Angela Chen: I had been ordering here for years for classes that I teach and Don has helped me so many times. I went today and kevin refused me service after seeing my list. He had said he was going to go into the back to get some of the items I needed, but as soon as I showed my list of things and saw that I was looking at what CR Hill had in stock and price comparisons. He said he didn’t have anything and refused to sell me anything or work with me saying he was out of stock on everything - even though I could see items behind him that were on my list in the quantity I wanted them. As much as I enjoyed shopping here in the past, I don’t think I will be spending my money or my school’s money here in the future because of the hostility of today’s interaction.

Asked him to feel it, He said "NO, it is what it is". I WAS a little taken back by that remark. Wow! All he had to do was feel what I was feeling on the clasp. Just saying.....

71 Elle: Pretty much everything. Twice I have needed a supply order filled for two different jewelry courses. Last year I contacted C R Hill (Renee) via e-mail to inquire about the items I would need before making the trip. I remembered going to C R Hill in my teens for a high school jewelry class and decided to give them a shot (over another supplier that was recommended). I was not disappointed. Renee was very friendly, helpful and informative in assisting me in filling my supply requirements. The other staff were also helpful when we went in to pick up the items and make payment. I will definitely return to C R Hill in the future when jewelry supplies are needed.

Alan Dean: 0 stars - DO NOT SHOP HERE! It is a waste of time, horrible service, poor attitudes, modest selection and high prices. I went here in person and was super excited to see this place. I walked in with a smile on my face and said hello as soon as i walked in...no one even acknowledged that i was there! I was the only customer in the store at the time. Finally when i told the guy at the counter who i was and where i was from he grunted a mean "yup" and didnt even make eye contact with me. No one ever offered to help me and the place was full of negative energy. I wish i would have read all the other reviews before going here. Since i am a local jeweler, i choose to support my local economy (when they treat you well) vs ordering from large companies online. Needless to say i will nevr spend a dollar here and i will not suggest this place to anyone. I think the C.R. stands for crap....crap hill. Instead check out Armstrong Tools in Livonia, much better service!

This larger order was sent via First Class US Mail and marked delivered. Unfortunately, the items in question were never received. When I contacted the company, they refused to assist in locating the package which I assume was misdelivered due to a addressing issue on their end. Somehow it is my responsibility to locate a package that Findings Outlet supposedly sent. The company's best offer was a 15 to 20% discount on a reorder of the identical items that I never received in the first place!

Dhar’s Life: Poor customer service, the do not greet you! They only respond to a certain cultural group of people! I walked in and waited for more than 20 min and they decided to help the next customer that walked in who spoke the same language. Finally, I was greeted and shown something less than 2 min! I decided to leave as I was not being helped! No respect towards customers. No good byes or anything. If I could I would leave zero ratings! Go somewhere else where you feel welcomed and pay the extra money.

I Inquired about prices and the younger guy was talking to me with a very low and mumbled voice, and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I proceeded to ask to see a men's chain that caught my eye, the guy pulled it down for literally one second and put it back on the shelf. I was so.confused, as I didn't even get a good look at it. I asked to see it once more, and he shook his head NO. 😳 I have never been disrespected like this anywhere else! I dunno if this clown thought I was going to steal his stuff, but even if this were the case, they have those magnet locks on the door. Where am I gona go? I was a customer with money in his pocket, ready to spend it, until I met a business who profiles you and is Prejudice. Another thing, they're $5 higher per gram than the place down the road. I couldn't believe the price difference!
