To my surprise the small repair was free of charge!They've made a loyal customer out of me, and I'm still surprised how awesome the customer service is here. amanda ibrahim: The guys here are absolutely incredible. I had a necklace that was broken and I went to dozens of jewelers that said they couldn’t fix it. Out of all the jewelers in the metro Detroit area this was the only one to take on my delicate necklace and it looks immaculate. The workers are also so kind and nice to talk to. They understood my frustration and they were so attentive and precise with the repair. What an amazing place.
Char Quail: What a disaster! I went to this neighborhood jewelry store to have a clasp fixed on a gold chain and this place wanted to charge me $180! I totally felt he was trying to take advantage of me, basically rip me off! He took 10 minutes to "study" the chain and came back with this outrageous quote. Clearly he didn't want the business which is fine with me because I'll never go back!

sam k: I would give -5 if available.These guys told my wife that her 21 ct certified yellow gold neckless was 18 ct, then 14 ct, then a fake. Then when she asked them to appraise it anyway (do not know why they would agree if it was a fake, that is a fishy move) they broke the pendant in 3 places, so they offered to fix “their mistake” and my wife had to wait 40 minutes for them to mend what they broke. We are not going to do business with these guys again, I promise them that.
Gabby Shabo: I went there to go get wedding bands. They sold me an old wedding band that had names written inside it( belonged to someone that was married and divorced) and when i took it back they said we dont replace it we have to buy it from you. And of course i lost money.
Sally Sami: Went there to buy gold. I took a bracelet and he told me its 18K and I paid money for it and later on after few days I took it to another place to sale it. It turns out it’s 10K not 18k.

A few days ago I put the bracelet on and what I was told was real amber is all scratched up now patchy and when I took it to a jeweler close by I was told that it’s plastic not some kind of Amber.Your response has nothing to do with my review you’re say my energy made it change color but it didn’t change color you sold me plastic and it’s peeling like the pictures show.
