April King: Buyers beware, these ladies are shady.I Bought a custom ring years ago from this location, they rung it up as a “repair” which apparently gives them more commissions?However, since it was rung up that way and I just like many of you don’t understand the lingo of jewelry, that hindered my benefits and warranty.Once I went through hell and back talking with their corporate leaders, managers, & whoever else ranked above the store employees they settled on sending me a 200$ gift card and couldn’t change the verbiage of the initial purchase anyways. Never ever ever ever again.

Rob Daugherty: Just bought this for my wife for Christmas. The chain broke. Lucky we found the Cross. I went in to see if I could get a new chain at a discount because I already bought the warranty. It doesn’t cover loss. Figured that but Jeta didn’t want to help me and was very rude. I asked to speak to manager. Lydia was more helpful and gave me 30% off. Go figure that is there valentine deal now. I have always bought everything from Kay’s. Now i will be shopping around. Does anyone know a better jewelry store?
michael garrant: I had about the worst shopping experience here. I was trying to get a ring for my Significant Other but half of the employees were just sitting on their phones and chatting away, pretending like I never even walked in, and the other half would talk down to me like I was 5! Admittedly I’m not very smart when it comes to jewelry, but I knew everything I need for the purchase; her ring size, metal allergies, and what kind of metal and stone she wanted, but it just felt like the employees would mock me for things I would never know. After an hour of being treated like a toddler, I finally got the ring I was looking for, I heard them start complaining about me before I even left the building! I tried to be as respectful as I could, but it was such an infuriating experience.

Dee K: Will never do business with Kay Jewlers. My brothers wife died in a tragic car accident 6 days after getting her wedding ring, and Kay would not do anything to help my brother, would not take ring back. When he called they hung up on him, when he went to store they lied to him saying corporate manager would contact him. They did nothing. No return call, no email, no contact. We have a lawyer now. I would give negative star if that was possible. Absolutely terrible, my brother should be grieving not dealing with poor customer service.

They made it as though I could not afford to buy anything and would not show me what I was asking for even though I asked again and again. Thank god for my family jeweler that I won’t ever have to step into Kay’s ever again.

The first time, It felt like they were shewing me out the door because I wanted to look at rings and the price range I wanted, telling me to bring my fiance in if he's going to be the one paying for it when all I wanted was to look to see if I even wanted to purchase rings from them. Then the second time it was busy and I'm waiting patiently. I was next to be waited on and the sales lady took the person that came in after me! After knowing that I had been standing there already for about 20 minutes. Then realizing she made a mistake and said oh I'll be right with you. So I just left because they are awful at serving customers.

jen d: I’ve waited to write this review for a year now. My husband got my engagement ring from this location as well as our wedding bands. Every time we went in we dealt with Mary and her attitude was worse each time. She didn’t even listen to what we wanted only wanted to upsell... we spent over 15,000 at the store you’d think we’d at least be treated with decency! I went back to have my ring inspected about a week ago and she was absolutely terrible. I’m shocked they still keep her employed. Terrible customer service didn’t even say a word during the ring inspection. you’d think after dealing with someone for over a year that she would be welcoming.. completely opposite! Such a shame I wish we would of purchased our rings elsewhere... Kay does not deserve our money and time!

Their very prejudice against black people and they always try to rush people into sales, learned that from dealing with them personally and from watching them try to force other customers. I was disappointed that the partridge creek location was closed due to covid-19 in June, so I had to go to this location to have a ring resized.

I was SO SAD 😭 It was noticeably damaged and I lost 2 diamonds from the band 💔 my perfect, beautiful ring was broken 😞 I brought it in to Lucido jewelers right before Thanksgiving knowing/assuming it would probably take FOREVER to fix it since it was the holidays.
