travel.I paid for a package to be shipped by air and dropped it off on June 19th, 2021. I was told at that time by UniPol representative that it will be 8-10 days delivery and when I inquired about custom fees was told that there won't be any fees. I disclosed the package contents as required and paid the fees for shipping by air. As of today July 24th, 2021 the package is still not delivered and after contacting UniPol was told by the same representative that they are only collecting packages and are not responsible for anything else... They are using the services of Atlantic Express, but this will be on a different review. My package was stopped at customs and I had to submit proof of purchase documents for all the items in the package (electronics and shoes for less than $700). After submitting all the required documents they sent me an invoice for $302.25 custom fees for all this... I paid the fees and emailed them the document showing that the invoice was paid.I paid a lot less money in custom fees for packages that I shipped with other providers...I just wanted to make others aware that this could happen to anyone...This is just my personal experience and my personal opinion regarding the services provided by this company...Update 8/7/2021I am adding some details to clear some things up after seeing the owner's response... I paid for a package to be shipped by air to Romania and not Poland, but somehow my package ended up in Poland where I provided all the requested documents and paid the customs fees right away. This should have been delivered in 8-10 business days as disclosed to me at the time. I had to file complaints in order to get any response from anybody regarding that package. The case is still ongoing so when it will be properly resolved, then I will update the review based on facts and documented.

Andrane Milici: First time I contacted them they introduced themselves and asked how can I help you. I Gave my name number flight range date and price I was looking for on Friday morning. Didn’t hear anything back it was Monday after 1. Called them they literally will pick up the phone wait and just hang up. Usually when a customers calling u say the name of ur business and u know like how can I help. So they didn’t and I thought ok maybe it’s a problem w the line but u can tell they picked up the phone they’re just not speaking. So I called twice more. I waited 20 mins and asked if she could call them , she calls the woman picks up. My mom gives me the phone the lady has a rude tone and is like what does she need. I mentioned Friday she’s like no we don’t have that info. I said I called this number Friday u answered fine and today ur just hanging up on me but whatever I need help finding a ticket for these dates. She’s like give me a few. She did help me find a decent ticket but I said I will call her back later for the reservation. I realized I told her the date wrong by 2 days I got my mom to call her on the phone and ask if she can find something else and she went off rudely to my mother too.Can they do the job? yes Will you be satisfied w the interaction? Not at all. I work w customers all day long everyone has a bad day you don’t project it on to other people or not state who you are when you answer the phonealso if they read this I called the same number Monday and Friday. . So don’t ask oh maybe you have the wrong number unlikely

They used to be ok before, but now we felt like the quality of service has definitely declined. From the moment you call, you feel the annoyance on the other side. I personally have felt belittled and given an attitude over the phone, which is pretty hard to continue the conversation. Also, something else I've noticed, you will definitely get a different treatment and prices for services if u speak Albanian vs English only. I believe their excuse for rudeness is the fact that ppl will still go to them because they need their services, but honestly they are not worth the disrespect you will endure.

b tenn4: There is no benefit to coming here, we paid more at World Traveltours for an economy ticket to Europe than it cost directly from Delta Airlines and the travel agent did not even bother to reserve our seats from DTW to AMS. Also, the travel agent did some type of trick by booking our ticket to a different ticket class which left us with a huge penalty if we wanted to change the return date on our ticket. The ticket class she assigned us came with a penalty of $500 per ticket to change the travel date, which is more than twice what Delta normally charges (I called Delta and verified their cancellation fee for an international flight is normally $200 when buying from them). They get a huge commission on our behalf by selling these ticket classes at normal prices and pocketing the profit.

Dan Z: Well I was sadly disappointed. I 've been looking at a once in a lifetime vacation and figured I'd support a local business. So I checked out Disanto's website, found the times they were open. Nothing informing you of any restrictions. Drove over to the facility, it didn't look busy at all. Went in the front door and found all the other doors locked. Turned to leave and a very nice young lady appeared and talked to us through the glass, she informed us they weren't doing in person visits and we needed to call back so they could help us over the phone. So if I called them from my cell phone from the entrance they would've helped me through the glass? Nothing stated this out front on the markey or on the web site. So they wasted my time, if I wanted to use the phone or a website to book this trip I would have called one of the dozen online travel companies. Sorry this is all I have to compare my experience to, and that gets two stars. The building was there and one of the doors was un-locked. Still a big waste of my time.
