SEAN: Damien seems like a nice guy. Overall they were reasonably priced for the job. However, about 300 miles after having my starter replaced, my truck starting having exhaust leakage and rattling. The exhaust manifold had to be accessed as well as the heat shield. Both of which are an issue after the repair. Prior to the repairs, I had no such issues. Im overall unhappy with their service and will seek out other reputable shops.

Mike Haller: Got a brake job and had exhaust leaking into the car(exhaust leak). The crew there evaluated and gave me options for the exhaust leak. An inexpensive one(and understandably not guaranteed) and the "correct" fix. I went with the correct one. Much more expensive, but I did want it done right. I appreciated at least being given an option for a less expensive option. Nice to see they didn't automatically try to take every penny. I felt the labor rates were fair for the whole job, and they got it all done same day. They are busy however, so make an appointment!

Noelle McMahon: I got to work with Damien and his wife personally after a mound pothole claimed the life of one of my tires. They were recommended by AAA so I took it. I made a mistake telling them what kind of tire I needed and was never treated like I was stupid (even though my mistake was pretty stupid lol), which is kind of hard to come by being a young female at an auto place. I’m a car enthusiast so making a mistake like that hurt my pride a little bit.. but nonetheless they got me set up and taken care of within 24 hours and for a good price. I know I only replaced the tire there, but the way I was treated and listen to, I would feel confident going back there for any future problems.Service:Tires

Rusty: Very happy with this group. Found these guys on the internet. I am in NC. Needed assistance getting my In-laws A/C repaired while my wife was visiting Sterling Heights this week. Dealership had quoted over $2000 for the repair so it was postponed. Called and spoke with Christina them to explain the challenge, she was very helpful. My wife dropped by to make a connection. They determined they could repair the car while she was in town. Big help. The repair was not as big as the dealership thought and A/C was back running for less than half what the dealership estimated. I am a fan. They were very helpful and friendly. The staff is fantastic and the work they do is impeccable.Edit: 4/12/23 The new decreased hours and unavailability to do an oil change for a week is disappointing as I have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles to accommodate my schedule and availability. ICS: Was pricey $$$ they did great work but, when I asked a price and knew the problem they wanted to charge $149.00 diagnostic fee. If you know this is your new Auto shop and may bring in other people who may use them you have to compromise. They didn't and I found a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and did the Job within hours and did a terrific job and they were busy and got us out in 4 hours. The guys were down to earth and Great conversation. I am no longer interested in Sterling Care..

KRISSY: Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.

empty email: Beware going to this place. I went there to check my car and i specifically told them i have the bumper issue can they fix. In the text message and over phone call they said yes. So i went there to checked my car and they told me they cannot fix my car and still charge me 25$. I understand they charge inspection fees and some people just want to know whats wrong with there car but uf the owner cannot fix your car they should not charge you. Such a scam practice

Ashley Frank: I just called this company due to their high reviews to get an estimate for brake replacement, front and rear. The man that answered was Subbu, I believe the owner. He quotes me $500. As I'm expressing my shock, he interrupts me, says he is getting another call, and hangs up lol. There are so many issues here. $500 is outrageous to replace pads and rotors. But beyond that, to put me on hold as I'm talking to you about a potential repair, then to hang up is ridiculous. So glad we dodged a bullet here.

Gurnek Singh: My Engine oil was low and I had to add 2 quarts of oil. I took my car for inspection.. All they did was check the oil level. I was told that my oil level was low and that I was due for an oil change which I already knew. He also mentioned about a GM bulletin about older cars needing regular oil top off. Charged me $75 for this which in my opinion is rip off.
Brigette Scarber: Subbu was excellent to deal with! Replaced my alternator at a very reasonable cost and was very thorough with inspecting my car. Was great with communicating and very accommodating when I needed to tow my car to the shop after hours.

Blk Wht: Went to N&N for a radiator and timing belt replacement. Everything seemed to have gone well until my next oil change after the repair. The oil change mechanics indicated that the water pump on my vehicle was leaking. N&N did not catch this during the radiator replacement, which meant they did not pressurize the coolant system to check for leaks after the radiator replacement, a check that would likely have caught the water pump leak. This mistake is additionally egregious as usually the water pump and timing belt are replaced together.When I later had the water pump replaced, the mechanic also discovered that the timing belt was incorrectly installed—misaligned by one tooth. In the short run this misalignment was not significant enough to cause a check engine light but over a few years it almost certainly would have.In short, both parts of my $1k+ repair were incorrectly performed. I certainly would not recommend this shop for major repairs.

The next time I need auto repairs I will be going to N & N auto service. Also AutoZone highly recommend them and they are just around the corner. From them. I didn't want to take the vehicle to the Benz dealership as the dealership would've charged me more than the purchase price of the vehicle itself to fix the oil leaks. So I took the vehicle to multiple auto repair centers in my area but they couldn't fix all the leaks for me. My brother recommended I take the vehicle to The Brothers Auto Center as he had multiple vehicles fixed by them. Long story short, The Brothers Auto Center (John and his crew) fixed all the oil leaks for me at a reasonable price. David Miller: Update: this place always takes great care of me. I have both a new car and an old car and they go out of thier way to treat me like as important no matter what the repair is. They make you feel loyal because they are so good to you!Excellent friendly local mechanic shop. Autozone tested for my check engine light and found that I needed a new VVT Solenoid. The part only cost $67. Most auto shops will give you a hard time if you don't buy the part from them due to warranty. Brothers Auto Center were happy to work with me and completed the work in under an hour while I waited. They even gave me a discount on the work as a first time customer! Please try these guys out they deserve your business. They were honest and very friendly, and I am happy to recommend this place!

Dorothy Parrish: I took my Chevy Trax to them yesterday late afternoon.They were so friendly and talked to me throughout the process. I had a coolant leak we found I needed a new water pump. They said to be patient and give them time because they had a full garage of vehicles to work on so I was expecting to not have my car until next week at the earliest. They finished it this morning and called me. Since the water pump replacement is an expensive fix I expected to pay anywhere from 6 to 900. My total was $502 including tax. I had only $480 on me and they worked with me and accepted what I had.I highly recommend them. They're fast, friendly, and affordable AND trustworthy. One of the mechanics drove me home in my own car so he could run a diagnostic on it while we traveled ( it's only a mile or two ) he explained all engine codes ( check engine light ) and live data. Jim took a look at it and cleaned some rusted wires off that was causing an issue with it free of charge. He also offered to come give me a ride back to the shop. A few weeks later, a certain fuse stopped working. One that has been giving me issues for a while. He fixed it, and that fixed the issue that I've been having with my car for nearly six months now.
