SEAN: Damien seems like a nice guy. Overall they were reasonably priced for the job. However, about 300 miles after having my starter replaced, my truck starting having exhaust leakage and rattling. The exhaust manifold had to be accessed as well as the heat shield. Both of which are an issue after the repair. Prior to the repairs, I had no such issues. Im overall unhappy with their service and will seek out other reputable shops.

Aaron Grauert: Damians auto service was able to get us in quickly on a Saturday, and fixed our loud muffler noise in about an hour. The price was fair, and the service was quick. I think I just found a new place to take all of our vehicles. Great job!
Mike Haller: Got a brake job and had exhaust leaking into the car(exhaust leak). The crew there evaluated and gave me options for the exhaust leak. An inexpensive one(and understandably not guaranteed) and the "correct" fix. I went with the correct one. Much more expensive, but I did want it done right. I appreciated at least being given an option for a less expensive option. Nice to see they didn't automatically try to take every penny. I felt the labor rates were fair for the whole job, and they got it all done same day. They are busy however, so make an appointment!

Noelle McMahon: I got to work with Damien and his wife personally after a mound pothole claimed the life of one of my tires. They were recommended by AAA so I took it. I made a mistake telling them what kind of tire I needed and was never treated like I was stupid (even though my mistake was pretty stupid lol), which is kind of hard to come by being a young female at an auto place. I’m a car enthusiast so making a mistake like that hurt my pride a little bit.. but nonetheless they got me set up and taken care of within 24 hours and for a good price. The staff is fantastic and the work they do is impeccable.Edit: 4/12/23 The new decreased hours and unavailability to do an oil change for a week is disappointing as I have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles to accommodate my schedule and availability. ICS: Was pricey $$$ they did great work but, when I asked a price and knew the problem they wanted to charge $149.00 diagnostic fee. If you know this is your new Auto shop and may bring in other people who may use them you have to compromise. They didn't and I found a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and did the Job within hours and did a terrific job and they were busy and got us out in 4 hours. The guys were down to earth and Great conversation. I am no longer interested in Sterling Care..

KRISSY: Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.

empty email: Beware going to this place. I went there to check my car and i specifically told them i have the bumper issue can they fix. In the text message and over phone call they said yes. So i went there to checked my car and they told me they cannot fix my car and still charge me 25$. I understand they charge inspection fees and some people just want to know whats wrong with there car but uf the owner cannot fix your car they should not charge you. Such a scam practice

Ordered the part; that came in 2 days later. Start to finish less than one week. Very nice guy. Will call him again next time I need work on my car.
Ashley Frank: I just called this company due to their high reviews to get an estimate for brake replacement, front and rear. The man that answered was Subbu, I believe the owner. He quotes me $500. As I'm expressing my shock, he interrupts me, says he is getting another call, and hangs up lol. There are so many issues here. $500 is outrageous to replace pads and rotors. But beyond that, to put me on hold as I'm talking to you about a potential repair, then to hang up is ridiculous. So glad we dodged a bullet here.

Gurnek Singh: My Engine oil was low and I had to add 2 quarts of oil. I took my car for inspection.. All they did was check the oil level. I was told that my oil level was low and that I was due for an oil change which I already knew. He also mentioned about a GM bulletin about older cars needing regular oil top off. Charged me $75 for this which in my opinion is rip off.
Brigette Scarber: Subbu was excellent to deal with! Replaced my alternator at a very reasonable cost and was very thorough with inspecting my car. Was great with communicating and very accommodating when I needed to tow my car to the shop after hours.

ruckus: Not great. I took my car in to do some custom exhaust work. I explained EXACTLY what I wanted to the service man (although he looked like he was about 16). I asked him if they mandrel bend their exhaust pipes. I’m pretty confident he had no idea what the phrase “mandrel bend” means. That should have been a red flag but continued on. Anyway, once I got the car back it was as if they guy/kid didn’t even listen to anything I had requested. The car had 2.75 inch exhaust from the headers to the muffler and they threw on a 2.25 inch tail pipe thereby creating totally unnecessary exhaust restriction. I have literally no clue what they were thinking. If you’re looking for anything specific/custom I would avoid this place.

And if you need to wait a little, just a little, since the repairs will be carried out as soon as possible and you may get hungry, then on the contrary there is a good Mexican bistro, where you will be very cheaply and, most importantly, deliciously fed cooked on food in your eyes. I completely trust them. My husband trust them to take care of my car and his truck. When they do find something wrong, they tell us and then show us. I now send my friends and kids there as well. It's close to home so I call it our neighborhood shop. We had a transmission replaced by them. They did a phenomenal job. Last visit we got an oil change and and wipers. We got the best stuff. Synthetic oil and RainX wipers. It cost us $125.00. Not bad.

Dealership had quoted over $2000 for the repair so it was postponed. Called and spoke with Christina them to explain the challenge, she was very helpful. My wife dropped by to make a connection. They determined they could repair the car while she was in town. Big help. I called other auto parts stores and the most expensive parts for regular belts were $65.00 . Dobson Performance lost future work from me.
