Michael Blasius: For some background, I'm one of those crazy people that bought a school bus during the pandemic to turn into a "Skoolie" (RV). What has been an amazingly fun and demanding project halted abruptly when I removed some emergency systems and seemingly "bricked" the bus - AKA it would not start. After spending hours searching online and even visiting the more reputable bus/diesel mechanics in the metro-Detroit area, none would come on-site to take a look. After contacting Anthony, he was quick to respond and took good information down before his visit. He was incredibly good with communication - told me when he should expect me and even gave me updates on his ETA. When he arrived we talked briefly, but I was unable to spend much time with him due to work - fortunately he is a true professional and was self-sufficient. He did a great job diagnosing all the major systems not leaving anything out. He didn't figure out the exact problem on the first day, but when he left he went home and called Thomas/Freightliner and continued to do research that he clearly didn't bill me for. It was both a personal mission to solve the puzzle and the practicality of not wanting to spend unnecessary time doing so that drove him to do this. The next day he came back with a plan, and very quickly solved the problem. The bus fired right up and was the sweetest sound I've heard in a long time. He took extra time to show me what was wrong and how to prevent it. Two days later he wrote an email checking in on the bus and seeing if there were any issues. I'm confident recommending Anthony for any bus/truck/diesel/rv repair. Mine was specifically fuel/engine related, but it's clear that he has knowledge that extends beyond engine work. I WILL end up hiring him again during my project, not because he was the first person to travel to me, but because I trust him. Fair price, great work, good businessman.

Jason Mcwilliams: I had an issue with the lights on my work trailer they were going out and then coming back on everytime I hit a bump. I was too busy with work to fix it myself so I googled enclosed trailer wiring repair. I called and texted a few places But Anthony was the only one to get back to me and he did so quickly. He scheduled for between 10:30 and 11 a.m. the next morning. I received a text from Anthony the next morning around 9 a.m. that his ETA would be 11 a.m.He arrived at 11 a.m and immediately got to work. He diagnosed a bad ground on one side but made sure to check the wiring all the way to the front. He re ran the ground, fixed a couple connections and zip ties everything on that side. He then went to the other door and started working on that set of lights. And it was a ground on that side as well but he said he really felt I had multiple issues. So he kept investigating and found the hookup between trailer and my truck was not making good contact on 2 points. He cleaned, sanded, and separated the points and made sure everything had good connection. He finished fixing wires on other door. He did a final check and the left light on the right door was still flickering and wasn't as bright as it should be. It turned out to be the grounding bar between the 2 lights so he added a new grounding screw for that. The last thing he did was Zip Tie up All the wires that were hanging under the trailer. This was hands down the best experience I have had with a Mechanic in a long time. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need or try to do a whole rewire. He also had great communication and showed up when he said he would. I will be recommending him to All of my contractor friends who have trucks, trailers and Heavy equipment. And the best part was I didn't have to leave my trailer at a shop for a week or 2 until they got around to fixing it!

They were able to get a custom solution completed for us, and even went to the hardware store to resecure our desk. Above and beyond customer service. ICS: Was pricey $$$ they did great work but, when I asked a price and knew the problem they wanted to charge $149.00 diagnostic fee. If you know this is your new Auto shop and may bring in other people who may use them you have to compromise. They didn't and I found a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and did the Job within hours and did a terrific job and they were busy and got us out in 4 hours. The guys were down to earth and Great conversation. I am no longer interested in Sterling Care..

KRISSY: Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.

Mike Haller: Got a brake job and had exhaust leaking into the car(exhaust leak). The crew there evaluated and gave me options for the exhaust leak. An inexpensive one(and understandably not guaranteed) and the "correct" fix. I went with the correct one. Much more expensive, but I did want it done right. I appreciated at least being given an option for a less expensive option. Nice to see they didn't automatically try to take every penny. I felt the labor rates were fair for the whole job, and they got it all done same day. They are busy however, so make an appointment!

I made a mistake telling them what kind of tire I needed and was never treated like I was stupid (even though my mistake was pretty stupid lol), which is kind of hard to come by being a young female at an auto place. I was told to leave it & it would be 5 days but service guy cared less that I lived 280 miles away & I was basically stranded. I know we're all busy now days but u should have somehow worked me in!! You're definitely not worthy of a #1 Service Rating!!!

They weren't able to get my car in right away but we have a new Trailblazer we got 2 months ago from them so we were not in a hurry. Were very good about keeping us informed about status. When we went to pick up our car our salesperson took our new car for a car wash.
