DatDamDanté OFFICIAL: Coming from Atlanta, after a 11 hour drive, this was literally the only hotel that had a room available at 3am. Upon reading the reviews I was very very sketchy. However I got a suite (charged too much for my taste) however no roaches when I turned the lights on, no bed bugs. Bathroom needed to be detailed but outside of that I slept well.

Ashley Wilkes: First of all customer service was horrible. You definitely can smell a really bad oder when you first open the door. They say free breakfast in the morning not true. Bathroom door doesn't close right on less you push hard on it. Wifi is really bad. You better off using your hotshot. The worst part is turning on the lights at 2 am in the morning and seeing Cockroaches coming from under the refrigerator. Will never be visiting there again.

Para nada que lo recomiendo.Terrible service, I hired the hotel for a worker who was going to stay and the day he arrived and they gave him his room, it was all very dirty, there were condom wrappers on the floor, cigarette butts, on the bed the sheets were dirty They had yellow and white stains and when my worker went down to the reception to ask to change the room, they told him no because there were no more available and there was no one to clean the room either. In the end, the hotel did not want to return the money to me, it was $1,500 dollars that I paid because he was going to stay several days. Not at all that I recommend it.

Jim and Debbie Mangiapane: I had an excellent stay (again) at this hotel. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and seemed recently updated. Breakfast was well tended yet pretty basic. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Plenty of parking and very cose to everything you need. Has to be one of the best hotels in the area.Rooms: Very clean and updated. Plenty of USB charging ports. My room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable.

T Hunter: Late night employee wouldn’t open the door for me until he checked in a guest. Made me wait 15 minutes at midnight with my luggage. After I was allowed into the hotel in the middle of checking me in he told me that since I went through a third party to check in they I wasn’t even a true IHG customer. I asked why I wasn’t let in after ringing the bell. He said because he had been a front desk clerk for 4 years at the hotel so he runs it the way he wants. When I asked his name and could I get a business card. He instead offered his phone number and said his name was “black” He began to text me throughout the night and offered me free snacks and a room. Later “Black” told me that he assumed I wanted a room to have a party. I definitely felt profiled on this visit. The employee continued to text and flirt with me several days after checkout for some reason. The hotel has never reached out to me regarding the complaint, nor issued and apology for the inexcusable treatment.

No hot water, no lights, no working outlets, and not even a functioning heater. We decided to stay because we were told that we would likely receive compensation for the rooms barely functioning.We were still charged full price and when we tried to contact the manager he was extremely hostile and refused to give us more than $50 for two nights. Concierge staff was lovely and patient, but management is running a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Melanie Zondag: The pictures online made it seem like this was a decent hotel. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke. The bathroom was not very clean. In the night, we discovered that there were bugs in our bed. We weren't sure if they were bedbugs or not, but it is clear now as my arms are covered in bites. The hotel would not do anything more than give us a 30% refund. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Going on three weeks and they still have not refunded our money. They ruined my daughters birthday and charged us $400 to do so. Crappiest customer service EVER.In response to the owner: YOUR front desk employee told me we would not be charged, and that third party said that your hotel would not authorize the refund. If you are willing to authorize the refund, please do so. Also, I thought I was booking directly from your website and had no idea I was dealing with an outside service. They do not seem reputable.

Brittney Smith: Hotel had no power, wasn’t told this at check in, he took me to my room and had no electricity or heat, I went back and asked for a room with heat and lights bc there was multiple rooms with it and he said he didn’t know how to move me and power would be on within the hour. Power never came on , I had my 1 week old baby wrapped in 5 blankets and had to feed and change diapers in the dark. Was told at check out I would get refund. They charged me full price and the GM is ignoring all my calls and the front desk staff (Tracy)will yell over the phone when I call.
