Lisa (The Sterling Critic): 5-5-2023 Wow, went today and my one scoop ice cream was $5.02 😥July 2022: Their No Sugar Added butter pecan is Amazing!!!! Lots of other great flavors as well. They have chocolate dipped cones with sprinkles or just chocolate, sugar cones Or the cake cones.

café au lait: One of the girls didn’t understand when I said I want one scoop of vanilla moose tracks and one scoop of another ice cream in one cone. She asked if I wanted 3 scoops in one cone, my dad proceeded to explain I wanted one scoop of the vanilla version of moose tracks and the other flavor in one cone. She said okay and told the girl in the back one scoop of vanilla moose tracks and the other flavor in separate cones. Huh??????? As she’s ringing us up she realizes. All good. Also she gave my dad butter pecan when he said praline pecan. He’s also very loud. A girl also gave attitude in the back and it just made me think of how this place has gone downhill since coach only hires his girlies.

Blackheart Lives: Coach's is a local favorite that has been here for years and years. We are lucky to be able to ride bikes, walk or quickly drive to a favorite spot for ice cream treats. Since Covid they have gone to a walk up service window, but honestly We love this new system wayyy better than having to go in to a very small location filled with people trying to get waited on. This way we have a dedicated line, and a quick easy exit. The treats are AWESOME, and they have a very large variety of different items. I recently discovered the banana split wizzer. It tastes like my Kentucky grannies banana pudding filling after going in the fridge. All I need now is to bring some 'Nilla wafers with me and I would be MORE in heaven. Reall banana pieces and ice cream spun to a semi solid treat like the Bliz.... from the "Milky King" place, but WAYYYY BETTER. It's a great local favorite, so stay away unless you live close by. We'd like to keep this one private and in the family.... Laughing.

Russell Allen: I got a banana split. Wife got a strawberry lemonade. Banana split was absolutely delicious and the fruit was fresh! Was a really nice touch! She said the lemonade was delicious refreshing and wasn't too sweet. We will definitely be back! I ordered the cheese cake and it was really good. My two daughters ordered the moose track and superman. Very nice inside and they had other treats you can order. Boden Photography LLC: I went here in the middle of the latest snow storm. It was a truly unique experience. The ice cream was spectacular. I had the mint milk shake. This is going to sound weird, but even watching them make it is fun. They use nitrogen to form the awesomeness in a cup. And it is awesome 👌 with explosive flavors and a unique touch that only pride in your products could produce. It's also a local family business. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. They have smoothies, ice cream, coffee, expresso and a whole lot more. All served with a friendly smile. Twizzlers has nothing on making mouths happy compared to this place of awesomeness.
Tene Stone: Yummy, yummy, yummy! They have this really cool CO2 ice cream that they make right in front of you also soft serve and regular ice cream. They have coffee, espresso and a variety of unique deserts. I can’t wait to go back! The place was spotless and you can tell the owner really takes pride in his business. Prices where pretty good as well.

Priority Physical Therapy: Ordered the chocolate devotion pint and got the peanut butter ice cream. I would not be writing a bad review except for the fact that I am ALLERGIC TO NUTS, PEANUTS AND PEANUT BUTTER. They told me I have to call doordash for a refund doordash tells me that only coldstone can give me a refund since they have my payment information. Now they will not answer the phone.

I have ordered the same cake for my son’s birthday for 10yrs now (since he was 16yrs old) at the Madison Heights location.. when I called to order they were having phone issues. I contacted the Sterling Heights location in fear of the business being closed etc & this young man Caleb not only assured me & offered to fill my order, he went out of his way to directly contact an employee,Narmeen,at the Madison Heights location knowing this was a 10yr tradition I wanted to keep. Narmeen called me from her personal cell,placed my order,sent me a confirmation text AND even let me enter the store before they opened knowing I was traveling a distance to spend a short time with my son! We moved an hour & 30 min north 3 yrs ago & will continue to only order from Madison Heights & Sterling Heights for as long as I’m able!💜 Thank You Cold Stone for having such AMAZING employees!! Never purchase anything from this place and this place should be closed by @foodcontroldepartment.I would have come and asked for refund if it was not late hours and unfortunately I only have credit card statement. Hadel Badet: Very bad customer service, if you order, they don’t ask you about some of the order details and do what they want on there own. I told one of the workers there that I wanted 12 inch cake and she made 6 inches instead and made us pay the amount of 12 inches. If you order something, they will not do what you asked for for the most part. I would not recommend ordering from this place at all.

thisshit istrash: ignore the name, i used this account to lurk someone’s music page on YouTube and leave mean comments.. anyway- this is the first review I’ve ever left for a restaurant, simply because the ice cream and the service was absolutely PHENOMENAL. staff was very knowledgeable on vegan flavors and substitutes and they were soooo excited to make something perfect for my fiancé and i. i had the vegan banana pie ice cream and they veganized the Cinnamon Toast Crunch sundae thing for my fiancé. we also split the dragons breath which wasn’t really my style but the ice cream was soooo flavorful and creamy. I was so impressed and so happy i found this gem. Will be returning ASAP!!!
