Sheltered From Reality: Level one is great to bank with and all of the workers are very helpful. The ATM, however needs to be fixed. It's the only one near my house and it is TERRIBLE at depositing cash. If I insert more than one bill at a time, it spits them all out, one time it shot a $50 onto the ground instead of gently releasing it out of the ATM. Lately it won't even accept bills. Every time I insert money now, it says that my bills could not be read. This is very aggravating and my only issue with the bank. Please fix this issue.
Chelsea Geddes: The customer service at this bank is absolutely amazing. They go way above and beyond for their clients. I normally do not do too many reviews. I only do this if I am very impressed with a company. They have completely changed my thoughts about banks. I have always despised banks because of all their random fees and the horrible customer service I have always received from other banks.Katie, one of their employees, has been great. Since the beginning anytime I have had any questions she has always been right there to help me.On top of the customer service being top notch, there are no random pointless fees. I can use any ATM without a fee. And the fees they have are not astronomical. I would send any and everyone I know to this bank for their banking needs for sure. I highly recommend this place.

Robert Bee: This location ATM did not give us our money on June 9th so we called Huntington to report it. We waited at the ATM for an hour plus before someone answered just before 8pm when they end calls. We had to report this twice for the funds to get back in our account. A month later we found Huntington removed the provisional funds. Did Huntington just robbed us? We have never had any issues with TCF, the ATM's or this location but now Huntington has taken over our banking is unreliable.We had issues with Huntington before so we never wanted to use them again. After they took over TCF, we hoped things had changed.Update, Huntington fixed the error and our money is back. We actually received a call in response to an email about the entire incident. I am guessing some adjustments were made because the next time the machine did not give us our money but the text message was showing a withdrawal, an automatic correction was made in less than 30 seconds reversing the incorrect information. We understand an ATM can run out just let people know. Appreciate clearing this up.

I went to the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes and nobody helped me. I tried to go through the ATM Lane and my van was too big and could not fit. This is not a good location for Huntington Bank. I will not be going here ever again because it is too difficult to access and be serviced.

Jessica Beschorner: This is my main branch, I have countless in person meetings and I can surely say i never truly understood what i was doing until i met Bianca. She does not "dumb it down" but she words it well enough that I understand and makes sense to where i feel secure with what will be happening with my money. I have expressed my current and future plans and no matter what Bianca has been able to really explain to me what are my best options but also truly telling me the "right" way to do it no BS. - When I say that, coming from someone who knows nothing about banking or terms, etc, She is able to know enough about me and what I want to gain or get out of it so she can best direct me to reach my goals. I will always say this, it is so reassuring knowing I have finally found someone who not only is so friendly and caring but really gets me...and wants to help me and my future and I cant thank her enough for it!!!!
Eugene Durocher: I called today to open a savings account. The receptionist offered me a phone number to call back. I inquired with her if I was being directed to another branch. She replied that I was not. I asked why I could not be transferred. She replied she could do that. I don’t appreciate to be directed to go through the press one if you want service press two if you want to speak to someone that doesn’t care. I have found in my life when things don’t begin well they usually don’t end well.They offer a poor experience to begin.

Betty-Alicia Sleiman: Extremely rude! Despicable behaviour. My grandmother was denied access to a bank teller for the purpose of withdrawing cash, and was abruptly directed to the machine. Despite her being uncomfortable using the machine and insisting on being helped by a teller, she was rudely denied access into the bank and was again told to use the machine. My grandmother announced she would leave if not able to approach the teller, and the woman at the door told her to "Go home". This is despicable. My grandmother has banked at BMO for 50 years and was denied this basic transaction. Banks are open during a time like this especially for seniors who are unfamiliar and uncomfortable with using other means of electronic banking.

