Mike Byrd: Everyone needs a good doctor, lawyer and handyman. I never knew I needed a good jeweler until I stopped at Lucido and met Ali. He is a true salesman with a wealth of knowledge that helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring. Lucido was the 4th store we stopped at in our search for the right ring. From now on, Lucido will be the only place I shop for jewelry and now I can honestly say that I have a jeweler that I recommend. Who knew!

Kate Lochner: After 13 years of marriage, I did damage to my Tacori ring (the engagement band). I was SO SAD 😭 It was noticeably damaged and I lost 2 diamonds from the band 💔 my perfect, beautiful ring was broken 😞 I brought it in to Lucido jewelers right before Thanksgiving knowing/assuming it would probably take FOREVER to fix it since it was the holidays. A few weeks later I got my ring back and it was shinier and looked BRAND NEW!!! I love it EVEN MORE after picking it up from being fixed. They were able to fix it internally without having to send it away. I felt so good about that too. The staff was compassionate, super friendly and I totally trusted them with my ring. M Freeman: Had a great experience working with Ban on designing a right hand ring using the diamond from a pendant I had. She was extremely helpful and understood what I was looking for. She was able to help me come up with a design that her team sent pictures of within a week and they were beautiful . The actual ring was even more stunning. Ban never tried to oversell me on anything and never made me feel rushed.I returned a couple month later to design a pair of earrings using emerald studs I had that were my mom’s . Again I worked with Ban to design small hoops with the studs and diamonds. Ban was so helpful and worked with in my budget. The earrings came out beautiful that I get compliments on all the time. Highly recommend this jewelry store ask for Ban.

Tina Newport: If I could give a 10 star rating I would,Simply put This jewelers is the best.I feel in love with a wedding set several months ago that I seen at a different jewelry store and when I went back to purchase the set the store was completely closed down. I was devastated. I continued to look at other stores for the next two months to see if I could possibly find the same wedding set or something similar. With no luck in finding that set or something that I liked just as much. I found on the internet this particular “brand” of wedding sets and that lead me to Howard’s Jewlers as they were listed as being one of 3 that carried that brand of rings. I went there with the hope that they would have that exact wedding set, which they didn’t. But the sales person, Ban , that was working with me assured me that they could make the identical wedding set. I was skeptical but agreed to give it a shot. Within 3 days of sending the pictures I had of this particular wedding set, I was sent the drawings of this wedding set. I was amazed because it was identical to the one I originally feel in love with. I was told it would take 2 weeks to complete the setting. I asked if there was any way I could get it in 5 days as my husband and I were leaving for Cancun with our kids and grandson to renew our wedding vows. Needless to say that they went above and beyond to make sure that this would happen. Four days after that I went into the store to pick up my new wedding set and it was absolutely stunning. I want to say thank you to Ban and everyone else that made this happen for us.The first photo was the original ring I feel so in love with and the second is my finished wedding set that they created for me

R. Lol: I did many trips to this place and in each time I was treated poorly. Even the OLD MAN treat you as $count. I would rather drive 25 miles to Dearborn or Southfield than dealing with this unprofessional business with lack of respect.
Dhar’s Life: Poor customer service, the do not greet you! They only respond to a certain cultural group of people! I walked in and waited for more than 20 min and they decided to help the next customer that walked in who spoke the same language. Finally, I was greeted and shown something less than 2 min! I decided to leave as I was not being helped! No respect towards customers. No good byes or anything. If I could I would leave zero ratings! Go somewhere else where you feel welcomed and pay the extra money.
Kevin KK: BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE!I am shocked at what just happened to me at this establishment. I was profiled from the moment I walked in the door. I Inquired about prices and the younger guy was talking to me with a very low and mumbled voice, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I proceeded to ask to see a men's chain that caught my eye, the guy pulled it down for literally one second and put it back on the shelf. I was so.confused, as I didn't even get a good look at it. I asked to see it once more, and he shook his head NO. 😳 I have never been disrespected like this anywhere else! I dunno if this clown thought I was going to steal his stuff, but even if this were the case, they have those magnet locks on the door. Where am I gona go? I was a customer with money in his pocket, ready to spend it, until I met a business who profiles you and is Prejudice. Another thing, they're $5 higher per gram than the place down the road. I couldn't believe the price difference!

He tried to charge me more than double what they charged me a year before for the same repair,then he tried to charge me $25 extra because he polished my ring (which I never asked him to do) do yourself a favor and don't come here! R V: If your looking for luxury products and professional service, look no further. Sally's Fine Jewelry is THE place to shop! This a beautiful store. Megan who offers great help & insight, was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about there craft but also take good care of there clients. I would highly recommend this Jeweler!

Such crooks it’s soo sad because she can really have a nice clientele and instead she’s just very rude and runs people away..
