R. Lol: I did many trips to this place and in each time I was treated poorly. Even the OLD MAN treat you as $count. I would rather drive 25 miles to Dearborn or Southfield than dealing with this unprofessional business with lack of respect.
Dhar’s Life: Poor customer service, the do not greet you! They only respond to a certain cultural group of people! I walked in and waited for more than 20 min and they decided to help the next customer that walked in who spoke the same language. Finally, I was greeted and shown something less than 2 min! I decided to leave as I was not being helped! No respect towards customers. No good byes or anything. If I could I would leave zero ratings! Go somewhere else where you feel welcomed and pay the extra money.
Kevin KK: BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE!I am shocked at what just happened to me at this establishment. I was profiled from the moment I walked in the door. I Inquired about prices and the younger guy was talking to me with a very low and mumbled voice, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I proceeded to ask to see a men's chain that caught my eye, the guy pulled it down for literally one second and put it back on the shelf. I was so.confused, as I didn't even get a good look at it. I asked to see it once more, and he shook his head NO. 😳 I have never been disrespected like this anywhere else! I dunno if this clown thought I was going to steal his stuff, but even if this were the case, they have those magnet locks on the door. Where am I gona go? I was a customer with money in his pocket, ready to spend it, until I met a business who profiles you and is Prejudice. Another thing, they're $5 higher per gram than the place down the road. I couldn't believe the price difference!

I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes without being helped. I walked out and went to another store to buy a gold chain. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend wasting your time here as they clearly do not value customers and their time.

amanda ibrahim: The guys here are absolutely incredible. I had a necklace that was broken and I went to dozens of jewelers that said they couldn’t fix it. Out of all the jewelers in the metro Detroit area this was the only one to take on my delicate necklace and it looks immaculate. The workers are also so kind and nice to talk to. They understood my frustration and they were so attentive and precise with the repair. What an amazing place.
Char Quail: What a disaster! I went to this neighborhood jewelry store to have a clasp fixed on a gold chain and this place wanted to charge me $180! I totally felt he was trying to take advantage of me, basically rip me off! He took 10 minutes to "study" the chain and came back with this outrageous quote. Clearly he didn't want the business which is fine with me because I'll never go back!

There's a sign says " appointments only" like there's a lot of customers inside🤣.It's not like they didn't talk to me but they were acting like I will only speak to you if you buy from me. The ladies in the store always look very unhappy 🙄 & rude. Anyways nobody cares. Avoid this place. Go to High Glow! better customer service, large collection & good price.
