Mark Norris: This is a neat little shop in Roseville that has been in business since the 1950's The ladies working in the shop are very friendly and helpful during the visit. As you enter the shop you see counters full of lamp parts, Decorative toppers, ect A second room is full of lamp shades and lamps for sale.They repaired my broken tiffany floor lamp in a timely manner and the price was reasonable.I would definately recommend Cook's for your repair and lamp needs.

Paul Clyne: These are the lamp EXPERTS - bar none! In an age of big box, mass-produced landfill, never thought that lamps could be such a customized and personalized experience. We have had multiple lamps rewired, fixed and outfitted for shades at Cook's, including some vintage and contemporary pieces. Marsha and company are highly knowledgeable, passionate and competent at all sorts of lighting needs - both decorative and functional. I would highly suggest that you "bring it in" as there are many different sizes, shapes, styles and fittings. Don't worry - they will be able to identify it, offer options and even mock up the end results. Long-standing family businesses like this are jewels! Get your lamp on! :)

But the woman I spoke to there was so rude and demeaning, I couldn't even deal with her. I wouldn't recommend this place. I don't leave many bad reviews, but she was just so rude and condescending, it wasn't worth the 2 mile drive to go there. I hope cooks lamp shop can learn to have respect for people. And she can learn how to respect her future customers.

Not only did he have the work done well before his estimated finish date, but he also recognized one of our little holiday lamp decorations as an antique (which it is), and gave us a ballpark idea of what it’s value would be today. Dominic Poster: The salesman Eric B is who i dealt with on the phone to place my order. He helped me find the part i was looking for, which most places dont carry or can get. He did an excellent job, and got me the part fast. The counter people were also very nice and cordial. The store itself is off an industrial drive so its not very easy to find. The counter in the back had lots of electrician tools and hardware displayed. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend them for electricians who need to the right stuff to get the job done.

From small to very large.Then you go to the rear of the store and see the many shades! Great selection.I was looking for a particular type of shade. The gentleman had a great suggestion, so I will go with that and order the right shade..This store is so much better then on line. You can never take in the beauty and artistic design of these lamps and shades..I always wanted to stop in this store and never had the chances.. Today it was a day I needed too! I am very glad I did!

Joshua Creech: Everything you’d need for lighting. Have a weird bulb, broken bulb, or even just questions, this is the place.Came here with a bulb from a stove that I could not figure out what kind it was. Showed the gentleman the bulb and he goes “Where the heck did you get this from?” Explained where and he goes well it’s a European bulb and of course I have it. Had the replacement bulb within 3 minutes of walking in. Stayed another 30 minutes learning all about bulbs/colors and anything and everything I was curious about.Was even assisted by a second employee who is pictured in the photos.
Nikolas Mika: P&M had some unusual fluorescent tubes that I couldn't find anywhere else, and even shipped them to me since I don't live nearby. Very happy with my purchase and Paul's assistance.
