I am so pleased with the necklace, as well as my twins who always are touching, and playing with it. I love the affordable price they have on other options of necklaces if you can't afford a 500$ plus one.

I wanted to get her something that would help to brighten her spirit and give her a lasting reminder of her mother. Isabella was my sales consultant and recommended the X Closed interlocking necklace from the Atlas collection. She said the interlocking represents the bond shared between two people. Perfect! The challenge was that they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. We placed an order for next day delivery, unfortunately the weather disrupted the delivery time. It wasn’t going to arrive until after Christmas. We decided to get a different gold color that she had in stock so my wife could have it for Christmas. Not stopping there, Isabella delivered it to me personally on Christmas Eve at a party I was attending at 6:00 at night. I must say that this is the best experience and service I have ever received. Thank you so much Isabella! I couldn’t wait for Christmas morning and gave it to her when we got home. She was ecstatic and truly embraced the symbolism of the necklace. Your extra effort made all of difference in making a rather difficult holiday special! Thank you so much!

Carol Finkelstine: Didn't buy, BUT they also have a leather line. Unfortunately the don't carry men's wallets in store so would have to order, but they were about $100 cheaper than Guccci, Louis Vuitton, and Ferragamo. Around $425, also the label is inside the wallet for a more substantial look. Sales associates were great though.

Tiffany Ross: I had went to the Tiffany and Co store today for my 21st birthday and I was highly disappointed when I came home figuring out that I didn’t receive a care card for my thousand dollar necklace along with no for storing nor a velvet case. The person who served me was named Charlie Dolan. I had call the customer service number and they said that it was essential to have a velvet case or a pouch to keep the necklace from tarnishing. I will go back and get the care package but this is highly disappointing for a new customer. I had received nice refreshments by the other staff but I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Mr. Dolan.

She was wonderful and treated me with respect even though I am young. They retired the necklace that I was looking for, but she was able to answer my questions and help me find another necklace that I loved!

Mom2myworld 03: I've been a loyal customer of Tiffany for many years now and have always been a happy customer, until today. I purchased a several hundred dollar necklace for my eldest daughter's birthday and went to return it today and was told they will not take it back since I purchased it more than 30 days ago. I was quite surprised and frankly disappointed with how we were treated by the employee behind the counter, "it's been well over 30 days " in a very curt tone (it was actually 48 days, so 2 weeks and 4 days). As I mentioned, I've been a customer many years and have never once returned an item purchased at Tiffany, so clearly I was unaware of their return policy but the necklace had the tags intact, had never been worn and the receipt was provided. I am extremely dissatisfied with this subpar customer service and expect better from Tiffany!

Emily Fishman: I went into Tiffany to have a repair done and was instantly greeted warmly by Isabella. She was thoughtful and listened with intention to everything I explained about my repair. Isabella treated my situation with care and was genuinely happy to help. She made sure my bracelet repair would be followed through and she even had the jewelry I was wearing that day polished for me! I’m so glad I came in and met her - the service I received that day was exceptional and only comes with associates who really love what they do.

I think their prices are very very reasonable and affordable- they accept items. I dropped off some books that I wanted to donate.Just a tip: I learned today that cash donation is preferable for the books versus using your debit card- I was only purchasing books and I did not have cash on me so she allowed me to leave with the books and to return later with the cash-
