Brandy Sculthorpe: Not only did the outdoor ATM freeze, with no option to cancel, butwhen I called the location to get help (not wanting to leave an open transaction on the ATM), I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on.

It only took 5 minutes for the associate to call me although there were four people ahead of me and that’s because they seem to run the bank efficiently. Two bankers were also available. The bank also has drive-thru. Associate was friendly.

Tung Tran: I have several accounts here. Went to get some documents notarized but had to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes before a brancher could get to me. Only to let me know that they didn’t not have a notary available. 2 tellers, 4 “managers/consultants” and only 1 with a customer. This was 3:15PM on a Wednesday. Went next door to Huntington where I have no accounts at all, and they took care of me in less than 5 min. I guess you can do what you want if you make so much to have so many extra middle management positions but no one really does anything.

Vectro Videos: Why the 1 star? I came here a few times when i was 16 years old! Whenever i’d get my checks from the first job i worked at, id come here to cash them out. The ladies looked miserable and rude but the second they looked at the amount on my checks, their mood switched up and they would try to hit on me and say weird things like “oh i like your glasses” but i would just ignore them. These women were like 30 years old. One of the woman even said “i like your check, where do you work at”? My little brother said he wanted to come here and i immediately told him no.

Huntington had the latest technologies in fraud prevention, text and email alerts. The mobile app is friendly use. You can consider Huntington a 24 hours service bank because you can use your phone app to deposit your checks, withdrawal money from ATM anytime. They have most of the financial services plus the Huntington insurance company.

For those only writing a negative review because the branch didn't offer coffee/water in the middle of pandemic - this is a financial institution, not a restaurant. When I went to the teller to ask for one I accidentally called it a money order. I tried to apologize and correct myself, but the teller immediately got snarky with me. Telling me in a rude tone that "we don't do that, and that my check HAS to be from Huntington to use it towards a cashiers check if that's what I actually need". I've been getting cashiers checks from this bank/location since December, so I know I can use my check no matter the bank. Either way the teller was very rude and I'm disappointed that such a good bank would hire such mean people.

T5T Towards 5.0 Tennis: worst branch ever.they have online scheduling system but they are not ready on time and someone comes out like 10+ mins later saying "oh you reserved online, that's why". what??also the banker who helped close my account wrongly told me online statements for the closed account should still be available, but it wasn't. So I ended up wasting another few hours on phone with bofa to resolve the issue (re-opening, downloading statements, and closing again). Also the banker kept fiddling around as if he wanted me to go away asap because he had to go somewhere.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Georges was extremely helpful and took the time to find the best way to perform the transfer. He made sure to update my account details for the transfer to go through. Vivian: I’m so disappointed with this location and the lack of knowledge by their tellers. I went in to deposit a check because the ATM message said there would be a hold (assuming because it was a check from my new job?) anyway, went inside and explained to the teller that I cannot and do not want a hold on the check. That if she processes it and it states anything of a hold, I want my check back, as I cannot wait to have funds put into my account due to a hold.Teller processes the check and assures me that there’s no hold, money will be deposited into my account by the next morning. I went in on 10/20, so by 10/21, check should be deposited.Well miss bank teller, you gave out inaccurate information. My check is now held until 10/29. NINE days after my initial deposit. I’ve called BOA daily begging them to have someone help me. Anyone. There has to be someone who can remove this hold. I’ve explained and expressed and cried my situation and why I need my money as desperately as I do. All I get is “we’re so sorry you were lied to. There’s nothing anyone can do.” I’ve been a BOA customer for 14 years. Once this check is deposited, I’ll be going over to Chase- where they treat you like a person, and not just another transaction.

This is the worst experience I had. I just wanted to know if they have safe deposit box. I guess, I will never call them again. I hate online robocalls

The driver said something like 'this is why you don't get stops.' He cooled his heels with vehicle idling for several more minutes and then left.You got to step it up several levels BoA. You're dropping the ⚾️ at many locations.

Zbyszko P: Needed to convert a small amount of foreign currency so I checked the website which stated I can do this at this branch. I drive over during lunch and go inside. After getting to the teller the nice lady tells me that she cannot do it and I have to see someone at one of the desks (fine). Walks me over to a chair and tells me to wait for the lady helping another customer to finish (fine). After waiting around 15 minutes the manager comes over and tells me I need to make an appointment because they're swamped (not fine because I was told they'd do it and asked to wait, which I patiently did.) I wasted over 30 minutes + gas for something that any currency exchange counter at the airport can do in about 120 seconds and still didn't get it done. Supposedly I'm a "premium customer" I'll be moving my money elsewhere.

Calvin Saidy: I'd rate this branch with less than one star if I could. Cassandra Parker (Branch Manager) does not care about the loyal customers. I came yesterday and asked her to notarize two pappers and she told me she will take care of me after she finishes with the customer she had in her desk. After waiting 15 minutes, she told me one minute and went to a room with her college and started a meeting. Her laughts and loudness were all over the branch. She clearly does not care about Chase customers. This branch is the worst branch I ever worked with in my 10 years releationship with Chase.

CES S: One of the ATMs is always down causing a long line in the back. Also those banners have ripped from the stands and have been flapping in the wind for months. Does the manager not see that and at least take them down?
John Thull: I was there a little while ago and observed a customer behaving very rudely to your Associate Banker Almeta Lorigan. She handled the banking with grace and professionalism and was polite despite the rude behavior of the customer. She was then able to greet the next customer with a welcome and a smile. She is a true gem. I wish that all peopleI encountered in a day would display her skill and attitude.
Adi: To slow service
John Slaiman: I had a great experience at this location. Airica Colley was the main reason. She is very professional and patient and helped me open up an account without having an appointment. She went above and beyond expectations, helped me set up my online banking as well as Apple Pay. I would recommend talking to her for any of your banking needs!

Pang Chang: It seemed like the banker i went in to see was very nosy. I went in to fix my pin number and activate my card which she helped me do. I then talked to her about my husband and I's interest in opening a savings account. She said he would have to be in with me but that i could open it online then to save them time for when we come in. She guided on opening a savings account online. She assured me it was fine and easy. Not even a day later, i couldn't log into my account because it was locked. I then receieved a letter that my savings account i created was going to be closed. I called customer service and they told me it was because i opened a savings account online. So basically it was the bankers fault that this had happened. Not only that but she was showing me how to use the mobile app even though another banker had already showed me how. She then proceeded to have me click on the credit history but it seemed like she was looking for her own reasons. Of all the things she could had me do, she chose credit history. The first banker i was with did not have me open my credit history instead they said if i was interested I could check my credit history on my own time. She saw my credit score and debts which i didnt want her to see. She saw my debt and said "i dont know that that is" as if she needed to know.

Matt Hunter: I have been with Chase getting close to 10 Years or more, best bank I have ever used. The mobile app is excellent I rarely have to go into the bank, the products are good, and Chuck and Kailee are very responsive.

Jeff Grand: My teller Aaron/Erin?, started my morning with a great smile, the utmost patience and professionalism. She inquired about my business and made me feel like more than just a customer. I felt like an important business partner with Chase. Her smile, and confidence was contagious, and hope that I'm able to carry that over to my clients this morning.
Dan Howard: Used to be fast and friendly, then they put a machine in the lobby and closed two windows. At best their is a single tellar working. Still friendly, but in the last three months I have not gotten through line in under 15 minutes.
