She asked if I wanted 3 scoops in one cone, my dad proceeded to explain I wanted one scoop of the vanilla version of moose tracks and the other flavor in one cone. She said okay and told the girl in the back one scoop of vanilla moose tracks and the other flavor in separate cones. Huh??????? As she’s ringing us up she realizes. All good. Also she gave my dad butter pecan when he said praline pecan. He’s also very loud. A girl also gave attitude in the back and it just made me think of how this place has gone downhill since coach only hires his girlies.

Blackheart Lives: Coach's is a local favorite that has been here for years and years. We are lucky to be able to ride bikes, walk or quickly drive to a favorite spot for ice cream treats. Since Covid they have gone to a walk up service window, but honestly We love this new system wayyy better than having to go in to a very small location filled with people trying to get waited on. This way we have a dedicated line, and a quick easy exit. The treats are AWESOME, and they have a very large variety of different items. I recently discovered the banana split wizzer. It tastes like my Kentucky grannies banana pudding filling after going in the fridge. All I need now is to bring some 'Nilla wafers with me and I would be MORE in heaven. Reall banana pieces and ice cream spun to a semi solid treat like the Bliz.... from the "Milky King" place, but WAYYYY BETTER. It's a great local favorite, so stay away unless you live close by. We'd like to keep this one private and in the family.... Laughing.

Russell Allen: I got a banana split. Wife got a strawberry lemonade. Banana split was absolutely delicious and the fruit was fresh! Was a really nice touch! She said the lemonade was delicious refreshing and wasn't too sweet. We will definitely be back! This is going to sound weird, but even watching them make it is fun. They use nitrogen to form the awesomeness in a cup. And it is awesome 👌 with explosive flavors and a unique touch that only pride in your products could produce. It's also a local family business. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. They have smoothies, ice cream, coffee, expresso and a whole lot more. All served with a friendly smile. Twizzlers has nothing on making mouths happy compared to this place of awesomeness.
Tene Stone: Yummy, yummy, yummy! They have this really cool CO2 ice cream that they make right in front of you also soft serve and regular ice cream. They have coffee, espresso and a variety of unique deserts. I can’t wait to go back! The place was spotless and you can tell the owner really takes pride in his business. I contacted the Sterling Heights location in fear of the business being closed etc & this young man Caleb not only assured me & offered to fill my order, he went out of his way to directly contact an employee,Narmeen,at the Madison Heights location knowing this was a 10yr tradition I wanted to keep. Narmeen called me from her personal cell,placed my order,sent me a confirmation text AND even let me enter the store before they opened knowing I was traveling a distance to spend a short time with my son! I Pick it up, take it to the party just to have it be blank.When I call about the mistake they tell me they need 72-hours to replace it and I need to bring the cake back. 72-would be Monday, 2 days AFTER the party and bringing the cake back to the store in Sterling Heights from Eastern Market in Detroit would take over an hour.I offer to send a photo of the cake with the recipe right away. They say that is alright. So here I am Monday waiting for my money back and they are only giving me back $9.84...no $9.81; ok, 10.01 for $9.99 photo charge. If I want the FULL refund then I need to bring back the cake from Saturday (9/17).Since I assumed the photo of the recipt and cake from the day of the incident would suffice. I did not keep the ICE CREAM cake for two extra days as evidence.To say this was a bummer for a big event is an understatement to say the least. My treatment after the fact is a complete disgrace to client care in this situation.
Jason McEntire: The ice cream was pretty good, but that's all. The waffle cone I got it in was so stale and flexible, I could swear it was cardboard. My wife ordered an Oreo peanut butter shake, but what she got was milk with peanuts in it. We also ordered 10 pumpkin munchkins, and got 2-3 of each flavor instead. I don't know what goes on at this place, but the employees were total space cadets. I don't know if there was a language barrier, or if they were just blazed out of their minds, but those workers were definitely somewhere else. Had I seen the other reviews before going, I definitely would have stayed away.
shane timko: whoever was working the night shift on august 29-30 made me and my girlfriend and brother the best food i ever ate. he was extremely patient when we ordered a million things. He needs to be promoted to store manager because he was running it on his own and better then anyone else does it and the best milkshake i ever had and he was extremely nice.i got avocado toast and my brother got the kesto wrap we both agreed it was 11/10. thank mr.baskin

