Michael Blasius: For some background, I'm one of those crazy people that bought a school bus during the pandemic to turn into a "Skoolie" (RV). What has been an amazingly fun and demanding project halted abruptly when I removed some emergency systems and seemingly "bricked" the bus - AKA it would not start. After spending hours searching online and even visiting the more reputable bus/diesel mechanics in the metro-Detroit area, none would come on-site to take a look. After contacting Anthony, he was quick to respond and took good information down before his visit. He was incredibly good with communication - told me when he should expect me and even gave me updates on his ETA. When he arrived we talked briefly, but I was unable to spend much time with him due to work - fortunately he is a true professional and was self-sufficient. He did a great job diagnosing all the major systems not leaving anything out. He didn't figure out the exact problem on the first day, but when he left he went home and called Thomas/Freightliner and continued to do research that he clearly didn't bill me for. It was both a personal mission to solve the puzzle and the practicality of not wanting to spend unnecessary time doing so that drove him to do this. The next day he came back with a plan, and very quickly solved the problem. The bus fired right up and was the sweetest sound I've heard in a long time. He took extra time to show me what was wrong and how to prevent it. Two days later he wrote an email checking in on the bus and seeing if there were any issues. I'm confident recommending Anthony for any bus/truck/diesel/rv repair. Mine was specifically fuel/engine related, but it's clear that he has knowledge that extends beyond engine work. I WILL end up hiring him again during my project, not because he was the first person to travel to me, but because I trust him. Fair price, great work, good businessman.

Jason Mcwilliams: I had an issue with the lights on my work trailer they were going out and then coming back on everytime I hit a bump. I was too busy with work to fix it myself so I googled enclosed trailer wiring repair. I called and texted a few places But Anthony was the only one to get back to me and he did so quickly. He scheduled for between 10:30 and 11 a.m. the next morning. I received a text from Anthony the next morning around 9 a.m. that his ETA would be 11 a.m.He arrived at 11 a.m and immediately got to work. He diagnosed a bad ground on one side but made sure to check the wiring all the way to the front. He re ran the ground, fixed a couple connections and zip ties everything on that side. He then went to the other door and started working on that set of lights. And it was a ground on that side as well but he said he really felt I had multiple issues. So he kept investigating and found the hookup between trailer and my truck was not making good contact on 2 points. He cleaned, sanded, and separated the points and made sure everything had good connection. He finished fixing wires on other door. He did a final check and the left light on the right door was still flickering and wasn't as bright as it should be. It turned out to be the grounding bar between the 2 lights so he added a new grounding screw for that. The last thing he did was Zip Tie up All the wires that were hanging under the trailer. This was hands down the best experience I have had with a Mechanic in a long time. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need or try to do a whole rewire. He also had great communication and showed up when he said he would. I will be recommending him to All of my contractor friends who have trucks, trailers and Heavy equipment. And the best part was I didn't have to leave my trailer at a shop for a week or 2 until they got around to fixing it!

It's close to home so I call it our neighborhood shop. We had a transmission replaced by them. They did a phenomenal job. Last visit we got an oil change and and wipers. We got the best stuff. Synthetic oil and RainX wipers. It cost us $125.00. Not bad.

ICS: Was pricey $$$ they did great work but, when I asked a price and knew the problem they wanted to charge $149.00 diagnostic fee. If you know this is your new Auto shop and may bring in other people who may use them you have to compromise. They didn't and I found a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and did the Job within hours and did a terrific job and they were busy and got us out in 4 hours. The guys were down to earth and Great conversation. I am no longer interested in Sterling Care..

KRISSY: Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.

Ashley Frank: I just called this company due to their high reviews to get an estimate for brake replacement, front and rear. The man that answered was Subbu, I believe the owner. He quotes me $500. As I'm expressing my shock, he interrupts me, says he is getting another call, and hangs up lol. There are so many issues here. $500 is outrageous to replace pads and rotors. But beyond that, to put me on hold as I'm talking to you about a potential repair, then to hang up is ridiculous. So glad we dodged a bullet here.

Gurnek Singh: My Engine oil was low and I had to add 2 quarts of oil. I took my car for inspection.. All they did was check the oil level. I was told that my oil level was low and that I was due for an oil change which I already knew. He also mentioned about a GM bulletin about older cars needing regular oil top off. Charged me $75 for this which in my opinion is rip off.

Jeremy Vanpelt: Incredibly disapointed with how this turned out.I've had service done here multiple times on my 2006 T1N Sprinter the last year; up until now things have been great. I've spent well over $3000 at this shop and expected the next bill to be a big one with engine and suspension issues.Dropped it off over a week and a half ago and they have not even had time to take a look at it; the thing has been parked in the same spot. This is my full time drive and I understand that the diesel business is a bit slower; no problem.I spoke with Jason on Monday and he said that he would get it in to start working on it; two days later I havnt heard anything so I call to check in. Ask to speak with Jason, secretary says he is not in shop; no problem I'll call back. I state that I really need a plan and time table because this is my full time ride and if they are too busy to help me right now I'll have to take it somewhere else to get things moved along - no hard feelings. She says OK.I call back later and ask for Jason - he is the person in charge of getting things done. Secretary tells me that Jason is in the shop but he is too busy dealing with more important things than to deal with my little problem. She sounds irritated.OK no worries; I'll take my business elsewhere.Pick up van hours later. No apologies, no I'm sorry to lose your business. Just a goodbye.Feeling incredibly undervalued, underappreciated as a customer and I wish I hadnt spent so much money here.
