With our group ranging in age from 14 to 70, we wanted to experience it all without spending too much time on a bus. With our dream list in hand, Lisa reached out to several different companies and planned a trip that included the highlights of both cities and still allowed us a little time to be "foodies" and "explorers". We had one little glitch due to traffic--and Lisa responded to my text at 2 am and helped us out. She is a 24/7 planner. We chose Lisa because of the great job she did setting up a bus tour of Washington, DC, for a large group of Detroit Shriners. She is one hard-working lady! We stayed at a Universal resort, got express passes, and hit 3 parks over 4 days and stayed an extra day at the beginning and end lounging by the pool. Jesse Schmittler: Where to even start? Our trip was delayed with Covid and Lisa was by our side the entire time handling all of the stress for us while we got to sit back and relax. She was able to reschedule our entire honeymoon to Ireland at no additional cost! We didn’t have to do a thing, just show up for our flight! The CIE tour to Ireland was incredible and is also highly recommended. Returning home, our connecting flight from Chicago to detroit was canceled at midnight. We had been at the Chicago airport for 12 hours and was beyond tired. Multiple flights were canceled that night, and there were no flights available for 2 days and no rental cars from the multiple vendors. At midnight, Lisa spent around an hour with no complaints and worked endlessly until she found us a rental car to get us home. Many others at the airport were stranded without cars but thanks to Lisa, we made it home! We are so thankful for Lisa otherwise we never would have made it to Ireland in the first place, and also never would have made it back! Highly recommended and will be using again!

Brian Fifelski: Our trip to Hotel Zilara in Dominican Republic began in December 2020 when Lisa recommended, then planned our entire trip in September 2021. It was the best vacation we have ever been on and Lisa made it so. The VIP service through immigration, passing everyone, private transportation to the hotel, an awesome poolside room, and every restaurant, all the entertainment, and activities that she guided us to were fantastic. Jordan “JR” Avera: My wife got us a couple of tickets for Taco Tuesday. I was expecting 2 tequila drinks and a plate with a couple of tacos on it. I thought you might be able to buy more drinks if you wanted.Instead, we boarded and set sail very quickly. The bar opened almost immediately. There was a list of drinks for the open bar and others available for purchase. The list of free drinks was not at all shotty, and it was unlimited. I couldn’t believe it!The food was served buy going through a line and the plate was filled to the brim. It was some of the best food I can remember having. We sat there thinking about how good it was when they came around offering more. We each had another full plate.The music was good and the people were great. I would definitely do this again and again. Dress for wind, sea spray, and probably even a good chill. But you won’t regret it.

I was lied to multiple times by the owner who told me the boat was available for the date I selected with a captain! 5 days before the date they refused to accepted my husband’s payment to rent the boat. The excuse was that that they needed to find a captain.....?!!! Ok so I had to keep communication with them in order to get updates. I even asked them if they can’t accommodate me please let me know but they basically kept saying I have the date that I wanted but just not a captain. Ok so literally the day before the date I messaged them to see if there were any updates and I was told that they don’t have the staff for the boat.... Wtffffffff I was told so many lies, they refuse to accept my payment and they waited until the day before to tell me that they can’t let me rent the boat. I can’t help but feel like this was done intentionally. I inquired about renting the boat 8 days in advance so this situation definitely could’ve been avoided! Please go to another company that will treat you professionally and communicate with you and actually make you feel like a valued customer!!! I will never recommend and I hope they find staff and captains lol

Sheila Scovic: What a pleasant way to see Lake Orion! Riva has done an enormous amount of research and knows so much about the history of the lake, and she presents it all in such an interesting way. Her photos and scrapbooks bring the past to life, and you can just picture the amusement park, dance hall, hotels and cottages that she describes. She also maneuvers her comfortable boat with skill and precision, making the experience feel safe and welcoming.

Tara- it’s my life: Our tour group consisted of adults down to 14-year-old teens. There are not too many things that a group that diverse would agree was a great time, but this tour did it. Riva was knowledgeable and engaging and had a great amount of historical knowledge and artifacts to show from the area. If you want a really fun and unique experience, DO THIS TOUR!
