Emily Rose: This place is a joke. Just went there today to deposit a cheque and had a question about why I got a new credit card in the mail, she took both my credit cards in the back for 30 minutes and I asked a guy and a different teller to please go get that lady with my credit cards and he had an “I don’t care attitude” and the lady next to him laughed. Insanely rude people. Absolutely unprofessional.
Burke Moras: Huge lineups and they never have enough tellers. They also asked for my drivers license 3 times to open an investment account because they kept losing the photocopies. I was going to buy Tesla stock before it skyrocketed but I missed out because of CIBC. They refused to do anything about it.

Pranav Chandrasekaran: Rude Customer Service. The Teller guy doesn’t even know what the fees are for an account. He literally told me that there would be no transaction fee charged for a withdrawal. But turns out there will be charge for every transaction from my account. Please train your employees.

If you are new student and need help to open account asap please visit this brach if they are available, They are happy to help you. We got help from Rawan Hassan. She was too kind and helpful. Abdulaziz Ozden: I had a terrible experience with K.K at CIBC Business Banking. I approached him to open a business account for a borrowing application and submitted all the necessary documents during our first meeting, over a month and a half ago. However, Kiran failed to handle the process effectively. He never asked for any additional documents, because I had submitted everything that was required.Despite his assurances that he would get back to me, Kiran never responded to my inquiries. I sent him multiple emails to seek updates on my account, but he always had excuses like being off or sick or needing to talk to the manager. This has been going on for almost two months now, and there has been no progress in my application process.Kiran's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to follow up on promises have caused me significant delays and frustration. I would not recommend Kiran or CIBC Business Banking based on this disappointing experience.

Went to the branch and the teller said she set an appointment for me but didn't... Finally got to deal with someone and they cant activate my card because im not at my home branch!! Harnish Gandhi: Generally this branch avoiding some clients by making an excuses and staff tried to look inside your phone while you're on phone that what are you doing, but when we meet Given Kumako, he is completely different person and very friendly but Professional at the same time. He resolved our problems quickly and advised professionally. We give this 5 Stars for only Given Kumako's friendly and professional services he has provided at the branch to us. We really appreciate to Given and we wish him good luck for his bright future.Thank you Given Kumako.

Nick Anger: I don't really have many problems when I go here, most of the time it's okay and quick.My only concern is that I only ever see 3 tellers working at one time, when there are 5 or 6 spots.I understand if it's a slow day or not many people are in the line why there wouldn't be many tellers. But when the line is at a consistent 7+ people long, shouldn't there be more than 3 bank tellers?
Aims: I love drive-thru banking. I like that the location also has a walk-in ATM but when you just want to stay in your car, this is perfect.

Gwyn Guilbeault: The employees are wonderfulMy point is about the overall policies regarding mortgage renewal.After being a long time mortgage holder the cibc policies did not allow me to lock in my rate prior to the mortgage maturing.Which was in a couple of months.I shopped around was able to lock in at a very favourable rate.Cibc out of every obstacle to make the transition of the mortgage as difficult as possible as well as delay it as much as possible. Luckily my new lender was very understanding and patient. They mentioned that they see this with many clients of CIBC.MY ADVICE IF YOUARE SHOPPING FOR A MORTGAGE RUNAWAY FROM CIBC AS FAST AS TOU CAN

Cookie T: Waste of space and time. An entire branch with no tellers working there, just a bunch of iPads and an ATM. Really regretting switching to CIBC from TD...this is a completely useless building.
Alyssa Lou: Sarah is seriously the best; she always makes you feel welcome and comfortable, and goes above and beyond. I can not say enough good things!!
W. C. Oke: Sarah Timm was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new account. Highly recommend them!
Samantha Joy: There is always an issue with this branch. The staff here is not helpful at all. I sat down and talked with an advisor about a line of credit and a loan, she took all my information (t4s, identification, everything) and then she NEVER got back to us!! I called her for weeks with no response!! It was an awful experience. Now they have renovated the branch and you can no longer go and talk to an actual person, everything is done through the ATM machine. I asked the guy standing there if he could give me a roll of loonies and a roll of quarters, and he said he couldn’t help me because the machine was broken. Machine?? Just pull it out of a drawer like you used to! Useless branch, useless bank, I will be switching ASAP.
