I had an engagement ring repaired and they got it done immediately! while I was waiting I had a nice conversation with Maesyn about jewelry and diamonds, she shared some knowledge with me and I even learned a thing or two. To my surprise the small repair was free of charge!They've made a loyal customer out of me, and I'm still surprised how awesome the customer service is here. I'd recommend Solari & Co. to anybody.Side note; they also sell beautiful fountain pens!

Tammy Burns: We found this store online while looking up a jeweler to size a watch. We called and they said to come right in and they would be happy to assist us. It was a Saturday evening a half hour before closing too! Maesyn greeted us when we came in. She was so sweet and helpful! The store is bright and so beautiful too! Within a few minutes they were able to size my husbands watch and we were on our way! I highly recommend this Jeweler because they go out of their way to give you the best and most personalized customer service!

He is a true salesman with a wealth of knowledge that helped us pick out the perfect engagement ring. Lucido was the 4th store we stopped at in our search for the right ring. From now on, Lucido will be the only place I shop for jewelry and now I can honestly say that I have a jeweler that I recommend. Who knew!

I was SO SAD 😭 It was noticeably damaged and I lost 2 diamonds from the band 💔 my perfect, beautiful ring was broken 😞 I brought it in to Lucido jewelers right before Thanksgiving knowing/assuming it would probably take FOREVER to fix it since it was the holidays. A few weeks later I got my ring back and it was shinier and looked BRAND NEW!!! I love it EVEN MORE after picking it up from being fixed. They were able to fix it internally without having to send it away. I felt so good about that too. The staff was compassionate, super friendly and I totally trusted them with my ring. Nicholas Brodersen: I bought a very cool costume jewelry piece for $50 which is cool because I'm going to replicate the design but if you don't know what your doing I'd stay out of there - 20 years ago it would have been $1. The art is 5 stars, 110% superb intricate designs you don't find better in Michigan if you appreciate African art crafted from gold.

Momnur Ahmed: I purchased a gold bracelet for my wife from this location 15 mins before closing. However we returned the next morning to return he bracelet and the bracelet hasn’t even left the box at this point and we attempt to return it. They refuse to accept a return because of the “strict policy” even though I just purchased it last night and once again, hasn’t left the box they put it in. They were extremely strict on the price and wouldn’t budge even the slightest when I bought it from them. But since they couldn’t accept returns I had to sell it back to them and they said they can only accept $800 for it. Literally never touched and they’re offering me $300 less than what I paid for it. This was a horrible experience and a horrible way to run a business. They clearly upsell you on the gold and low ball you if you try to sell to them. I recommend going to any other place for your gold.