Jessica Nicole: I have been a member of msgcu for 5 years. I came into the location today to cash a check into my account. The teller gave me an immediate “suspicious” attitude. Called her manager over and questioned me about where the check came from and how I got it. She said she’s never seen me before (I had never been to this particular branch but I just stopped here on my way home from work) and she had been there for 13 years. She ended up cashing my check on the condition I pay my car loans (which I intended to do anyway on my own accord). It made me feel like a criminal and I literally do all of my banking through your credit union. Not cool and weird for MSGCU. I’ll continue going to my own credit union.
Tonette Morilla: Had talked with Michael, the assistant branch manager about my first car loan. During the process he was friendly and quick with helping me guide through what I needed. Though I did not end up taking the offer, but instead going through with my dealership, he was very professional and understanding. Even called me back after and I appreciated his attentiveness towards his customers. I would definitely recommend this place :)
Lauren Haight: This location is not the greatest. I’ve had good experiences overall at other locations. However Madi at this location was super difficult. She continued to ask the same questions even after answering 5-6 times. I would answer and she would try to argue about my answer. My answer never changed, but she would roll her eyes and ask again. Then she would make condescending comments after I would answer. I had several questions but because she couldn’t even do a basic deposit without her rolling eyes and asking 6 different times what account I wanted it in, I ended up leaving to go to a different location. Just very frustrating experience.

I’ve been with them for 5+ years never had an issue then my credit card payment is late by 30 days they shut down all my accounts until I make a payment. Meaning you can’t use your debit card or any card that has association with that bank until you make a payment. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and it seems like the call center and in-store representatives are always in competition with each other.
Som Gui: Michael at the Sterling Heights location is incredible. He saw me quickly and got me approved for an auto loan within a half hour. He worked AFTER closing and was very thorough with the entirety of the process. His manager Eric was also very helpful in assisting with a slight funding mix up when finalizing.I had planned on financing through a different financial institution and their loan officer had said “oh we can beat the other guys” with confidence. Truth is, they actually can’t. MSGCU’s rates are the best and thanks to Michael, I am the proud owner of a reliable vehicle with several additional services that other institutions wouldn’t and couldn’t offer. Can’t recommend this credit union branch enough!

Joy Gope: This place doesn’t have in-person tellers and replaced them with virtual teller machines instead - which is fine. However, the wait time for virtual tellers is extremely long. I spent over 40 minutes for a cash withdrawal. The staff at the location were helpful though.

Ellen M X: Today 2/1/23 I contacted the PNC branch in Sterling Heights at Mound Road and M-59 about a fraudulent charge on my January 2023 banking statement for $40.97.They confirmed my identity, took down the details and forwarded me to the Fraud department and advised that my PNC credit card would be shutdown, they would research the fraudulent charge and a new credit card would be issued soon.I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and their employees. As always T’anna and her team did a great job!! I can’t imagine banking anywhere else!

chris mentzer: I had fraudulent check generated in my name and sent to pnc. I disputed the check and got the notary done at this branch and sent the documentation to them via certified fedex mail with tracking. The correspondence absolutely arrived, and it is my understanding that I should have been provided a provisional credit within the month unless they planned on resolving the problem within that time. I have received no provisional credit no communication written or otherwise regarding this check fraud incident and all they can tell me is it has been transferred to our check fraud department. Check fraud department does not answer the phone or return calls, no messages. This has screwed us out of $1427 and caused financial set backs and difficulties for my family. We are extremely displeased with this financial institution. They should be ashamed of this lack of care and customer service to hard working families whom have trusted them with their finances.

Lisa is a complete gem! She has been so helpful with any process I’ve gone through and I normally never leave reviews but this bank is just awesome!

josh ruckle: Kelly is the only reason we still Bank here. Had issues that she couldn't fix last year and I spoke with the branch manager about my negative experience. She didn't seem like she cared to help. I mentioned that if the Bank can't figure things out and make good on stuff we may have to shop around and change banks. The branch manager said go ahead do what you gotta do and walked away with out providing any help what so ever. Was a really weird experience. But Kelly went to bat for us and helped as much as she could, it was toronto that caused all the issues.
Tom Goebel: Very long lines since Wyandote at Watson closed. Often 8 to 12 people with 1 or 2 very slow tellers. Recent set of errors. They paid someone else’s bill and can’t seem to correct it. Manager refuses to talk to us in person, on phone. Will not even grant email.

john: This branch is the worse one in windsor, there is so many problems here at this bank.you can't go inside to use an ATM any time you want they lock doors but don't post it any where that they are lock between certain time. Then there drive thur is usually broken, I seem to be on a 50/50 chance that it's work when I have to stand there because I have no car so I have to do a dangerous thing to get my money. And this day I'm writing this was not able to get any money befor work thanks for that.