Evelyn Rose: If I could, I’d give them zero stars. I took my sons here after a doctors appointment. The people taking your order are rude and are very impatient. Second, the guy gave me only half my change back after I paid. I politely pointed out his mistake and yet he insisted he was right. I asked him for the receipt that he’d promptly thrown in the trash before giving me my change. I was so frustrated and angry (although I didn’t let on how I felt -(although now I wish I would’ve) I just gave up as it was less than a dollar. The ice cream was ok but we had ice cream sundaes and he gave me one giant scoop and two tiny ones of the other flavor and there was barely any hot fudge. I have come here before and sworn I wouldn’t return but today it was conveniently located but I’m never giving these people another dime of my money. I should also mention that it’s dirty in there. Truly not a place I ever want to patronize again.

David Sayah: I tried this café this morning. The raspberry latte and strawberry banana crêpe were presented beautifully. I wasn’t a huge fan of the latte honestly, but maybe I just didn’t like how raspberry mixed with espresso. The crêpe was PHENOMENAL. Mariam was very sweet and helpful. The atmosphere is very modern and would probably have a great vibe at night. Definitely worth checking out!Parking: It’s in a plaza with plenty of parking!

I know some reviews were complaining about the price of the crepe but it’s a large crepe (bigger than a normal size crepe). I shared it with a friend but I probably could have eaten the entire thing myself because it was so delicious! My only complaint is that my small Turkish coffee cup was filled with coffee grounds half way up. I got maybe two sips of coffee lol but maybe that’s how it is suppose to be? Not sure. Cool experience nonetheless. Definitely coming back!

Except, when I was about halfway into scarfing down the Ice Cream Rolls.. I started to feel burning, and itching in my throat, but I had too much and the anaphylactic shock was suffocating me.Turns out, the INCONSIDERATE worker here, INTENTIONALLY gave me a hazelnut chocolate bar (Kinder Bueno) and pretended it was nut free...Thank God my girlfriend, who was downstairs, came up to check on me and I was able to get my shot. I almost died. I blamed it on the facility at first, until I learned that the worker of the shop has been intentionally putting nuts in ice cream, specifically when being asked for nut free products. I even called in, and before I could explain that I have this ALLERGY, the worker said to me, Don't be so picky. I just decided to hang up and not deal with this ignorance. Change the way you're running this facility. You're responsible for knowing and selling your own products. Be considerate of the orders people make for their safety.This needs to be stopped because I'm considering a lawsuit. Please be more mindful of what you do. 🙏✝️

The excuse for these prices? “These are rare pops” You can find this stuff on Amazon. It’s NOT rare I just prefer to shop local. Change your prices and stop fooling the consumer with fake bejeweled gold china. Also I’m worried if they would sell expired food on the shelf what are they doing with the ingredients for the food they’re making? It makes me question if that is expired too.

Abinav Sunder: Absolutely would not recommend. I ordered through GrubHub and the food arrived was not packaged properly and I had half the food spilled inside the bag. Definitely the restaurant's negligence towards quality. However, I think it was a warning because the food gave me an upset stomach and acid reflux that lasted the entire weekend and I am still recovering from it - this is coming from a person who has a lot of tolerance to spice levels and food prep and what not. Absolutely would not recommend this place.Additionally this seems to be the same address as another restaurant which gave me a similar experience a few weeks ago. Upon checking the reviews I found that the one 5 star review that this restaurant seems to be from an inside person because true caller shows me the same name. Beware people! Food is definitely not worth risking 2 days of acid reflux!
