Kira Forthedeathnote: This is the worst bank I've ever been to. One banker, she was annoying. Had to wait 15 minutes after walking 20 minutes to get there just to be told I can't open an account because I didn't have the ssc but I have it written down? Nah. You want a good bank go somewhere else.

Nader Elmashni: Just a nasty unprofessional customer service. I had an appointment at 11:30 for Thursday 7/27 ( I left work for this appointment), arrived and I had to wait 15 minutes because the lady ( her name was Rana I think) was chatting and enjoying her long conversation with the customer a head of me... and when my turn came she did not apologize for the delay.. I asked her about the accounts they offer but she did not speak up and was not even trying to help to get the business, and she kept asking about my last bank which is none of her business.. and when I left she said in unkind way " good luck".. nasty customer service..This an update 8/7/2022:The bank's response is pitiful, it is an automatic response that was used in other reviews. Obviously, you don't care. I did send you an e-mail to your customer service but have not heard from you.. so bad... you may give me a call to discuss..
Mike H: Expect rude behavior and worst the worst customer service from the bankers, went to do an wire transfer for closing they made me wait for a while before telling me they won't help me because they have customers and after that they got other appointments and to go somewhere else.
Joshua Hibbert: I went to the bank to deposit some poker winnings into my account, cash mind you. What do I get? An employee who puts my money into someone else's account and has an attitude with me. When I tried resolving this from the office, I had no luck there. Finally I go back to the bank and try to speak to the manager, they tell me they will check and call me the next day. It's been 5 days now and the person still hasn't called me back. Mind you this misplacing of my cash was done, 3 WEEKS AGO.
Karam Shammas: Huntington bank 155 years in the market, based in Ohio and all states surrounding Ohio, plus Colorado and Minnesota. Huntington bought TCF bank. No more TCf bank. Huntington had the latest technologies in fraud prevention, text and email alerts. The mobile app is friendly use. You can consider Huntington a 24 hours service bank because you can use your phone app to deposit your checks, withdrawal money from ATM anytime. They have most of the financial services plus the Huntington insurance company.
Ruksana S.: Have been going to this branch for years. All the tellers here have always been kind and professional. A bit shocked by the negative reviews. For those only writing a negative review because the branch didn't offer coffee/water in the middle of pandemic - this is a financial institution, not a restaurant. They are not required to feed people in order to process a banking transaction.

Today I wanted to withdraw some funds and was told “ because of the Holiday, that was yesterday, that they couldn’t get me my money. However, I went to another Huntington Bank and had no problem at all. My funds were available, so I don’t see why I had to go to another branch. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO THIS BRANCH & MAY JUST CHANGE BANKS ALTOGETHER
Andrzej Pastucha: Branch manager had me waited for 10 days to cash the certified check, than when I arrived to pick up the money. I was told, the money is not there. Their lobby is closed only drive thru. Tellers move very slow. No one ever returns calls. Very Bad and disrespectful management, poor customer service.

Chrissy Timpikin: Terrible branch and the employees working during this pandemic are horrible. They work super slow and they are extremely rude. Their is one teller who has a accent - she is the worst! You will wait in line for 45 minutes in the drive thru. Don’t go on the 1st or 3rd you’ll be waiting 1 hour min. I ride past other banks all day and NEVER see the lines look like they do at Huntington!! This bank is too cheap to install glass/plastic so they can still serve other customers on the inside like BOA and CHASE. Even Comerica moves faster than this bank. I see no pros in banking here.
Shannon Fandale: First off, the female banker was incredibly rude to me. Her tone was obvious indifferent and verging on hostile. I tried to complete a simple account change, but was told I needed the joint account person to be present. I later contacted Huntington online and learned this was not true. Thanks for lying to me and wasting my time. Will not return to this location.
Bryan Spears: Tony is the man. I've always had great customer service with Huntington managers but he's gone above and beyond.
Steve William: Rana Razi provides you the WORST customer service that you’ll ever experience in your life, this lady has a horrible attitude!! DO NOT deal with her , the others are fine.
Steve Levin: Cheapo Branch ...They Don't even offer water or coffee for the customers.I'm moving my business and personal accounts to Flagstar where they don't only have coffee and water , but it's Keuric coffee, water and cookies.

Joy Gope: This place doesn’t have in-person tellers and replaced them with virtual teller machines instead - which is fine. However, the wait time for virtual tellers is extremely long. I spent over 40 minutes for a cash withdrawal. The staff at the location were helpful though.
rando1jc: Customer service is in the toilet! Highway robbery if you over draft ! Even if you make it right in the same day, you can over draft 2x in the same day?! CROOKS!!!! Closing my account in the morning !!!!!! Thank you for 20+ years of garbage banking down the toilet!!! This is how you treat someone down on their luck who manages to make the account current back to back days ?!?! Peace out!
Ellen M X: Today 2/1/23 I contacted the PNC branch in Sterling Heights at Mound Road and M-59 about a fraudulent charge on my January 2023 banking statement for $40.97.They confirmed my identity, took down the details and forwarded me to the Fraud department and advised that my PNC credit card would be shutdown, they would research the fraudulent charge and a new credit card would be issued soon.I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and their employees. As always T’anna and her team did a great job!! I can’t imagine banking anywhere else!

chris mentzer: I had fraudulent check generated in my name and sent to pnc. I disputed the check and got the notary done at this branch and sent the documentation to them via certified fedex mail with tracking. The correspondence absolutely arrived, and it is my understanding that I should have been provided a provisional credit within the month unless they planned on resolving the problem within that time. I have received no provisional credit no communication written or otherwise regarding this check fraud incident and all they can tell me is it has been transferred to our check fraud department. Check fraud department does not answer the phone or return calls, no messages. This has screwed us out of $1427 and caused financial set backs and difficulties for my family. We are extremely displeased with this financial institution. They should be ashamed of this lack of care and customer service to hard working families whom have trusted them with their finances.
Rachel Rae: I do not like this bank they wldnt cash my check bc I didn't have enough funds in my account plus they take money from you if you don't keep a certain amount or higher, well on my check it said flagstar so I went there omg let me tell ya they we so caring and friendly made u feel so welcome awesome ppl work there im so that thst lady at PNC bank told me about flagstar I opened an account ha love this new bank of mine now bye bye PNC...
katie wolfy: This location goes out of their way to do everything NOT to help you. If you just have to do a withdrawal from the ATM you will be fine. Otherwise avoid this location!
Dominic Golabek: Had to go to a different branch to deposit a check, they would not deposit due to technicality... thank God branch down the road was open late and they had no problem depositing said check ... been banking at pnc 15 plus years nothing like this.... no wonder horrid reviews...

Amanda: The gentleman at the front did not seem to want to help my situation. I do not bank with pnc and I had a check cut to me by my company since I am a float. The office I covered banks with pnc so that’s where my check would be cut from. I drove 15 mins out of my way and he told me he needed another form of identification because I don’t bank there. I went to the location in Troy and not only did I NOT have to show a second form of ID, the young lady didn’t charge me a percentage either since again I am a floater. I do not have a second form of ID since currently I am not active with a bank. I left a very frustrated and dissatisfied customer. I won’t ever bank with PNC and I will never come to this location again.
Taylor Thompson: This is probably the worst bank I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS! Matter of fact theres a Flag Star Bank right across the street. Which seem to be waaay more efficient then this bank and there workers!!
